Still be equipped with heating element in the casing, with an air for in the heating casing, wherein, heating element can be PTC heating member, the humidification subassembly includes the water tank, the outlet pipe of being connected with the water tank, connect the water pump on the outlet pipe, outlet pipe tip sets up, heating parameter through heating element matches the initial humidification parameter of humidification subassembly, effectively prevent under the fixed condition of humidification subassembly flow, because of the air-out is dry when the temperature is high, the condition that condensation drop flying water appears in the air outlet during heating power hour takes place, and the comfort level is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, the air conditioner fan of the present application may also be used in other heating and humidifying devices such as air purifiers and air humidifiers with heating and humidifying functions, and the following description will specifically refer to the air conditioner fan as an example.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioner fan according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, in the technical solution of this embodiment, a method for controlling an air conditioner fan includes:
s11, when an opening signal of the humidifying component is detected, acquiring a heating parameter of the heating component;
specifically, the air-conditioning fan is powered on and started up on the whole machine, after a user selects a heating and humidifying mode, if a control button or a touch screen on the air-conditioning fan is selected by the user, after the controller detects an opening signal of a heating and humidifying function, the controller controls the heating assembly to be opened so as to heat air in the shell, and heating parameters of the heating assembly are acquired in real time, the heating parameters of the heating assembly comprise heating power and gear information of the heating assembly, generally, the larger the heating power of the heating assembly is, correspondingly, the higher the gear of the heating assembly is, the smaller the heating power is, and the smaller the gear is.
When the air-conditioning fan is just started, the air-conditioning fan defaults to be in medium-gear heating, a user switches and increases or decreases gears through a key or a remote controller, and the controller can obtain the current gear by detecting and controlling the I/O level of the PTC heating switch.
S12, matching initial humidifying parameters of the humidifying component according to the heating parameters of the humidifying component;
the initial humidification parameters of the humidifier of this embodiment include the initial duty cycle of the water pump of humidification subassembly, and specifically, the initial duty cycle of water pump is the biggest no-flying water duty cycle Dmax under current gear, and under current gear and initial duty cycle, the humidification rate of air conditioner fan is the highest, can be quick make the real-time humidity of air reach the target humidity value.
And S13, controlling the humidifying component to operate according to the initial humidifying parameters so as to enable the current humidity value to quickly reach a set target humidity value.
According to the control method of the air conditioner fan, the initial humidification parameters of the humidification component can be matched according to the heating power of the heating component, the condition that condensed water drops and splashes at the air outlet due to the fact that air is dry when the temperature is high and the heating power is small under the condition that the flow of the humidification component is fixed is effectively prevented, the comfort level is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, matching the initial humidification parameters of the humidification assembly according to the heating parameters of the humidification assembly includes:
and searching the initial duty ratio of the water pump matched with the heating parameter according to a preset corresponding relation table, wherein the corresponding relation table comprises the corresponding relation between the heating parameter and the initial duty ratio of the water pump.
The correspondence table in this embodiment is prepared and configured in the controller when the controller is shipped from the factory. And the corresponding relation table is used for recording the corresponding relation between the heating parameters and the initial duty ratio of the water pump.
The controller can call the corresponding relation table according to the heating parameters of the heating assembly to obtain the initial duty ratio of the water pump corresponding to the heating parameters of the heating assembly, and then control the water pump to operate according to the obtained initial duty ratio of the water pump, so that the current humidity value quickly reaches the set target humidity value.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the corresponding relationship table in this embodiment is a curve relationship between the maximum duty ratio of the water pump and the heating parameter, which is experimentally simulated before the air conditioner fan leaves the factory, and the curve relationship is configured in the controller, and the controller may obtain the initial duty ratio of the water pump corresponding to the heating parameter of the heating component according to the heating parameter of the heating component and query the curve relationship, and then control the water pump to operate according to the obtained initial duty ratio of the water pump, so that the current humidity value quickly reaches the set target humidity value.
In the operation process of the air conditioning fan, if the maximum non-flying water duty ratio is always adopted for operation, the power consumption is high, and the energy is wasted; furthermore, as the humidification time is prolonged, the long-term humidification at the maximum no-flying water duty ratio may cause a large fluctuation risk of the current ambient humidity, so that, as shown in fig. 2, after the controlling the humidification component to operate at the initial humidification parameter, the method further includes:
s21, acquiring a humidity value of the environment where the air conditioning fan is located every preset time;
s22, calculating the environmental humidity increasing rate according to the humidity value at the current moment and the humidity value at the previous moment;
s23, judging whether the humidity rising rate is larger than a preset rising rate threshold value or not;
and S24, if the water ratio is larger than the preset value, controlling the water pump duty ratio reduction rate of the water pump to be the same as the humidity increase rate, and controlling the water pump to operate at the adjusted duty ratio.
Specifically, the humidity value of the environment where the air conditioning fan is located can be obtained through a humidity sensor, the humidity sensor can be arranged at an air inlet of the shell or at any position of the air outlet far away from the shell, and the humidity sensor is connected with the controller in a plate-to-plate communication mode and conducts data transmission.
The preset threshold value of the elevation rate in this embodiment is configured in the controller, and may be set to 5%, and may also be determined according to actual situations, and the present application is not particularly limited.
Wherein, the environmental humidity increasing rate = (the humidity value at the current moment-the humidity value at the previous moment)/the humidity value at the previous moment x 100%, and the water pump duty ratio decreasing rate = - (the water pump duty ratio at the current moment-the water pump duty ratio at the previous moment)/the water pump duty ratio at the previous moment x 100%.
For example, as the humidification time is continuously prolonged, the current environmental humidity is continuously increased, in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving, the humidity in the current room is detected in real time, when the humidity increase rate in the room increases by 5%, the duty ratio of the water pump is controlled to decrease by 5%, and until the humidity reaches the target humidity value set by the user, the water pump is controlled to maintain the humidity value in the current room at the minimum duty ratio.
In this embodiment, the method further includes:
and S25, if the humidity rising rate is smaller than or equal to a preset rising rate threshold value, controlling the water pump to operate at the current duty ratio until the humidity value at the current moment reaches a set target humidity value.
And when the humidity rising rate is smaller than or equal to a preset rising rate threshold value, the humidity value at the current moment is maintained within a level close to the target humidity value.
According to the control method of the air conditioner fan, the reduction rate of the duty ratio of the water pump is controlled according to the humidity increase rate, so that the current humidity value can quickly and stably reach the target humidity value, the user experience is greatly improved, and the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, after the controlling the humidification assembly to operate at the initial humidification parameter, the method further comprises:
controlling the water pump to gradually reduce the duty ratio of the water pump to operate;
acquiring a current humidity value of the environment where the air conditioning fan is located;
and when the current humidity value reaches the target humidity value, controlling the water pump to operate at the adjusted duty ratio of the water pump.
In the control method of the air conditioning fan provided in this embodiment, after the humidification component operates with the initial humidification parameter, the current humidity value can quickly and stably reach the target temperature value by gradually decreasing the duty ratio of the water pump, as shown in fig. 4, a functional relationship curve between the duty ratio PMW of the water pump and the difference between the target humidity value and the current humidity value is provided.
In this embodiment, before the controlling the humidification assembly to operate at the initial humidification parameters, the method further comprises:
detecting the liquid level of a water tank of the humidifying assembly in real time;
if the liquid level of the water tank does not reach a low liquid level state, executing the operation of controlling the water pump of the humidifying assembly to operate at the initial duty ratio;
and if the liquid level of the water tank reaches a low liquid level state, sending a water shortage alarm task.
According to the control method of the air conditioner fan, after the whole air conditioner is powered on and started to enter the heating and humidifying mode, the whole air conditioner firstly detects water shortage of the water tank, if a signal fed back to the controller by the water level detection circuit is a water shortage signal of the water tank, the controller sends out a program instruction to carry out water shortage alarm reminding and remind a user of adding water, at the moment, the water pump is effectively prevented from being pumped out in an idle mode, the purpose of prolonging the service life of the water pump is achieved, and the water pump does not work.
