The first terminal equipment to be upgraded is a wireless OTT set top box, a wireless router, cloud sim card wireless equipment or terminal equipment integrating a wireless internet module, and the second terminal equipment to be upgraded is the wireless OTT set top box, the wireless router, the cloud sim card wireless equipment or terminal equipment integrating the wireless internet module.
Specifically, the upgrade management center: and comprehensively planning firmware version release information and upgrading information. A process for realizing firmware upgrade of a terminal equipment upgrade management system comprises the following steps:
1. starting up the terminal equipment;
2. after the terminal equipment initializes the networking, the terminal equipment requests the Internet of things platform to establish long connection, the connection is successfully established, equipment information is reported, and meanwhile, a push message of the Internet of things platform is also received;
3. the upgrading management center issues an upgrading event to the Internet of things platform;
4. after receiving the information, the Internet of things platform pushes the information to the terminal equipment;
5. after receiving the message, the terminal equipment initiates a request to the resource center to download the upgrading firmware;
6. the terminal equipment end submits the upgrade state information and calls back the Internet of things platform;
7. the Internet of things platform receives the callback upgrade state information and triggers event information to notify an upgrade management center;
8. and the upgrade management center receives the callback event notification of the IOT platform and starts overall calculation to continuously issue new upgrade events to the IOT platform.
In conclusion, the firmware upgrading management and control architecture provided by the terminal equipment upgrading management and control system provided by the invention has strong expansibility, is uniformly accessed to the standard of the management and control end of the internet of things platform, and is flexibly adaptive to and supports various types of remote management and control terminals. The cost budget of the file server resources is controlled, and meanwhile, the resources are squeezed as much as possible, the load is guaranteed, and the resource utilization rate is improved. The sliding type upgrading mode promotes the upgrading progress of the whole terminal to the greatest extent and improves the upgrading efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an application program is stored on a computer-readable storage medium, and when the application program is executed by a processor, the method for managing upgrade of a terminal device according to any one of the above embodiments is implemented. The computer-readable storage medium includes, but is not limited to, any type of disk including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magneto-optical disks, ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random AcceSS memories), EPROMs (EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (Electrically EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards. That is, a storage device includes any medium that stores or transmits information in a form readable by a device (e.g., a computer, a cellular phone), and may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer application program, which runs on a computer and is used for executing the terminal equipment upgrade management method in any one of the embodiments.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 4. The computer device comprises a processor 402, a memory 403, an input unit 404, and a display unit 405. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the device configuration means shown in fig. 4 do not constitute a limitation of all devices and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination. The memory 403 may be used to store the application 401 and various functional modules, and the processor 402 executes the application 401 stored in the memory 403, thereby performing various functional applications of the device and data processing. The memory may be internal or external memory, or include both internal and external memory. The memory may comprise read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), flash memory, or random access memory. The display unit 405 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the terminal device. The display unit 405 may take the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The processor 402 is a control center of the terminal device, connects various parts of the entire device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 403 and calling data stored in the memory.
As one embodiment, the computer device includes: one or more processors 402, a memory 403, one or more applications 401, wherein the one or more applications 401 are stored in the memory 403 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 402, and wherein the one or more applications 401 are configured to perform a method for terminal device upgrade management in any of the above embodiments.

when receiving firmware upgrading information sent by an upgrading management center, sending the firmware upgrading information and a link of a firmware upgrading resource to a first terminal device to be upgraded, and requesting a file server to download upgrading firmware by the first terminal device to be upgraded according to the link of the firmware upgrading resource;
receiving upgrade state information of the upgrade firmware sent by the first terminal equipment to be upgraded;
sending the upgrade state information of the upgrade firmware to the upgrade management center so that the upgrade management center comprehensively stages the upgrade management of the upgrade firmware of the second terminal device to be upgraded according to the upgrade state information of the first terminal device to be upgraded.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the firmware upgrade information comprises firmware version release information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
the first terminal equipment to be upgraded is a wireless OTT set top box, a wireless router, cloud sim card wireless equipment or terminal equipment integrating a wireless internet module, and the second terminal equipment to be upgraded is the wireless OTT set top box, the wireless router, the cloud sim card wireless equipment or terminal equipment integrating the wireless internet module.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the firmware upgrade information and the link of the firmware upgrade resource to the first terminal device to be upgraded is preceded by the steps of:
receiving a long connection establishment request of the first terminal equipment to be upgraded;
responding to the long connection establishment request, and establishing long connection with the first terminal equipment to be upgraded;
receiving equipment information sent by the first terminal equipment to be upgraded through the long connection;
the sending the firmware upgrading information and the link of the firmware upgrading resource to the first terminal equipment to be upgraded comprises the following steps:
and sending the firmware upgrading information and the link of the firmware upgrading resource to the first terminal equipment to be upgraded according to the equipment information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the upgrade status information of the upgrade firmware of the first terminal device to be upgraded includes download progress information of the upgrade firmware or upgrade progress of the upgrade firmware in the first terminal device to be upgraded.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of the upgrade management center coordinating the upgrade firmware of the second terminal device to be upgraded according to the upgrade status information of the first terminal device to be upgraded comprises:
the upgrade management center controls the second terminal equipment to be upgraded to suspend the upgrade operation of the upgrade firmware according to the download progress information of the upgrade firmware of the first terminal equipment to be upgraded;
or the upgrade management center starts the upgrade operation of the upgrade firmware of the second terminal equipment to be upgraded according to the upgrade progress of the upgrade firmware of the first terminal equipment to be upgraded;
or, the upgrade management center controls to send the firmware upgrade information and the link of the firmware upgrade resource to the second terminal device to be upgraded according to the download progress information of the upgrade firmware of the first terminal device to be upgraded or the upgrade progress of the upgrade firmware in the first terminal device to be upgraded.
6. An upgrade management apparatus for a terminal device, the apparatus comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending the firmware upgrading information and the link of the firmware upgrading resource to a first terminal device to be upgraded when receiving the firmware upgrading information sent by the upgrading management center, and the first terminal device to be upgraded requests a file server to download the upgrading firmware according to the link of the firmware upgrading resource;
the receiving module is used for receiving the upgrading state information of the upgrading firmware sent by the first terminal equipment to be upgraded;
the second sending module is configured to send the upgrade state information of the upgrade firmware to the upgrade management center, so that the upgrade management center comprehensively stages the upgrade management of the upgrade firmware of the second terminal device to be upgraded according to the upgrade state information of the first terminal device to be upgraded.
