With the rapid development of the communication industry, communication operators are increasing, and the situations of call exchange and interconnection between two or more operators are increasing, so that the communication service is also more complex.

To standardize the telephone call between networks, protect the interests of communication users, operators sign the intercommunication protocol between networks, clearly define the call allowed to be transmitted between networks, and realize the limitation of the call between networks by comprehensively judging the connection authority of the call between networks. The prior art generally depends on the standardization of the call by the protocol signed between operators, the originating party network ensures that the calling party has the authority of the call, the receiving party network of the call does not have extra monitoring, and the receiving party network completely depends on service promise and is based on mutual trust between the networks of the two parties, so the receiving party network cannot effectively monitor the call between networks, and the limiting effect of the call between networks cannot be ensured.

Therefore, how to provide a processing method for effectively monitoring the inter-network call becomes a problem to be solved.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

To standardize the inter-network telephone calls, protect the interests of the communicating user, the telecommunications carrier signs an inter-network interworking protocol, specifies the calls allowed to be transferred between networks, and defines "not suggesting an inter-network transfer" and "inter-network calls with defined called groups". For the "not suggesting the inter-network transfer" and the "inter-network call with limited called group", the former refers to the judgment of the calling number, the latter refers to the judgment of whether the calling number and the called number belong to the specific group, and the two are the comprehensive judgment of the connection authority of the inter-network call.

In the prior art, the following modes are generally adopted to limit and judge the call connection authority between networks:

1. in the prior art, the standardization of the call is carried out by means of protocols signed among operators, the calling party is ensured to have the authority of the call by the network of the initiating party, the network of the receiving party of the call is not additionally monitored, and the service commitment is completely relied on and the mutual trust between the networks of the two parties is based.

2. In the prior art, for the specific call type of which the inter-network transmission is not suggested, the call interception is directly carried out by setting a blacklist mode on a gateway. But if the class number has a requirement for an on period, no exact match can be made at the gateway office.

3. In the prior art, for the 'inter-network call with limited called group', the gateway is modified to have an interface for inquiring an external database. The gateway receives the call of the incoming call between networks, when the calling party is judged to be the number which is required to be judged by the limited called group, the inquiry of an external database is initiated, the external database returns a result after the called number is judged, the gateway is informed whether the called party is a user which allows connection, and then the gateway carries out connection of the call or release of the call according to the result. The scheme is a non-standard implementation mode for the transformation of the external interface of the gateway office query.

The flow of judging the call connection between networks is very complex, the service demand sources are various, the implementation of the prior art scheme is slow, a large amount of transformation is involved, and the service requirements can not be met rapidly.

The prior art has the defects of poor controllability of a receiving network, poor implementation effect, incapability of flexibly implementing interception and connection, and inconvenience in statistical analysis and large quantity of non-standardized transformation. With the development of services, the judgment of the internet call connection authority of more internet incoming calls is required.

(1) The controllability of the receiving network is poor: the method of judging the internet call connection permission by the initiator network is adopted, the receiver network cannot effectively monitor, and the effect cannot be ensured.

(2) The interception or connection cannot be flexibly implemented: the blacklist interception is carried out on the gateway, and call connection cannot be flexibly completed according to the requirements of time-division release and the like.

(3) A large number of non-standardized modifications are required: the gateway is upgraded and reformed in a mode that a gateway is provided with an inter-network incoming call calling party, near thousand gateway is reformed, equipment development and whole network upgrading take nearly 2 years, and part of old gateway cannot support upgrading. In addition, the gateway office is used as an interface device for dredging incoming calls between networks, so that the gateway office is not suitable for bearing a large number of non-standardized query functions in order to ensure normal connection of basic intercommunication services, otherwise, the stability of the equipment is affected by the increase of network element loads.

(4) Data dispersion is detrimental to statistical analysis: because gateway office equipment is distributed in each province, interception conditions are distributed in network elements of multiple provinces of the whole network, and statistics and analysis of call interception and release conditions cannot be performed in real time based on the view angle of the whole network.

In order to solve the above-mentioned partial defects existing in the prior art, the main concept of each embodiment of the present invention is as follows:

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a call connection right discriminating system according to the embodiment of the invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus mainly includes a connection right discriminating device and a comprehensive database. The connection authority discriminating equipment is responsible for the access of the calls to be judged of the connection authorities of the gateway offices, implements the functions of discriminating the connection authorities of the calls and issuing the call processing instructions (including the call connection instruction and the call release instruction), and periodically generates statistical data from the discrimination data and the call interception result of the incoming call between networks; it will be appreciated that the splice rights judging device may be an intelligent network SCP (service control point )/AS (Application Server, application server);

the comprehensive database is responsible for interfacing databases such as a network management system, a BOSS (Business operation support system) system and a third party, updating related data information at regular time, storing data including number-carrying network transfer, business subscription information and the like, and providing feedback of called user information query for the connection authority discriminating equipment.

It can be understood that the call connection authority discriminating system further comprises a service triggering module, which is a core gateway office GMSC (GateWay mobile switching center, gateway office) responsible for receiving/delivering the inter-network call. The first discrimination table is also configured in the gateway in advance, when the external network arrives at the gateway of the local terminal, the gateway can judge whether the current call needs to be subjected to the connection permission discrimination based on the first discrimination table, and trigger the call needing to be subjected to the connection permission discrimination equipment.

It can be understood that the call connection permission discriminating system is also connected with a network management system, a BOSS system, a third party database and the like, and the network management system, the BOSS system, the third party database and the like can be in butt joint with the comprehensive database to realize the functions of timing update and configuration of the comprehensive database; the network management system and the BOSS system can be in butt joint with the connection authority judging equipment to realize the functions of network element configuration and service subscription.
