Of course, in other embodiments, the arrangement positions of the light guide posts 2 may not be consistent with the positions of the key caps on the keyboard to be detected, for example, a matrix arrangement is adopted, and the key caps are respectively placed on the light guide posts during detection.
The light transmission plate 1 is used for transmitting light emitted by the light source 3 to the light guide columns 2, and comprises a light transmission plate main body 11 made of transparent light guide materials, and a first paint layer 12 is arranged on a non-light transmission area on the surface of the light transmission plate main body 11.
In this embodiment, the first paint layer 12 comprises a black primer for shading light and a white topcoat for contrasting with the color of the product 4 to be detected (the keycap is generally black) to increase contrast. Of course, in other embodiments, only a black primer for shading may be included.
Each light guide column 2 is used for guiding light to the product 4 to be detected placed on the light guide column to realize the light transmission detection of the product 4 to be detected. Each light guide column 2 comprises a light guide column main body 21 made of transparent light guide materials and a second paint layer 22 arranged on the periphery of the light guide column main body 21. The middle part of the top end of each light guide column 2 is provided with an avoiding groove 23 for avoiding a protruding structure of a product to be detected.
In this embodiment, the light guide pillar body 21 and the light transmissive plate body 11 are integrally formed, so that the structure is stable and the light transmittance is good. Of course, in other embodiments, they may not be formed integrally, but rather may be formed separately and then mounted together.
In this embodiment, the bottom end of the second paint layer 22 is connected to the first paint layer 12 to prevent light from passing between the two.
