The invention discloses a stable water sample storage and detection integrated box, which comprises a box cover, wherein a reagent bottle placement position and a detection instrument are arranged in the box cover; the box body is internally provided with an anti-deformation water sample bottle placing position and a detection test tube placing position. The reagent bottle is placed in the reagent bottle placing device, so that the reagent bottle can be effectively prevented from falling off and crushing when the box is severely vibrated or the box cover is opened, and the reagent can not be detected in situ due to the reagent bottle falling off and crushing; through the vibration prevention device, when the box is in violent vibration, the test tube and the water sample bottle can be prevented from being broken due to falling or collision to influence detection; the constant temperature structure effectively prevents the water sample bottle and the test tube from deteriorating due to the temperature difference between the natural environment and the inside of the box in the placing process of the box, and simultaneously prevents the water sample bottle or the inner wall of the test tube from generating condensation water and mixing with the water sample to be detected, so that the accuracy of the detection result is ensured. The invention integrates water sample detection and storage into an integrated device, thereby meeting various requirements of water sample on-site detection, detection in the middle of transportation (such as on an automobile), detection in a laboratory, and the like, shortening the on-site residence time of detection personnel, utilizing the time in the middle of driving, improving the detection efficiency, and being convenient and practical.

Background
When detecting water quality indexes of water bodies such as rivers, lakes and the like, a part of indexes can be detected in situ after site sampling, and a portable water quality detector is mostly adopted; part of indexes need to be carried back to a laboratory for detection by a water sample storage box, so that an integrated water sample storage and detection box is more needed. At present, a reagent bottle is placed in a water sample box or a clamping seat of the water sample bottle is filled with sponge, and when a box cover of the test box is uncovered or violently oscillated, the test box is easy to separate from the clamping seat or the bottle body is broken due to impact, so that part of detection indexes cannot be completed on site. Meanwhile, after the water sample is contained in the water sample bottle or the test tube, the water sample is deteriorated due to the temperature difference between the inside and the outside, and the inner wall of the water sample bottle or the test tube is easy to generate condensed water and is mixed with the water sample to be detected, so that the accuracy of the detection result can be influenced.

The invention aims to provide a stable water sample storage and detection integrated box which can effectively prevent reagent bottles or water sample bottles from being broken, prevent water samples from going bad and integrate on-site detection, transportation and storage.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

4. The invention integrates water sample detection and storage into an integrated device, thereby meeting various requirements of water sample on-site detection, detection in the middle of transportation (such as on an automobile), detection in a laboratory, and the like, shortening the on-site residence time of detection personnel, utilizing the time in the middle of driving, improving the detection efficiency, and being convenient and practical.

The invention relates to a stable water sample storage and detection integrated box, which comprises a box cover 1, a reagent bottle placing position 2, a detection instrument 3, a box body 4, an anti-deformation water sample bottle placing position 5 and a detection test tube placing position 6, wherein the lower end of the box cover is connected with the rear end of the box body through a hinge, and a buckling piece is arranged at the upper end of the box cover and the front end of the box body.
As shown in fig. 2, a fixing device is arranged in the reagent bottle placing part 2, and is connected between two buckling blocks through an elastic strip, when the reagent bottle is placed in the fixing device, the reagent bottle can be prevented from being separated or broken due to impact when the box cover of the test box is opened or violently oscillated, so that part of detection indexes cannot be completed on site.
The detecting instrument 3 can detect various water quality parameters, and is composed of an operation panel, a display screen, a detecting probe, a connecting wire and the like, wherein each component and the working principle thereof adopt the prior art, are common knowledge of the person skilled in the art, are not important points of the invention, and are not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the anti-deformation water sample bottle placing place 5 has an internal structure comprising an anti-vibration device 51, an air bag layer 52 and a constant temperature device 53. When the box is vibrated vigorously, the water sample bottle can be prevented from being broken due to falling or collision. And effectively prevent through constant temperature equipment that the water sample bottle from leading to the water sample to go bad because the temperature difference of natural environment and box inside in-process is placed in the incasement, prevent simultaneously that the water sample bottle inner wall from appearing the condensate water and mixing with waiting to detect the water sample, ensure testing result accuracy.
The anti-vibration device 51 is formed by connecting three buckling blocks 511 by an elastic strip 512 to form a circular overall structure. The air bag layer 52 is cylindrical, is sized to hold a water sample bottle, and has an inner surface in glued connection with the anti-vibration device. When the water sample bottle is placed in the box and violently vibrates, the vibration preventing device 51 can tightly clamp the water sample bottle to prevent the water sample bottle from being separated from the clamping seat, and meanwhile the air bag layer 52 plays a buffering role in collision of the water sample bottle during vibration to prevent the water sample bottle from being broken.
The main body of the constant temperature device 53 is a hollow cylinder with the radius larger than 1cm of the air bag layer, the inside of the constant temperature device is filled with a heat insulation material 54, and the constant temperature device is connected with the outer surface of the air bag layer in a gluing mode. The structure can effectively prevent the water sample bottle from deteriorating due to the temperature difference between the natural environment and the inside of the box in the placing process of the water sample bottle in the box, and simultaneously prevent the inner wall of the water sample bottle from generating condensation water and mixing with the water sample to be detected, so that the accuracy of the detection result is ensured.
The internal structure of the test tube placement 6 is similar to that of the anti-metamorphic water sample bottle placement, except that the diameter is suitable for the test tube size. The test tube is placed therein, both can detect the water sample in the scene, also can detect the water sample in the transportation (like on the car) on, even detect the water sample in the car driving in-process, when the car takes place jolting, the test tube also can not break away from cassette or collision fracture. Meanwhile, the phenomenon that the inner wall of the test tube is condensed water and mixed with a water sample to be detected due to the temperature difference between the natural environment and the inside of the box body can be prevented, and the accuracy of the detection result is guaranteed. The water sample can be detected on site and in the transportation process, so that the residence time of detection personnel on site is shortened, the time in the driving process is utilized, and the detection efficiency is improved.
The handle 7 is arranged at the center of the outer surface of the box cover 1, so that the whole device is convenient to carry and move.
