In addition, when the bare metal server is shipped, the upper buffer foam body 2 and the lower buffer foam body 1 preferably have the same structure; when the server is packaged and delivered together with other accessories, corresponding slotted holes are formed in the upper buffer foam body 2 according to the sizes of the accessories, so that the upper liner meets the structural characteristics of the server.

Claims (10)

1. The packaging assembly is characterized by comprising two vertical baffles, wherein the two vertical baffles are arranged in parallel, the upper end of each vertical baffle is inserted with an upper buffer foam body, the lower end of each vertical baffle is inserted with a lower buffer foam body, and the two lower buffer foam bodies are connected through a connecting member with adjustable length; a slideway is arranged on each vertical baffle, and at least one movable stop block is arranged in the slideway of each vertical baffle, and the movable stop blocks can vertically move and horizontally move in the slideway; the packaging component is used for packaging the server, and the position of the movable stop block is adapted to the front and rear window structure of the server packaged in the packaging component.
2. The package assembly of claim 1, wherein the movable stop comprises a base, the base is located on one side of the vertical baffle, a center post is disposed on one end of the base adjacent to the vertical baffle, and the center post is threaded through the slide to form the stop.
3. The package assembly of claim 2 wherein the stop is provided with a flexible gasket on a side thereof adapted to contact the item to be packaged.

The packaging assembly with adjustable supporting area, supporting position and inner diameter according to claim 1, wherein the connecting component comprises a main shaft, one end of the main shaft is connected with one of the lower buffer foam bodies, the other end of the main shaft is rotationally connected with a movable sleeve through a bearing, one end, far away from the main shaft, of the movable sleeve is provided with a threaded hole II, a screw is connected to the threaded hole II in a threaded manner, and one end, far away from the movable sleeve, of the screw is connected with the other lower buffer foam body.
5. The package assembly of claim 1 wherein said vertical barrier is provided with length and height graduations.
6. The packaging assembly of claim 1, wherein the ramp is a serpentine ramp.

The packaging assembly with adjustable supporting area, supporting position and inner diameter according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the lower cushion foam body comprises a first bearing part, one end of the first bearing part is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting hole is spliced with a corresponding end on a connecting member; the other end of the first bearing part is provided with a first blocking part, a first slot is arranged between the first blocking part and the first bearing part, the first slot is spliced with the lower end of the vertical baffle, the upper end of the first blocking part is higher than the first bearing part, and the upper end of the vertical baffle is higher than the first blocking part.

The packaging assembly with adjustable supporting area, supporting position and inner diameter according to claim 7, wherein two ends of the first blocking part are respectively provided with a second blocking part and a third blocking part, the second blocking part and the third blocking part can fix the object to be packaged in the width direction, the distance from one end of the second blocking part far away from the first blocking part to the first slot is smaller than the distance from one end of the first bearing part, which is provided with a connecting hole, to the first slot, and the distance from one end of the third blocking part far away from the first blocking part to the first slot is smaller than the distance from one end of the first bearing part, which is provided with the connecting hole, to the first slot.

The packaging assembly with adjustable supporting area, supporting position and inner diameter according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the upper buffer foam body comprises a second bearing part, a fourth blocking part is arranged at one end of the second bearing part, a second slot is arranged between the fourth blocking part and the second bearing part, the second slot is spliced with the upper end of the vertical baffle, and the lower end of the fourth blocking part is lower than the second bearing part.
