Abstract
The invention discloses a protective film for a 3C product curved surface, which comprises a PC substrate layer, a UV type polyurethane adhesive coating, a first polyacrylic resin hardened layer, a UV type TPU adhesive coating, a second polyacrylic resin hardened layer, a self-venting adhesive layer and a PET fluorine release film layer which are sequentially attached. The protective film for the curved surface of the 3C product can play double roles of shipment protection and use protection, is environment-friendly, and is convenient and easy to exhaust when being pasted with the film; when the protective film is torn off, no residual glue is left, and the original appearance of the curved surface of the 3C product can be restored.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protective films, in particular to a protective film for a 3C product curved surface and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The "3C product" is a generic name of computer, communication and consumer electronics products, and is also called "information appliance", such as a computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone or a digital audio player. When the 3C product leaves a factory and is used, the screen needs to be protected by the protective film, the main function is to prevent the screen from being damaged in transportation and use by a consumer, the use touch of the consumer is not affected, and the most common protective film is the mobile phone protective film. Traditional cell-phone protection film uses 2D, 2.5D and 3D protection film as the main, and the 2D protection film is used for laminating plane screen, and 2.5D is used for laminating both sides curved surface screen, and the 3D protection film is used for laminating four curved surface screens. With the development of the electronic industry, more and more mobile phones adopt 2.5D and 3D curved surface screens, namely OLEDs, as mobile phone screens. The existing common 2.5D PET protective film has poor PET hot-press formability, poor bending effect and low silica gel adhesive force, so that the phenomenon of gray edge rebound and upwarp is easy to occur after the protective film is attached to a mobile phone screen, and residual glue exists after the protective film is torn off. According to the existing thermosetting-ultraviolet double-section protective film, a semi-cured layer can cause silica gel poisoning, the silica gel cannot be directly coated, an OCA adhesive is mostly coated, the exhaust performance is poor compared with that of the OCA adhesive, and the TVOC content is difficult to meet the requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a protective film for a 3C product curved surface and a preparation method thereof, which can play double roles of shipment protection and use protection, are convenient to attach and easy to exhaust, and do not leave residual glue after film tearing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a protective film for a 3C product curved surface, which comprises a PC substrate layer, a UV type polyurethane adhesive coating, a first polyacrylic resin hardened layer, a UV type TPU adhesive coating, a second polyacrylic resin hardened layer, a self-venting adhesive layer and a PET fluorine release film layer which are sequentially attached.
Furthermore, the thickness of the PC substrate layer is 20-100 microns, the thickness of the UV type polyurethane adhesive coating is 30-60 microns, the thickness of the first polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 2-5 microns, the thickness of the UV type TPU adhesive coating is 10-50 microns, the thickness of the second polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 2-5 microns, the thickness of the self-venting adhesive layer is 20-50 microns, and the thickness of the PET fluorine release film layer is 50-100 microns.
Further, the UV polyurethane adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
18-35 parts of a solvent;
30-50 parts of polyester polyol;
20-25 parts of isocyanate;
1-3 parts of a photoinitiator;
0.5-1 part of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator comprises one or more of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2-hydroxy-methyl phenyl propane-1-ketone and benzoin dimethyl ether;
the leveling agent includes one or more of BYK3505, BYK330, and BYK 358N.
Further, the raw materials of the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer and the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer comprise the following components in parts by weight:
50-70 parts of a solvent;
30-50 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin;
1-2 parts of a photoinitiator;
the photoinitiator comprises 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone and/or 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone;
the solvent comprises one or more of ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, toluene, MIBK and PGM.
Further, the raw materials of the UV type TPU adhesive coating comprise the following components in parts by weight:
50-55 parts of polyester acrylate oligomer;
30-40 parts of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate;
5-10 parts of a photoinitiator;
1-2 parts of methyl cellulose;
1-2 parts of a fluorine-containing auxiliary agent;
1-2 parts of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator comprises one or more of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2-hydroxy-methyl phenyl propane-1-ketone and benzoin dimethyl ether;
the leveling agent includes one or more of BYK3505, BYK330, and BYK 358N.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the protective film for the curved surface of the 3C product, which comprises the following steps:
coating raw materials of a UV polyurethane adhesive coating on a PC substrate layer, and carrying out UV curing to obtain the UV polyurethane adhesive coating;
coating a raw material of a first polyacrylic resin hardened layer on the UV type polyurethane adhesive coating, and obtaining the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer through thermosetting;
coating the raw material of the UV type TPU adhesive coating on the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer, and carrying out UV curing to obtain the UV type TPU adhesive coating;
coating the raw material of the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer on the UV type TPU adhesive coating, and obtaining the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer through thermosetting;
coating a self-venting adhesive layer on the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer and attaching a PET fluorine release film layer;
all the above film layers were further cured with UV.
The invention has the outstanding effects that:
the protective film for the curved surface of the 3C product can play double roles of shipment protection and use protection, is environment-friendly, and is convenient and easy to exhaust when being pasted with the film; when the protective film is torn off, no residual glue is left, and the original appearance of the curved surface of the 3C product can be restored.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the protective film for the curved surface of the 3C product, which comprises the following steps:
coating raw materials of a UV polyurethane adhesive coating on a PC substrate layer, and carrying out UV curing to obtain the UV polyurethane adhesive coating;
coating a raw material of a first polyacrylic resin hardened layer on the UV type polyurethane adhesive coating, and obtaining the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer through thermosetting;
coating the raw material of the UV type TPU adhesive coating on the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer, and carrying out UV curing to obtain the UV type TPU adhesive coating;
coating the raw material of the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer on the UV type TPU adhesive coating, and obtaining the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer through thermosetting;
coating a self-venting adhesive layer on the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer and attaching a PET fluorine release film layer;
all the above film layers were further cured with UV.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a 3C product protection film for curved surface, the thickness of a PC substrate layer is 20 μm, the thickness of a UV type polyurethane adhesive coating is 30 μm, the thickness of a first polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 2 μm, the thickness of a UV type TPU adhesive coating is 10 μm, the thickness of a second polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 2 μm, the thickness of a self-venting adhesive layer is 20 μm, and the thickness of a PET fluorine release film layer is 50 μm.

the UV polyurethane adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
35 parts of a solvent;
30 parts of polyester polyol;
20 parts of isocyanate;
1 part of photoinitiator;
0.5 part of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator is 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone;
the leveling agent is BYK 3505.
The material of the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer and the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of a solvent;
30 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin;
1 part of photoinitiator;
the photoinitiator is 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone;
the solvent was ethyl acetate.
The UV type TPU adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50 parts of polyester acrylate oligomer;
30 parts of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate;
5 parts of a photoinitiator;
1 part of methyl cellulose;
1 part of a fluorine-containing auxiliary agent;
1 part of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator is 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone;
the leveling agent is BYK 3505.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a 3C product protection film for curved surface, the thickness of a PC substrate layer is 100 μm, the thickness of a UV type polyurethane adhesive coating is 60 μm, the thickness of a first polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 5 μm, the thickness of a UV type TPU adhesive coating is 50 μm, the thickness of a second polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 5 μm, the thickness of a self-venting adhesive layer is 50 μm, and a PET fluorine release film layer is 100 μm.

the UV polyurethane adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
18 parts of a solvent;
50 parts of polyester polyol;
25 parts of isocyanate;
3 parts of a photoinitiator;
1 part of a leveling agent;

the leveling agent is BYK 330.
The material of the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer and the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of a solvent;
50 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin;
2 parts of a photoinitiator;
the photoinitiator is 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone;
the solvent includes n-butyl acetate and toluene.
The UV type TPU adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
55 parts of polyester acrylate oligomer;
40 parts of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate;
10 parts of a photoinitiator;
2 parts of methyl cellulose;
2 parts of a fluorine-containing auxiliary agent;
2 parts of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator comprises 2-hydroxy-methyl phenyl propane-1-ketone;
the leveling agent is BYK 330.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a 3C product protection film for curved surface, the thickness of a PC substrate layer is 60 μm, the thickness of a UV type polyurethane adhesive coating is 50 μm, the thickness of a first polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 3 μm, the thickness of a UV type TPU adhesive coating is 20 μm, the thickness of a second polyacrylic resin hardening layer is 3 μm, the thickness of a self-venting adhesive layer is 40 μm, and the thickness of a PET fluorine release film layer is 80 μm.
Wherein:
the UV polyurethane adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of a solvent;
35 parts of polyester polyol;
22 parts of isocyanate;
2 parts of a photoinitiator;
1 part of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator is benzoin dimethyl ether;
the leveling agent was BYK 358N.
The material of the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer and the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
60 parts of a solvent;
40 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin;
1 part of photoinitiator;
the photoinitiator comprises 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone;
the solvent includes MIBK and PGM.
The UV type TPU adhesive coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
52 parts of polyester acrylate oligomer;
35 parts of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate;
8 parts of a photoinitiator;
1 part of methyl cellulose;
1 part of a fluorine-containing auxiliary agent;
1 part of a leveling agent;
the photoinitiator is benzoin dimethyl ether;
the leveling agent was BYK 358N.
Examples of the experiments
The protective films for curved surfaces of examples 1 to 3 and the protective film for a general curved surface of the prior art (comparative example) were tested for their performances, and the results are shown in table 1 below:

In summary, the protective film for the curved surface of the 3C product in embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention can perform dual functions of shipment protection and use protection, and the product is environment-friendly and is convenient and easy to exhaust when being pasted with a film; when the protective film is torn off, no residual glue is left, and the original appearance of the curved surface of the 3C product can be restored.

coating a raw material of a first polyacrylic resin hardened layer on the UV type polyurethane adhesive coating, and obtaining the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer through thermosetting;
coating the raw material of the UV type TPU adhesive coating on the first polyacrylic resin hardened layer, and carrying out UV curing to obtain the UV type TPU adhesive coating;
coating the raw material of the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer on the UV type TPU adhesive coating, and obtaining the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer through thermosetting;
coating a self-venting adhesive layer on the second polyacrylic resin hardened layer and attaching a PET fluorine release film layer;
all the above film layers were further cured with UV.
