The device for evaluating the corrosion appearance of the metal standard component is characterized in that a third clamping hand (32) for clamping the rod part of the bolt is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the lower chamber (5), the third clamping hand (32) is positioned below the first opening (6) and corresponds to the first clamping hand (7), a storage table (33) for placing a film cover is further arranged on the inner bottom surface of the lower chamber (5), and a fourth clamping hand (34) for covering the film cover on the bolt head is further arranged on the side wall of the lower chamber (5).
8. A method for evaluating the corrosion appearance of a metal standard using the apparatus of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) area division: dividing a metal standard part to be evaluated into a head exposed area (36), a head lower connecting area (37), a polish rod area (38), a polish rod-thread transition area (39) and a thread area (40), wherein each area can be cut according to the actual structure of a sample;
2) data acquisition: respectively collecting corrosion area data and corrosion damage type data of a head exposed area, a head lower connecting area, a polish rod-thread transition area and a thread area;
3) constructing an evaluation model: constructing an evaluation model comprising a corrosion area evaluation unit and a corrosion damage type evaluation unit, wherein the corrosion area evaluation unit is divided into 10 grades according to the size of a corrosion area and is represented by a number of 0-10, and the corrosion damage type evaluation unit is divided into 10 classes according to types and is represented by letters A-J;
4) appearance evaluation: inputting the collected corrosion area and the image into an evaluation model, respectively evaluating the corrosion grade and the corrosion area of each data collection area, and forming an appearance evaluation grade by the number of the corrosion area and the letter of the corrosion type.
