The vacuum pressure paint dipping equipment as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the adjustable product clamping paint dipping disk structure (6) comprises a supporting frame (61), a paint dipping rotating disk (62), a movable bolt (63), a side protecting frame (64), a selecting hole (65) and a clamping piece (66), wherein the supporting frame (61) is connected with the middle part of the upper part of the paint dipping rotating disk (62) in a bolt mode; the left end and the right end of the support frame (61) are both in threaded connection with movable bolts (63); the movable bolt (63) penetrates through a selection hole (65) formed in the middle lower side of the interior of any one of the side protection frames (64); the upper end of the inner side of the side protective frame (64) is connected with a clamping piece (66) through a bolt.

The vacuum pressure paint dipping equipment as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the rotary paint dipping machine structure (7) comprises a rotary pipe (71), a worm gear reducer (72), a rotary motor (73), a base (74) and a sealing ring (75), wherein the lower longitudinal part of the rotary pipe (71) is connected with the upper end of an output shaft of the worm gear reducer (72) in a key way; the middle part of the front part of the worm gear reducer (72) is connected with a rotating motor (73) through a bolt; the rotating motor (73) is connected to the middle part of the lower part of the machine base (74) through a bolt; and a sealing ring (75) is glued on the upper surface of the base (74).

The vacuum pressure paint dipping equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle-proof paint filter tube structure (8) comprises a metal hose (81), a filter tank (82), a filter core (83), a cleaning cover (84), a mounting pipe joint (85) and a paint conveying pipe (86), wherein the left lower end of the metal hose (81) is connected with the outlet of the upper middle part of the filter tank (82) in a threaded manner; a filter element (83) is arranged in the filter tank (82); the lower end of the inverted filter tank (82) is connected with a cleaning cover (84) through threads; an inlet of the middle part of the lower part of the cleaning cover (84) is connected with a paint conveying pipe (86) through a mounting pipe joint (85) in a threaded manner.
5. Vacuum pressure impregnation equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that said spring washer (53) is arranged between the removal nut (52) and the opening and closing cover (54).
6. The vacuum pressure paint dipping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the open-close cover (54) is provided at the upper end of the paint dipping tank (1) through a sealing ring (58); the sealing ring (58) is a rubber ring.
7. The vacuum pressure paint dipping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the mounting seats (56) are bolted to the middle portions of the left and right sides of the upper portion of the paint dipping tank (1).
8. Vacuum pressure paint dipping apparatus according to claim 3 characterized in that the input shaft of the worm gear reducer (72) is connected to the output shaft of the rotating motor (73).
