Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a system for synchronizing cloud platform user information, which strive to be compatible with the existing platform user and the newly accessed cloud platform user to the maximum extent by matching the corresponding relationship of authority between an ITSM and a cloud platform and attaching a trigger mode, fully utilize the functions of the existing system and the functions of the cloud platform to realize user synchronization, can automatically synchronize information of user creation, deactivation, logout and the like, do not need manual processing, realize that one set of user and a password log in a plurality of sets of systems, and improve the user experience.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cloud platform user information management, in particular to a cloud platform user information synchronization method and system.
Background
The problem of butt joint with the existing system exists in the cloud platform construction process, and especially, when the cloud platform is used as a new system to be added into the existing production system, user butt joint is needed. In order to facilitate the management and memory of users, in the practical process, the ITSM is used as a unified login entry and a flow center of a data center, and meanwhile, the original systems and ITSM users are required to be synchronized, and the ITSM user and password are used for login in a unified mode. Although the cloud platform can provide a unified user authentication mode such as SSO and LDAP, the unified user authentication is only applicable to an authentication stage, user authority, an organization structure and the like after authentication still need manual processing or single program design processing, and a strategy is formulated according to the condition of each user; some systems do not support user synchronization, and still need manual processing or separate program design processing when user addition or deletion occurs; meanwhile, since the ITSM system is generally self-developed and has a complex associated system, the existing system has a long construction history and cannot support the unified user authentication, if the ITSM system needs to be modified, the ITSM system is not different from a set of system to be reconstructed, the modification difficulty is high, and the ITSM system is difficult to modify and support the unified user authentication modes such as SSO and LDAP.
In order to satisfy the requirement that the user and the password of the ITSM can simultaneously support logging in a plurality of systems, the traditional method is to manually establish the user on a cloud platform, and the user name is the same as that of the user under the ITSM. However, the method cannot synchronize the password, and when the password needs to be modified, a plurality of systems still need to be logged in for manual modification one by one, so that the purpose of automation cannot be achieved; when the user needs to be deleted, the user still needs to log in a plurality of systems to delete the user respectively, and the manual operation is tedious, labor-consuming and easy to make mistakes.

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a cloud platform user information synchronization method and a cloud platform user information synchronization system, which strive to be compatible with the existing platform users and the newly accessed cloud platform users to the maximum extent by matching the corresponding relationship of the authority between the ITSM and the cloud platform and attaching a trigger mode, fully utilize the functions of the existing system and the functions of the cloud platform to realize user synchronization, can automatically synchronize information of user creation, deactivation, logout and the like, do not need manual processing, realize a set of users and passwords to log in multiple sets of systems, and improve the user experience.

the memory is used for storing the corresponding relation of the user authority and the triggering condition;
the processor is used for executing the method by calling the user permission corresponding relation and the triggering condition.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
by adopting the cloud platform user information synchronization method and system, the method and system aim to be compatible with the existing platform users and the newly accessed cloud platform users to the maximum extent by matching the corresponding relationship of the authority between the ITSM and the cloud platform and adding the trigger mode, the functions of the existing system and the functions of the cloud platform are fully utilized to realize user synchronization, the information of user creation, deactivation, logout and the like can be automatically synchronized, the updating can be carried out in real time, the user can log in the newly established cloud platform by using a unified user name and password, and the user and the password do not need to be independently set for each system. When a user modifies the ITSM password, the password of the cloud platform can be modified synchronously, the effect of modifying multiple synchronous positions at one position is achieved, and from the perspective of the user, the cloud platform and the ITSM password system are the same. The scheme provides reference for user synchronization of the newly-built system, and the subsequent newly-built system can perform user synchronization according to the method, and only needs to perform relevant configuration on ITSM. For a clearer understanding of the contents of the present invention, reference will be made to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an optimal process of the cloud platform user information synchronization method of the present invention, which includes:
s1, setting a user right corresponding relation and a triggering condition between the ITSM and the cloud platform; the user permission corresponding relation comprises a corresponding relation between an organization to which the user of the ITSM belongs and an organization to which the user of the cloud platform belongs; the triggering condition comprises the step of sending a user change request added with a type label to the cloud platform; the type tags include creating new users, deleting users, modifying user organization, modifying user passwords, and others. The user authority of the cloud platform and the organization structure of the ITSM have a corresponding relationship, so that the corresponding relationship between the authority of the ITSM organization structure and the cloud platform needs to be established for correctly synchronizing the user authority between the ITSM and the cloud platform.

S3, judging the type of the user change request; according to the type of the change, necessary analysis processing is required, and the change information is synchronized to the cloud platform, so that the cloud platform can call the corresponding module to execute the required operation. When the type of the user change request is other, the change does not need to be in linkage synchronization with the cloud platform, and the change can be directly operated in the ITSM.

Specifically, the method comprises the following steps which are executed independently, and the corresponding steps are executed according to the type labels to obtain the required processing result: s41, receiving a user change request with a new user type label, identifying an organization to which a new user belongs on a cloud platform according to a user permission corresponding relation, assigning authority to the new user according to a permission range preset by the organization to which the new user belongs, and establishing a user with the same name under the organization to which the cloud platform belongs by using a user name and a password of ITSM; s42, receiving a user change request with a user type deleting tag, and deleting users with the same name under the organization to which the cloud platform belongs according to the user name of the ITSM; s43, receiving a user change request with a modified user organization type label, identifying a new organization of a modified user in a cloud platform according to a user authority corresponding relation, assigning authority to the modified user according to a preset authority range of the new organization, deleting an original homonymous user under the original organization of the cloud platform according to a user name of ITSM and establishing a new homonymous user under the new organization, particularly, judging whether the operation of the modified user organization is completed correctly by verifying whether the authority of the modified user is successful, deleting users with the same user name under the original organization of the cloud platform and establishing homonymous users under the new organization according to the user name of ITSM when the authority is successful, and keeping the homonymous users and authority of the modified user under the original organization and feeding back modified user organization error information when the authority is unsuccessful; s44, receiving a user change request with a modified user password type label, checking whether a same-name user exists in the cloud platform, changing a user password corresponding to the same-name user according to the request when the same-name user exists in the cloud platform, identifying an organization of the new user in the cloud platform according to the corresponding relation of user permissions when the same-name user does not exist in the cloud platform, giving authority to the new user according to a preset permission range of the organization to which the new user belongs, and establishing the same-name user under the organization to which the cloud platform belongs by using a user name and a password of the ITSM. When the above processing steps are executed, the access token issued by the cloud platform is preferably used to verify the validity of the user change request. The method comprises the steps of calling a cloud platform api, acquiring an access Token issued by a system to a user, bearing information such as the identity and authority of the user, authenticating in a user name/password mode, and acquiring the user Token. And when the api of the cloud platform is called, the acquired token can be used for authentication.
And S5, feeding back a request operation processing result.
By using the method, not only can the newly added user be processed, but also the automatic synchronous modification can be carried out on the existing user. Meanwhile, the method can also synchronize the stock user to the cloud platform in an noninductive manner by guiding the existing ITSM user to modify the password, so that the problem of stock user system migration is solved, and the user does not need to be manually created on the cloud platform in batch in advance.
The implementation of the method of the present invention is further described below by taking the example that the ITSM has user apps 01 to 10.
The user is newly added: when the ITSM adds the user app11, the ITSM user management module notifies the trigger module that there is the added user app11, and the user password is Abcd 1234. The trigger module judges that the app11 user belongs to a core system guarantee group, and the corresponding cloud platform user group is grp 01. After token is obtained according to the rule, the creating user api is called to create app11 user under the grp01 user group.
The user modifies the password: when the ITSM user app01 modifies the password, the ITSM user management module notifies the trigger module that there is a user app01 to modify the password. The trigger module firstly judges that the app01 user does not exist in the cloud platform, so that a new user module is called, an app01 user is created under a grp01 user group, and a new password is given to the cloud platform new user app 01.
The user modifies the organization to which it belongs: when the ITSM user app11 modifies the organization, the ITSM user management module notifies the trigger module that the organization is modified by user app 11. The trigger module first determines that the new organization of app11 users is a new technology group, and the user group on the corresponding cloud platform is grp 02. Thus app11 is removed from the grp01 group of users and then app11 users are added to the grp02 group of users.
And (3) deleting by the user: when the ITSM deletes the user app11, the ITSM user management module notifies the trigger module that there is a deleted user app11, and then after a token is obtained according to rules, the deleted user api is called, and an app11 user is deleted under a grp02 user group.

and the cloud platform is used for executing corresponding request operation.
By using the system, the method can be executed, and automatic synchronous processing of the cloud platform user information is realized.
