Fig. 4-9 are diagrams illustrating the process of unlocking the first member 300 and the second member 400, which are divided into three stages.
In the first stage, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a key is inserted into the key hole of the rotating body 211, the rotating body 211 is rotated clockwise, the driving portion 2112 is rotated clockwise synchronously, and the torsion spring 220 stores energy until the locking hook 212 is disengaged from the locking hole. During this process, the inner bullet 130 is extended downward by the inner spring 150 and eventually its lower end snaps into the inner recess 2114 in the cam profile 2113. At this time, the key is released, and even if the hand holding the key is released and the torsion spring 220 has energy storage, the rotating body 211 does not rotate reversely (rotate counterclockwise) because the lower end of the inner bullet 130 is caught in the concave portion 2114.
In the second stage, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, following the first stage, the inner sleeve 120 moves upward under the action of the outer spring 140 until the shoulder 121 abuts against the upper inner flange 111 of the outer sleeve 110, and during this process, the upper end of the inner sleeve 120 gradually rises to lift the first member 300 and separate from the second member 400. At this time, the lower end of the inner bullet 130 is disengaged from the concave portion 2114, and the rotation body 211 is reversed (counterclockwise) by the torsion spring 220.
In the third stage, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first member 300 is pulled out upward, and the rotating body 211 is rotated counterclockwise to the initial position by the torsion spring 220.
As can be seen from the above description, in the process of unlocking the first member 300 and the second member 400, as long as the key is used to open the latch hook, the latch automatic-return mechanism will bounce the first member 300 upwards, and even if the hand holding the key is loosened, the latch hook will not be locked into the latch hole again due to the accumulated force of the torsion spring, and the released hand can be matched with the other hand to respectively hold the first member and the second member to be pulled out, so that the use is convenient without the help of other people.
The invention is suitable for the connection of the camera and the bracket and the connection of the sound box and the bracket.
As shown in fig. 12, the first member is a camera 401, the second member is a bracket 402, the latch hook assembly 200 is disposed in the bracket 402, the outer sleeve 110 of the automatic return mechanism 100 is fixed to the bracket 402, and a through hole is disposed on a top wall of the bracket 402 for extending an upper end of the inner sleeve 120 to jack up the camera 301.
As shown in fig. 13, the first member is a sound box 403, the second member is a bracket 402, the latch hook assembly 200 is disposed in the bracket 402, the outer sleeve 110 of the automatic reset mechanism 100 is fixed to the bracket 402, and a through hole is disposed on a top wall of the bracket 402 for extending an upper end of the inner sleeve 120 to jack up the sound box 302.
In the above structure, as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the top surface of the second member 400 is provided with two first protrusions 410 and second protrusions 420 which are oppositely arranged, the side surface of the first protrusion 410 facing the second protrusion 420 is provided with an inner groove 430, and the upper end of the latch hook 212 is arranged in the inner groove 430. The first member 300 has a first slot 310 and a second slot 320 on the bottom surface thereof, the first slot 310 and the second slot 320 being adapted to the first protrusion 410 and the second protrusion 420, and the locking hole 301 is disposed on the inner side surface of the first slot 310 facing the second slot 320.
By combining the description of the above specific embodiments, the automatic reset mechanism of the lock catch provided by the invention has the following advantages compared with the prior art:
firstly, in the process of unlocking the first component and the second component, as long as the lock hook is opened by a key, the automatic lock resetting mechanism can upwards bounce the first component, even if a hand holding the key is loosened, the lock hook cannot be clamped into the lock hole due to the accumulated force of the torsion spring, the vacated hand can be matched with the other hand to respectively hold the first component and the second component to be pulled out, the help of other people is not needed, and the use is convenient.
Secondly, after the rotating body is rotated by a key until the lock hook is disengaged from the lock hole, the inner bullet extends downwards under the action of the inner spring, and finally the lower end of the inner bullet is clamped in the inner concave part on the cam profile surface. At this time, the key is loosened, and even if the hand holding the key is loosened, the torsion spring has energy storage, but the lower end of the inner bullet head is clamped in the concave part, the rotating body does not rotate reversely, so that the hand holding the key can be loosened. The device is realized through a simple structure and has unique functions.
Thirdly, in the plug-in mounting structure of the first member and the second member, an inner groove is formed in the side face, facing the second projection, of the first projection, and the upper end of the lock hook is arranged in the inner groove, so that the size is reduced.
Fourthly, in the mounting structure of torsional spring, the main part setting of torsional spring can prevent that the torsional spring from deviating from at circular recess, reduces the fault rate.
Fifthly, the side wall of the circular groove is provided with a notch, one end of the notch extends to the end part of the strip-shaped arm along the strip-shaped arm to form a strip-shaped limiting edge, the second end of the torsion spring stretches out of the notch and is limited by the strip-shaped limiting edge, the second end of the torsion spring is prevented from being disengaged, and the failure rate is further reduced.
Finally, it should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, and any structural changes made under the teaching of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention, which is similar or similar to the technical solutions of the present invention.
