In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-6, a dual-cutter-head trimming device for papermaking processing comprises a workbench 1, wherein a supporting leg 2 is arranged on one side, close to the ground, of the workbench 1, a cushion block 3 is arranged at the lower end of the supporting leg 2, the supporting leg 2 can raise the height of the whole device, so that an operator can use the device at a reasonable height, and meanwhile, the cushion block 3 can increase the contact area with the ground, so that the stability of the whole device is better, and the dual-cutter-head trimming device further comprises a clamping mechanism 4 and a cutting mechanism 5;

In one case of the present embodiment, the sliding column 26 has a polygonal cross section. By providing the polygon, the cutter wheel 22 can be moved back and forth along the slide column 26, and since the slide column 26 is provided in the polygon, the cutter wheel 22 can also be rotated along with the slide column 26, so that the rotation of the rotation lever 21 can be stably transmitted to the cutter wheel 22.
In one case of the present embodiment, the sliding post 26 is provided with a fixing plate 25, the fixing plate 25 is rotatably connected with the screw 24, and the middle part of the screw 24 is in threaded connection with the cutting wheel 22. The blocking frame 13 is arranged in a U shape, after the sliding rod 18 is arranged below the blocking frame 13, the whole sliding rod 18 can be in a horizontal state, and the cutting wheel 22 is far away from the workbench 1, so that the whole device can be subjected to subsequent clamping treatment, and the safety is improved.
In one case of this embodiment, the end of the sliding rod 18 remote from the fixed frame 20 is provided with a handle 19. The handle 19 can fix two slide bars 18 on the one hand, and on the other hand can be convenient for operating personnel to rotate the slide bars 18, so that relevant anti-skidding and damping devices can be wound on the handle 19, and the whole device is more convenient to use.
In one case of this embodiment, the end of the rotating shaft 16 away from the center of the device is provided with a weight 15. The whole cutting mechanism 5 is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 14, so that the balancing weight 15 can be arranged on the rear side of the rotating shaft 16 for the stability of the whole device, so that the front side and the rear side of the supporting plate 14 are uniformly stressed, and the stability of the whole device is improved.
In one case of this embodiment, a limiting plate 8 is disposed at one end of the guide rod 6 near the ground, and a spring 7 is disposed between the limiting plate 8 and the workbench 1. The spring 7 is in a compressed state, so that the guide bar 6 is pushed by the spring 7 to move downwards, thereby realizing the provision of the clamping force. And guide rods 6 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the workbench 1, so that the stress of the whole clamping force is more balanced. The one end that guide bar 6 kept away from the ground is equipped with screw rod 9, and screw rod 9 through connection grip block 11's tip, grip block 11's both sides are equipped with lock nut 10 with screw rod 9 threaded connection. Through the cooperation of the two lock nuts 10, the position of the clamping plate 11 on the stud can be adjusted, so that the device can effectively fix paper with different thicknesses.
In the implementation process, the device is firstly stably placed on the ground, the sliding rod 18 is pulled upwards, so that the cutting wheel 22 moves upwards, the distance between the cutting wheel 22 and the rotating shaft 16 is reduced, the moment during rotation is reduced, the sliding rod 18 can be placed below the blocking frame 13, the sliding rod 18 is loosened, the cutting wheel 22 can drive the whole cutting mechanism 5 to rotate clockwise under the action of gravity, however, the left end of the sliding rod 18 is placed below the blocking frame 13, so that the whole sliding rod 18 is in a horizontal state, the cutting wheel 22 is far away from the workbench 1, and clamping operation can be performed.
The lock nut 10 is unscrewed, the height of the clamping plate 11 on the stud is adjusted up and down according to the thickness of the paper to be clamped, the lock nut 10 can be screwed after the adjustment is completed, the clamping plate 11 is pulled upwards, the paper to be cut is placed between the clamping plate 11 and the workbench 1, the front and back heights of the paper are adjusted, the clamping plate 11 is loosened, and the clamping effect on the paper is completed by the clamping plate 11 under the action of the spring 7.
The end of the screw rod 24 is provided with the rotating wheel 23, the rotating wheel 23 drives the screw rod 24 to rotate, the screw rod 24 drives the cutting wheels 22 to move forwards and backwards, the distance between the two cutting wheels 22 is adjusted according to the required cutting width, the driving motor 27 is started at the moment, the output shaft of the driving motor 27 drives the first belt pulley 28 to rotate, the first belt pulley 28 drives the second belt pulley 30 to rotate through the belt 29, the second belt pulley 30 drives the rotating rod 21 to rotate, the rotating rod 21 simultaneously drives the two cutting wheels 22 to rotate at high speed, the sliding rod 18 can slide rightwards at the moment, the sliding rod 18 is separated from the blocking frame 13, the whole cutting mechanism 5 rotates clockwise under the action of the gravity of the cutting wheels 22 at the moment, the cutting wheels 22 rotating at high speed are in contact with two sides of paper, the cutting treatment is carried out on the two sides of the paper at one time, the sliding rod 18 is placed under the blocking frame 13 again after the cutting is completed, the cut paper is taken out, and the paper to be subjected to clamping treatment again.
The invention is suitable for the double-cutter-head trimming equipment for paper making, and the cutting wheels 22 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the device, so that the whole device can cut the two sides of paper at one time, and the front position and the rear position of the cutting wheels 22 can be freely adjusted, so that the whole device can effectively cut the paper with different sizes.
