In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is that the personnel file information management cabinet comprises the following components: the multifunctional cabinet comprises a cabinet body, wherein a plurality of storage spaces are formed in the cabinet body, cabinet doors are arranged in the storage spaces at the upper end and the lower end, drawers are arranged in the rest storage spaces, one end of each cabinet door is rotatably connected with the cabinet body, the other end of each cabinet door is matched with the cabinet body through an electronic lock, and the electronic lock is arranged between each drawer and the cabinet body; an operation panel is arranged on one side face of the cabinet body, the operation panel is fixed and rotated relative to the cabinet body through a first control device, the operation panel adopts a touch screen type operation panel, a placing plate is arranged on one side face of the cabinet body, one end of the placing plate is rotatably connected with the cabinet body, and an adjusting device is arranged between the placing plate and the cabinet body; the partition plate between the adjacent storage spaces of the upper layer and the lower layer is provided with an air vent, the bottom plate of the drawer is provided with an air vent, and the upper side of the cabinet body is provided with an exhaust fan; the cabinet comprises a cabinet body and is characterized in that the cabinet body is provided with a camera, the camera is arranged at a top angle at the upper end of the cabinet body, the camera can capture the front side of the cabinet body and a picture on the side of an operation panel, a chip is arranged inside the cabinet body and electrically connected with the operation panel, the chip is electrically connected with the camera and an electronic lock, and the chip is provided with a fingerprint identification module, a storage module and a data transmission module.
As an improvement, the first control device comprises shaft seats symmetrically arranged on two sides of one end of the operation panel, sliding holes arranged on 1 shaft seat, a limiting pin in sliding connection with the sliding holes, a pulling cap arranged at one end of the limiting pin, and a spring arranged between the pulling cap and the shaft seat, wherein the spring is sleeved on the limiting pin, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the pulling cap, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the shaft seat, the other end of the limiting pin is provided with a chamfer, one end of the operation panel is rotatably connected with the shaft seat, the operation panel is provided with a limiting hole matched with the limiting pin, and the operation panel is provided with a guide groove matched with the limiting pin near the limiting hole.
As an improvement, the adjusting device comprises a connecting rod and a guide rail which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the placing plate, one end of the connecting rod is in damping rotation connection with the placing plate, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a guide post, one side of the guide rail is provided with a groove matched with the guide post, and the guide post is positioned in the groove, so that the guide post slides and rotates relative to the groove.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the file storage cabinet can store files independently, is unlocked through fingerprints, is provided with the monitoring device, is high in safety, is provided with the exhaust device, can keep a dry and ventilated environment in the cabinet, prevents the files from being damaged due to moisture, is provided with the placing plate, can enable personnel to store and search the files more conveniently, and can be retracted when the placing plate is not used, so that the space is saved.

The first control device comprises shaft seats 9 symmetrically arranged on two sides of one end of an operation panel 5, sliding holes arranged on 1 shaft seat 9, limiting pins 10 connected with the sliding holes in a sliding mode, pulling caps 11 arranged at one ends of the limiting pins 10, and springs 12 arranged between the pulling caps 11 and the shaft seats 9, wherein the springs 12 are sleeved on the limiting pins 10, one ends of the springs 12 are fixedly connected with the pulling caps 11, the other ends of the springs 12 are fixedly connected with the shaft seats 9, chamfers are arranged at the other ends of the limiting pins 10, one ends of the operation panel 5 are rotatably connected with the shaft seats 9, limiting holes 13 matched with the limiting pins 10 are formed in the operation panel 5, and guide grooves 14 matched with the limiting pins 10 are formed in the positions, close to the limiting holes 13, of the operation panel 5.
The adjusting device comprises a connecting rod 15 and a guide rail 16 which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the placing plate 6, one end of the connecting rod 15 is in damping rotation connection with the placing plate 6, a guide post 17 is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod 15, a groove 18 matched with the guide post 17 is formed in one side of the guide rail 16, and the guide post 17 is located in the groove 18, so that the guide post 17 slides and rotates relative to the groove 18.
The holding plate 6 is provided with a handle 19 at the end remote from the pivot connection.
The cabinet comprises a cabinet body 1 and is characterized in that an alarm device is arranged inside the cabinet body 1 and electrically connected with a chip.

The data transmission module adopts any form of wired transmission and wireless transmission.
In the specific implementation of the invention, the personnel file information management cabinet is placed at a designated position in advance, when personnel needs to use the management cabinet, the personnel walks to the front of the management cabinet, the placing plate 6 is pulled outwards through the handle 19, the placing plate 6 is unfolded outwards, the connecting rod 15 slides and rotates relatively, the guide post 17 slides and rotates in the groove 18, when the placing plate 6 is unfolded to the horizontal position, the guide post 17 moves to the lowest end of the groove 18, the connecting rod 15 cannot move continuously at the moment, the support for the placing plate 6 is realized, the personnel places materials in hands on the placing plate 6, or places the to-be-placed files on the placing plate 6 when searching the files at the later stage, the operation panel 5 is rotated, the limiting pin 10 rises upwards through the guide groove 14, and then when the limiting hole 13 is reached, the limiting hole 13 is inserted into the limiting hole 12 under the action of the spring 12, the relative fixation of the operation panel 5 is realized, and the operation on the operation panel 5 can be carried out, when the operation panel 5 is not needed, the pull cap 11 is pulled by a hand, the limiting pin 10 is separated from the limiting hole 13, and the operation panel 5 is withdrawn, wherein the camera 8 can collect facial information of an operator and store the facial information in the storage module, the operator selects a storage space to be opened, then a finger is placed in a fingerprint identification area of the operation panel 5, the fingerprint identification area transmits the fingerprint information to the storage module and compares the fingerprint information with a fingerprint library preset in the storage module, when the fingerprint is correct, the corresponding electronic lock 4 is opened, and the operator stores or takes a data file; data transmission module transmits operating personnel identity information, facial information to the terminal computer, the later stage of being convenient for is called, when operating personnel authentication error number of times exceeded 5 times, alarm device sent the warning, and camera 8 also can monitor the condition near the management cabinet.
The file storage cabinet can store files independently, is unlocked through fingerprints, is provided with the monitoring device, is high in safety, is provided with the exhaust device, can keep a dry and ventilated environment in the cabinet, prevents the files from being damaged due to moisture, is provided with the placing plate, can enable personnel to store and search the files more conveniently, and can be retracted when the placing plate is not used, so that the space is saved.
