Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the asset checking method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, and tablet computers. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an asset inventory method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S1, receiving an asset checking request of a user side, verifying the asset checking authority range of the user side, and authorizing the user side to perform asset checking based on the asset checking authority range; the receiving of the asset inventory request of the user side is that the user can perform authentication based on the user side through, but not limited to, the following manners: biometric identification techniques (facial recognition, voice recognition, fingerprint recognition, palm print recognition, etc.), radio frequency verification (identification cards, bracelets, badges, etc.), account passwords. The asset inventory request to the login/use client can be implemented by setting an identification hardware at the client entry or by program code. It should be understood that the above-mentioned asset inventory authority ranges may include, but are not limited to, the following ranges: the spatial region of the asset and the category of the asset.
Step S2, checking the assets according to a preset asset checking mode to obtain asset checking information; wherein, the assets check mode includes: scanning codes by infrared rays, scanning codes by a camera, scanning RFID and inputting manually; the asset inventory information includes: asset code, asset name, asset inventory status, asset inventory time, total amount of assets, number of assets inventoried, and number of assets inventoried. The user can select a proper asset inventory mode according to actual conditions.
In a specific embodiment, when the asset quantity of the assets in each cubic meter of space exceeds a first threshold value, the assets are checked according to the asset checking mode of the RFID scanning to obtain asset checking information; and when the asset quantity of the assets in each cubic meter of space is lower than a first threshold value, the assets are not checked according to the RFID scanned asset checking mode, and asset checking information is obtained. That is, when the distribution range of the assets is too large, the number of the assets is small, and the assets are not suitable for being checked in the RFID scanning mode, the user can use other asset checking modes reasonably selected to perform asset checking. Such as: in the actual asset checking process, due to various reasons such as communication and the like, the most accurate asset checking mode can be understood to be other asset checking modes such as infrared code scanning and manual asset code input; when the asset quantity in a certain space is low, if the asset is directly checked in an RFID scanning mode, on one hand, equipment needs to be regulated and controlled, and on the other hand, when the asset code is fuzzy and the like, other asset checking modes need to be adopted. Therefore, when the amount of assets within a certain spatial range is lower than the first threshold, it is preferable to directly perform asset inventory in the most secure manner. It should be understood that, due to the difference of actual situations such as space environment, asset distribution and accuracy of asset inventory result, the size of the first threshold is not limited, and those skilled in the art can make reasonable selection according to situations. Meanwhile, when asset inventory is performed by using an asset inventory method of RFID scanning, a person skilled in the art can reasonably select a scanning range and a scanning frequency of RFID to realize accurate inventory of assets. The asset checking method adopting RFID scanning is adopted to perform asset checking, and when the number of assets is large, technicians do not need to perform one-by-one checking on the assets one by one, so that the quick and excellent understanding of asset information in a very short time is ensured. It should be understood that the above-mentioned scheme is defined in the case that the asset inventory information is relatively easy to see, and if in an actual scenario, the person skilled in the art cannot visually see the asset inventory information, such as the asset code, the asset inventory information may still be considered to be inventoried by means of the RFID scan.
In a specific embodiment, the assets are checked according to the asset checking mode scanned by the RFID, and if the assets are omitted for checking or checked in error, whether the user side is equipment provided with a camera is judged; if the user side is judged to be equipment provided with a camera, checking the assets according to an asset checking mode of code scanning of the camera to obtain asset checking information; and if the user side is judged to be equipment without a camera, checking the assets which are missed to be checked or checked in error according to an infrared code scanning and/or manually input asset checking mode to obtain asset checking information. Namely, in the process of asset inventory, the asset inventory can be performed in a manner of combining a plurality of asset inventory manners. It is understood that those skilled in the art can select and combine various asset inventory modes reasonably according to situations to accurately inventory assets.
Step S3, if the user side is in a networking state, the asset checking information is sent to a cloud database; and if the user side is not in the networking state, storing the asset inventory information to a local database. That is, the asset checking method described in the present application can check assets whether the network is in a connected state or a non-connected state. Specifically, the user side and the cloud database are in plug-in butt joint in an http service configuration mode, and when the user side is in a networking state, asset inventory information acquired by the user side can be directly uploaded to the cloud database. And if the user side is in the non-networking state, the asset checking information is firstly stored in the local database, and after the user side is networked, the asset checking information stored in the local database is sent to the cloud database for storage. The data are stored in the cloud database, on one hand, the local memory can be effectively released, and on the other hand, the safety of the data can be guaranteed.
In one embodiment, the cloud database is in communication connection with the local database, and based on the asset inventory authority range of the user side, the access and/or downloading of the asset inventory information of the cloud database by the local database is realized. Namely, the user side can upload the asset checking information of the local database to the cloud database, and the user side can download the asset checking information of the cloud database to the local database. However, the authority of the user terminal to upload/download the asset inventory information is determined according to the account information logged in the user terminal, i.e., the authority of different users to upload/download the asset inventory information at the user terminal may be inconsistent.
In one embodiment, a user may start a timed asset checking task based on the asset checking authority range, and perform manual non-intervention scheduled time checking on the asset to obtain asset checking information. The assets can be checked regularly, on one hand, the asset checking information can be known in time, and on the other hand, the assets can not occupy too much human resources.
In one embodiment, the checking the assets according to the asset checking task and a preset asset checking mode to obtain the asset checking information specifically includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining asset information of an area to be checked in advance, and storing the asset information in a cloud database; setting a target inspection tour point based on the asset information and an asset checking scene in which the asset information is located; and checking the assets based on the target patrol checking point and a preset asset checking mode to obtain asset checking information. That is, before the assets are checked, the distribution of the assets is firstly roughly known, that is, before the assets are checked, the checking task needs to be created. Particularly, when manual non-interference scheduled inventory is carried out on assets, a target patrol point needs to be set urgently according to the information of the assets and the inventory scene of the assets, and the assets are scheduled and inventoried at fixed points. It should be understood that, when performing asset inventory, the asset inventory is performed based on the asset inventory task, and similarly, the user may also upload the asset inventory task through the user terminal, but the authority of uploading the asset inventory task by the user terminal is determined by the asset inventory authority range, that is, the asset inventory authority range includes uploading/downloading the asset inventory task and performing the asset inventory.
In one embodiment, the asset inventory information includes: asset code, asset name, asset inventory status, asset inventory time, total amount of assets, number of assets inventoried, and number of assets inventoried. The asset inventory authority range comprises: and uploading the asset checking task and downloading the asset checking task. It should be understood that the user terminal may log in different accounts to perform asset checking, but the asset checking information and the asset checking task between different accounts are not shared, that is, the user terminal may separately store the asset checking information according to different login accounts. Similarly, whether the local database or the cloud database is used, the asset checking tasks and the asset checking information of different accounts are separately stored corresponding to the account information.
