the lifting assembly comprises a coil spring, a tension spring and a support, wherein the coil spring and a tension spring belt are respectively installed on the inner ring and the outer ring of the support, the tension spring belt is connected with a limiting block and fixed at the lower end of the lifting rod, the support is driven to synchronously rotate when the tension spring belt is stressed to rotate, the lifting rod is driven to move, the coil spring can generate force for restraining the support from rotating, and therefore free movement of any position of the lifting rod is achieved.
