Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the tampon having a foam absorbent body of the present invention comprises a sleeve unit 10 and a pad 20.
The casing unit 10 includes an outer tube 11 having a hollow tubular shape, and a push rod 12 movably inserted into the outer tube 11, the outer tube 11 is made of a flexible plastic material which is easily deformable and defines an inner hole 111, and has a tube wall 112, a head section 113 connected to the tube wall 112, and a bottom section 114 opposite to the head section 113, the inner hole 111 is in a step shape and has a large diameter section 111 'corresponding to the tube wall 112 and the head section 113, a small diameter section 111 "corresponding to the bottom section 114, and a shoulder 115 between the large diameter section 111' and the small diameter section 111", the head section 113 has a hemispherical contour and has an insertion hole 116 extending from the inner hole 111 to the outside, and a plurality of claw pieces 117 surrounding the insertion hole 116 and connected to the tube wall 112, the claw pieces 117 have a biasing elasticity when being tensioned, each claw piece 117 has an attachment end 117 ' attached to the tubular wall 112 and a distal end 117 ' opposite the attachment end 117 ', the claw pieces 117 being capable of being transformed from a closed state (see fig. 2) in which the distal ends 117 "are close to each other to an open state (not shown) in which the distal ends 117" are away from each other. The push rod 12 has an inner end 121 extending into the inner hole 111, an operation end 122 opposite to the inner end 121, and a through hole 123 communicating from the inner end 121 to the operation end 122, wherein the inner end 121 can be abutted against and limited to the shoulder 115.
Referring to fig. 3, the cushion body 20 is integrally formed by a thermoplastic resin foam material with high compressibility, the thermoplastic resin foam material can be at least one of Polyurethane (PU), Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the cushion body 20 includes a foam absorber 21, an outer film 22 formed outside the foam absorber 21, and a pulling rope 23 connected to the foam absorber 21 and the outer film 22, the foam absorber 21 and the outer film 22 form an absorbing section 201, and the absorbing section 201 has a connecting end 24 connected to the pulling rope 23, a top end 25 opposite to the connecting end 24, and an outer peripheral surface 26 extending from the connecting end 24 to the top end 25. The outer film 22 covers only the connecting end portion 24 and the outer peripheral surface 26, but does not cover the top end portion 25, i.e., the outer film 22 extends from the connecting end portion 24 to the outer peripheral surface 26 but does not extend to the top end portion 25. The outer film layer 22 has a plurality of absorption holes 221 communicating from the foam absorber 21 to the outside. The density and strength of the stay 23 are greater than those of the foam absorber 21.
For a further understanding of the invention, its role, the technical means employed, and the efficacy attained by its cooperation, it is believed that the invention will be more fully and specifically understood from the following description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, before the tampon having a foam absorber of the present invention is used, the absorbing section 201 of the pad 20 is constrained by the outer tube 11 in a compressed state, and the pulling string 23 is inserted through the through hole 123. At this time, the tips 117 ″ of the claw pieces 117 approach each other and are in a closed state.
When the operator extends the head 113 of the outer tube 11 into the vagina and pushes the push rod 12 toward the outer tube 11, the absorption section 201 of the pad 20 can be gradually extruded toward the outlet 116, the ends 117 ″ of the claws 117 can be separated by the absorption section 201 and spread apart from each other until the absorption section 201 is placed inside the vagina, and the portion of the pull cable 23 is left outside (see fig. 4). The absorption section 201 of the pad 20 can be automatically expanded without the constraint of the outer tube 11 and converted into a release state (see fig. 3). in the embodiment, the absorption section 201 is in an inverted conical shape in the release state, and the outer peripheral surface 26 is gradually enlarged from the connecting end portion 24 to the tip end portion 25. In this case, menstrual blood is absorbed mainly by the distal end portion 25.
After use, the user can pull the pull string 23 remaining outside the body, and the absorption section 201 having the inverted conical shape and the outer peripheral surface 26 thereof can be smoothly pulled outside the body.
Therefore, the tampon of the present invention is convenient to use, and the foam absorber 21, the outer film layer 22 and the pulling string 23 of the pad 20 are integrally formed, so that the tampon is convenient to manufacture, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
It should be noted that the foam absorber 21, the outer film 22 and the pulling string 23 of the pad 20 can be directly and integrally formed inside a mold (not shown), and the outer film 22 is a film naturally formed during molding, and the outer film 22 can provide smoothness when the absorbing section 201 is inserted into or extracted from the vagina.
As shown in FIG. 5, the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the pad 20 'has a straight cylindrical shape in the released state, and the outer peripheral surface 26' is straight from the connecting end portion 24 'toward the tip end portion 25'. The second embodiment can also achieve the same objects and effects as the first embodiment.
In conclusion, the tampon having a foam absorber of the present invention has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, has a low manufacturing cost, and can achieve the object of the present invention.
