Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of lighting lamps, in particular to a preparation method of a PC plastic material lamp housing of a G40 specification E12 lamp holder, which comprises the following steps: s1: injecting the PC plastic material into a special mold suitable for the PC plastic material, and performing injection molding on the PC plastic material to form a tubular lamp blank; s2: the injection molding station is used for specially designing a special mold and opening the special mold, and the tubular lamp blank is taken out from the mold core rod; s3: heating the tubular lamp blank again until the PC material reaches an ideal soft degree, injecting gas into each station, and performing expansion molding to obtain a lamp shell; s4: and transferring the lamp housing to a demolding station, and detaching the lamp housing from the mold by the demolding station. According to the invention, the PC plastic material is adopted to perform injection molding to form the tubular lamp blank, and the injection molding, the blow molding and the demolding procedures are simultaneously performed on the mold, so that the produced lamp shell has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high transparency and difficulty in damage, the service life of the lamp shell exceeds that of the traditional lamp bulb by more than one time, the quality of the lamp bulb is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
A bulb is a lighting device that emits light and generates heat by electric energy, and the most common function of a bulb is lighting, which plays an important role in daily life of people.
The lamp shell of the traditional LED bulb is generally made of glass, PET and other plastic materials, the LED bulb made of the glass materials is fragile and cannot resist high and low temperatures, and potential safety hazards exist in the process of damage and follow-up short circuit easily caused. The LED bulb made of PET and other plastic materials is easy to produce, but is easy to age, discolor, crack, damage and the like, and the transparency of the bulb is seriously reduced along with the time. Especially, the high-power bulb product is easy to be affected by temperature and seriously deformed, and the joint part of the bulb product and the accessory is loosened and is not waterproof, so that serious accidents such as fire disasters and the like can be caused.
At present, the lamp shell is made of PC plastic materials, and the problems which cannot be solved exist, the PC plastic materials are relatively hard in characteristics, and the made bulb shell is more transparent and is not easy to damage. The technology for manufacturing the small-caliber large-spherical-diameter bulb with the lamp shell, in particular the G40 specification E12 lamp cap, by using the traditional method has the existing technical difficulty.

s4: and transferring the lamp housing to a demolding station, and detaching the lamp housing from the mold by the demolding station.

The invention is further set that the PC plastic material comprises polycarbonate, halogen-free flame-retardant master batch, ultraviolet absorbent, anti-dripping agent and high-temperature-resistant antioxidant; the weight portions are as follows: 50-95 parts of polycarbonate resin, 1-20 parts of halogen-free flame-retardant master batch, 0.5-5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 1-3 parts of toughening agent, 0.5-5 parts of high-temperature resistant agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of antioxidant and 0.2-1.3 parts of light stabilizer.
The invention is further configured that the halogen-free flame retardant is an aromatic sulfonate flame retardant.
The invention is further configured that the toughening agent is MBS resin.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the PC plastic material is adopted to perform injection molding to form the tubular lamp blank, and simultaneously injection molding, blow molding and demolding are performed on the mold, so that the produced lamp shell has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high transparency and difficulty in damage, and the service life of the lamp shell is more than one time longer than that of the traditional lamp bulb.

The preparation method of the PC plastic material lamp housing of the G40 standard E12 lamp holder in the embodiment includes the following steps:
s1: injecting the PC plastic material into a special mold suitable for the PC plastic material, and performing injection molding on the PC plastic material to form a tubular lamp blank;
s2: designing a special mold in the injection molding station, and taking out the tubular lamp blank from a mold core rod of the injection molding station;
s3: heating the tubular lamp blank again until the PC material reaches an ideal soft degree, injecting gas into each station, and performing expansion molding to obtain a lamp shell;
