In this embodiment, the gateway office and the connection permission discriminating device are connected through a call information reporting interface, the data flow in the call information reporting interface is from the gateway office to the connection permission discriminating device, and the type of the message transmitted in the call information reporting interface is CAP (IDP message).

And meanwhile, a call connection permission judging function with relatively complex logic is handed over to a service platform, namely connection permission judging equipment, so that the service is flexible, the service is realized rapidly, the check, judgment and call processing of the call connection permission among networks are realized through the connection permission judging equipment, the great improvement of the existing network equipment can be avoided, the implementation time is short, the function expansibility is strong, the network operation is kept stable, and the engineering investment can be greatly reduced.
The method for processing the inter-network call provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps that after determining that the received inter-network call needs to be subjected to connection permission judgment, an inter-network gateway transmits call related information to connection permission judgment equipment; so that the connection authority judging device determines that the call has the call connection authority based on the call related information, and then sends a call connection instruction to the gateway between the networks, and the gateway between the networks performs call connection based on the call connection authority; the method and the device realize the effective inter-network call monitoring of the gateway between the networks of the receiver through the connection authority discriminating device, avoid a great amount of transformation of the gateway, and ensure that the receiver network effectively realizes the discrimination of the connection authority of the inter-network call through the existing capability of the gateway and the connection authority discriminating device, thereby avoiding the generation of illegal calls and ensuring the communication safety of users.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the determining that the received inter-network call needs to perform connection permission discrimination includes:
based on a preset first discrimination table, if the calling number and/or the called number of the call belong to the first discrimination table, determining that the call needs to be subjected to connection permission discrimination.

It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, when searching in the first discrimination table based on the calling number and/or the called number, the searched matched number is not necessarily a complete telephone number, but may be a matched number segment, such as a number segment with "9588" in the fourth to seventh digits of the number. This embodiment is not limited thereto.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method further includes:
receiving a call release instruction sent by the connection permission judging equipment after determining that the call does not have the call connection permission;
and performing call release based on the call release instruction.

step 300, the gateway triggers the call to the connection authority discriminating device based on the first discriminating table;
specifically, after the gateway office receives the external network call, the gateway office may perform preliminary judgment on the received network call based on the first discrimination table; if the gateway office judges that the current call does not need to be judged in connection authority, the gateway office can be used as the call allowed to be transmitted between networks to carry out normal connection flow process. If the gateway office determines that the current call needs to be subjected to the connection permission judgment, the gateway office can trigger the call to the connection permission judgment equipment, and particularly, sends the call related information of the current call to the connection permission judgment equipment.
Step 310, the connection permission judging device judges whether the comprehensive database needs to be queried based on the second judging table;
specifically, after receiving the call related information, the connection permission judging device may judge whether to further query the comprehensive database based on the call related information and a preset second judging table;
Specifically, the connection permission discriminating device may search in the second discriminating table based on the calling number and/or the called number, and if it is determined that the database needs to be further queried for setting the calling number and/or the called number of the call in the second discriminating table, it may be considered that the comprehensive database needs to be further queried for performing connection permission discrimination for the current call; then jump to step 330;
if it is determined after the search that the database is not further queried for the calling number and/or the called number of the call in the second discrimination table, it may be considered that the comprehensive database is not further queried when the connection authority discrimination is performed on the current call, and the process goes to step 320.
Step 320, call connection permission discrimination is performed for calls that do not need to query the comprehensive database;
specifically, the connection permission discriminating device may search in the second discriminating table based on the calling number and/or the called number, and if it is determined after the search that the database is further required to be queried for the calling number and/or the called number which are not set in the second discriminating table, it may be considered that the comprehensive database is not required to be further queried for performing the connection permission discrimination for the current call.
Specifically, for a call that does not require further querying of the integrated database, a connection condition limit may be set in the second discrimination table, such as limiting that the call has call connection rights only during operation. When call connection permission judgment is performed on a call which does not need to further query the comprehensive database, whether the current call meets the condition or not can be judged based on the connection condition limitation, if so, the current call can be determined to have the call connection permission, and the step 350 is skipped; if the call is not in accordance with the condition, it can be determined that the current call does not have the call connection authority, and the step 370 is skipped;
Step 330, querying a comprehensive database;
specifically, for a call requiring to query the comprehensive database, the type of the current call can be judged for the first time according to the calling number and/or the called number of the call, and the corresponding sub-database is queried; if the calling number is a customer service telephone of other operators, the calling number can be considered to be required to be further queried in the number-carrying network sub-library in the comprehensive database;
step 340, the comprehensive database returns the related information of the called party;
specifically, after the type of the current call is judged for the first time according to the calling number and/or the called number of the call, and the corresponding sub-library is queried, the called related information of the call can be obtained, and the called related information can comprise the number-carrying network forwarding information of the called number or the service subscription information of the called number and the like;
after the connection permission judging equipment inquires and obtains the related information of the called party, the logic matching can be carried out according to the related information of the called party and the calling number, and whether business service exists between the called number and the calling number or not can be judged; if only the service is determined to exist between the called number and the calling number, the call can be determined to have the call connection authority, and the step 350 is skipped; otherwise, it may be determined that the call does not have the call connection authority, and the process proceeds to step 370;

The inter-network call processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention receives the call related information sent by the gateway office after determining that the received inter-network call needs to be subjected to connection permission judgment; after determining that the call has call connection authority based on the call related information, sending a call connection instruction to the gateway between the networks so as to enable the gateway between the networks to carry out call connection; the method and the device realize the effective inter-network call monitoring of the gateway between the networks of the receiver through the connection authority discriminating device, avoid a great amount of transformation of the gateway, and ensure that the receiver network effectively realizes the discrimination of the connection authority of the inter-network call through the existing capability of the gateway and the connection authority discriminating device, thereby avoiding the generation of illegal calls and ensuring the communication safety of users.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a call connection right discriminating system according to the embodiment of the invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus mainly includes a connection right discriminating device and a comprehensive database. The connection authority discriminating equipment is responsible for the access of the calls to be judged of the connection authorities of the gateway offices, implements the functions of discriminating the connection authorities of the calls and issuing the call processing instructions (including the call connection instruction and the call release instruction), and periodically generates statistical data from the discrimination data and the call interception result of the incoming call between networks; it will be appreciated that the splice rights judging device may be an intelligent network SCP (service control point )/AS (Application Server, application server);
the comprehensive database is responsible for interfacing databases such as a network management system, a BOSS (Business operation support system) system and a third party, updating related data information at regular time, storing data including number-carrying network transfer, business subscription information and the like, and providing feedback of called user information query for the connection authority discriminating equipment.
It can be understood that the call connection authority discriminating system further comprises a service triggering module, which is a core gateway office GMSC (GateWay mobile switching center, gateway office) responsible for receiving/delivering the inter-network call. The first discrimination table is also configured in the gateway in advance, when the external network arrives at the gateway of the local terminal, the gateway can judge whether the current call needs to be subjected to the connection permission discrimination based on the first discrimination table, and trigger the call needing to be subjected to the connection permission discrimination equipment.
It can be understood that the call connection permission discriminating system is also connected with a network management system, a BOSS system, a third party database and the like, and the network management system, the BOSS system, the third party database and the like can be in butt joint with the comprehensive database to realize the functions of timing update and configuration of the comprehensive database; the network management system and the BOSS system can be in butt joint with the connection authority judging equipment to realize the functions of network element configuration and service subscription.
In this embodiment, each interface is as follows:
