Abstract
The invention discloses a brazed diamond and a preparation method thereof. The thickness of the nickel-based brazing diamond is improved, multilayer brazing of the nickel-based brazing diamond can be realized, the performance of a nickel-based brazing diamond tool is improved and increased, the thermal expansion coefficient of a matrix is reduced by changing the performance of the nickel-based brazing diamond matrix, the shrinkage stress during welding is changed, and a thicker brazing layer is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of brazing superhard materials, in particular to a brazing diamond and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, two types of brazing diamond tools mainly comprise a copper-based brazing diamond tool and a nickel-based brazing diamond tool, most of the brazing diamond tools only have a single-layer abrasive material, particularly the nickel-based brazing diamond tools, the nickel-based brazing diamond tools have good holding force on diamond, but the brazing thickness cannot be too thick and generally does not exceed 1 millimeter, and the too thick brazing diamond tools can cause the brazing layer to burst, so that the tools are scrapped.
