A dehydration stir-frying device for green tea production comprises a box body (1), an outer cover (2) and a heating plate (3), wherein the outer cover (2) is placed at the top of the box body (1), the heating plate (3) for heating and dehydrating tea is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the box body (1), the dehydration stir-frying device is characterized by further comprising a control box (4), a first switch (41), a second switch (42), a storage mechanism (5), a placement mechanism (6) and a turning mechanism (7), the control box (4) is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the front side of the box body (1), the first switch (41) is arranged at the left part of the front side of the control box (4), the second switch (42) is arranged at the left part of the front side of the control box (4), the placement mechanism (6) for driving the tea to move left and right is arranged at the upper part of the box body (1), the storage mechanism (5) for placing the tea is arranged on the placement mechanism (6), the left side of the box body (1) is provided with a turning mechanism (7) for driving the placing mechanism (6) to work.

The green tea production dehydration and stir-frying equipment according to claim 1, wherein the placing mechanism (6) comprises a first sliding frame (61), a guide block (62), a first limiting rod (63), a humidity sensor (64), a buzzer (65) and a rotating rod (66), the first sliding frame (61) is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the upper part of the inner side of the box body (1) in a sliding manner, the guide block (62) is arranged on the left and right sides of the outer side of the first sliding frame (61), the first limiting rod (63) is arranged on the right side of the upper part on the front and back sides of the inner wall of the box body (1), the first limiting rod (63) is connected with the adjacent guide block (62) in a sliding manner, the humidity sensor (64) is arranged in the middle of the upper part on the left side of the inner wall of the box body (1), the buzzer (65) for reminding is arranged on the upper right part on the front side of the box body (1), the rotating rod (66) is rotatably arranged on the left side of the upper part on the front and back sides of the box body (1), the inner side of the rotating rod (66) is eccentrically arranged, and the rotating rod (66) is connected with the adjacent guide block (62) in a sliding manner.
