the fourth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the entry form stored in the database;
and the counting unit is used for counting the number of users corresponding to different form states based on the form states of the entry forms stored in the database.
The embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein when the instructions are executed, the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the above house purchasing qualification auditing method.
The present embodiment further provides an electronic device, whose schematic structural diagram is shown in fig. 6, specifically including a memory 601, and one or more instructions 602, where the one or more instructions 602 are stored in the memory 601 and configured to be executed by one or more processors 603 to perform the following operations according to the one or more instructions 602:

Claims (10)

1. A house purchasing qualification auditing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring house purchasing material information filled in by a user through a target form in a preset display interface; the target form is a preset form corresponding to the user type of the user in a plurality of preset forms;
associating the house purchasing material information with the target form to obtain an entry form of the user;
storing the entry form into a database so that auditors can conveniently audit house purchasing qualification of the user according to the entry form in the database;
and obtaining an auditing result which is fed back by an auditor and audits the house purchasing qualification of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the information of house purchase materials filled in by the user through the target form in the preset display interface, the method further comprises:
responding to a trigger instruction of a user, and jumping to a user login interface;
outputting a target problem after the user successfully logs in; the target question comprises a question item and a plurality of answer items;
responding to the selection operation of the user, acquiring an execution strategy corresponding to the answer item selected by the user, if the execution strategy represents that a next question needs to be output, acquiring the next question, taking the next question as a target question, and returning to the step of outputting the target question; if the execution strategy representation does not need to output the next question, determining the user type of the user based on the answer item selected by the user, and determining a preset form corresponding to the user type of the user in a plurality of preset forms as a target form;
and loading the target list to a preset display interface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the jumping to user login interface comprises:
generating an activity information introduction interface; the activity information introduction interface comprises an entry button;
and after the user clicks the entry button, jumping to a user login interface.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the audit result of the audit of the house purchase qualification of the user fed back by the auditor, further comprising:
if the audit result indicates that the user does not pass the house purchasing qualification audit, feeding back an entry form and a refusal reason included in the audit result to an account of the user; the reason for refusal is used for explaining the reason that the user fails the house purchase qualification audit;
if the auditing result represents that the user passes the house purchasing qualification auditing, judging whether the state of a preset review switch is an opening state;
if the preset review switch is in an open state, when the reviewer has the administrator authority, setting the form state of the entry form as a pass review, and when the reviewer does not have the administrator authority, setting the form state of the entry form as a review, and sending the entry form to the account of the reviewer with the administrator authority, so that the reviewer with the administrator authority can review the entry form;
and if the preset review switch is not in the on state, setting the form state of the entry form as approved.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after feeding back the refusal reason included in the entry form and the audit result into the user's account, further comprising:
and acquiring the reason for rejecting by the user, modifying the corresponding content in the entry form, and replacing the entry form pre-stored in the database with the modified entry form.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the entry form in a database, further comprising:
and in response to the withdrawal operation of the user, deleting the entry form from the database.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an entry form stored in a database;
and counting the number of users corresponding to different form states based on the form states of the entry forms stored in the database.
8. A house purchase qualification auditing system, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the house purchasing material information filled in by a user through a target form in a preset display interface; the target form is a preset form corresponding to the user type of the user in a plurality of preset forms;
the association unit is used for associating the house purchase material information with the target form to obtain an entry form of the user;
the storage unit is used for storing the entry form into a database so that an auditor can conveniently audit the house purchasing qualification of the user according to the entry form in the database;
and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring an auditing result which is fed back by an auditor and used for auditing the house purchasing qualification of the user.
9. A storage medium, comprising stored instructions, wherein when executed, the instructions control a device on which the storage medium is located to perform the house purchasing qualification auditing method according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and one or more instructions, wherein the one or more instructions are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors to perform the method of checking house purchase eligibility of any one of claims 1-7.
