Description

Decorative thread, sewing method thereof and fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a decorative thread, a sewing method thereof and a fabric.
Background
The three-needle shrimp perilla decorative line plays a role in fixing the seam allowance and decorating on the clothes. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of forming a conventional three-needle shrimp threo decoration line. The process of sewing the three-needle shrimp tassel decorative line comprises three operation processes of sewing the shrimp tassel line 11, sewing and fixing the jujube line 12 at the tail part of the shrimp tassel line 11, manually picking up the redundant net sewing line tail 13 and the like.
The shrimp tassel thread is sewn by a net vehicle (flat sewing vehicle), in order to prevent the decorative thread from scattering, the tail of the shrimp tassel thread is required to be sewn and sealed by a flat vehicle or a date sewing vehicle, and the process belongs to two different processes, so that the shrimp tassel thread is required to be reserved for a thread length, and after the date sewing thread is adopted, the redundant shrimp tassel thread is cut off by manual picking. And if the shrimp tassel line is not reserved for a long line, namely the date is beaten at the tail end of the shrimp tassel line, the bottom line of the chain is difficult to be ensured not to be separated during tail sealing. However, the traditional sewing method of the shrimp su decorative thread has long operation time and multiple steps, which results in low production efficiency, and in addition, the quality risk of picking up and rotting clothes exists when the redundant thread tail is manually picked up and removed.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a decoration line 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a simulated shrimp threonine line 110.
The shrimp-imitated threo thread 110 comprises a plurality of stitch units 111, and the stitch units 111 are connected in sequence.
Each stitch unit 111 has four needle drop points, namely a first needle drop point 1101, a second needle drop point 1102, a third needle drop point 1103 and a fourth needle drop point 1104. The first, second, third, and fourth needle drop points 1101, 1102, 1103, and 1104 form four vertices of a quadrangle, and are sequentially distributed in the order of counterclockwise.
Trace unit 111 includes first trace 1111, second trace 1112, third trace 1113, and fourth trace 1114. A first stitch 1111 extends from the first drop point 1101 to the second drop point 1102, a second stitch 1112 extends from the second drop point 1102 to the third drop point 1103, a third stitch 1113 extends from the third drop point 1103 to the first drop point 1101, and a fourth stitch 1114 extends from the first drop point 1101 to the fourth drop point 1104.
The first needle drop point 1101 of the next stitch unit 111 coincides with the fourth needle drop point 1104 of the previous stitch unit 111, and the second needle drop point 1102 of the next stitch unit 111 coincides with the third needle drop point 1103 of the previous stitch unit 111. Thus, the plurality of stitch units 111 are connected in sequence to form the shrimp-imitated threo thread 110.
The decoration line 100 is provided with the shrimp-like threonine line 110, the shrimp-like threonine line 110 is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of stitch units 111, each stitch unit 111 comprises a first stitch 1111, a second stitch 1112, a third stitch 1113 and a fourth stitch 1114, the first stitch 1111 extends from the first needle drop point 1101 to the second needle drop point 1102, the second stitch 1112 extends from the second needle drop point 1102 to the third needle drop point 1103, the third stitch 1113 extends from the third needle drop point 1103 to the first needle drop point 1101, and the fourth stitch 1114 extends from the first needle drop point 1101 to the fourth needle drop point 1104, so that the fixing and decoration effects similar to those of the traditional shrimp-like threonine line are formed. Above-mentioned ornamental thread 100 need not adopt the net car to carry out the sewing like traditional shrimp su line, and can carry out the sewing through the flatcar, therefore can continue the sewing through the flatcar and go out fixed sealing line 130, need not reserve the line length, just can save traditional adoption net car sewing method and need choose to remove the step of cutting unnecessary shrimp su line tail, can improve production efficiency to choose the risk of rotten clothes when having avoided choosing except unnecessary shrimp su line tail.
In one embodiment, the quadrilateral is a parallelogram. Further, the quadrangle is rectangular.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in one example, the decoration line 100 further includes a binding line 120, the binding line 120 is located between the second stitch 1112 and the fourth stitch 1114, the extending direction of the binding line 120 is parallel to the extending direction of the plurality of stitch units 111, and the binding line 120 binds the first stitch 1111 and the third stitch 1113 in each stitch unit 111 together.
The decorative thread 100 of the above example also forms a binding thread 120 parallel to the extending direction of the plurality of stitch units 111, and binds the first stitch 1111 and the third stitch 1113 in each stitch unit 111 together to form a fixing and decorative effect similar to the three-needle shrimp tassel thread.
In one example, the binding wire 120 is directly led out from the end stitch unit 111 and extends from the end stitch unit 111 to the head stitch unit 111.
