A telescoping pulse rotation water flow dental washer as in claim 1 wherein: the water tank power assembly comprises a water tank shell (20), a power water pump (21) and a suction water pump (22), wherein the water tank shell (20) is of a longitudinal opening box body structure, a water stop block is vertically integrally assembled in the middle section of the top of the water tank shell (20), the water stop block longitudinally separates the water tank shell (20) into two groups of assembling cavities, and the power water pump (21) and the suction water pump (22) are respectively assembled in the left and right groups of assembling cavities.
3. A telescoping pulse rotation water flow dental washer as in claim 2 wherein: the power water pump (21) and the suction water pump (22) are horizontally assembled on the top end face of the water pump fixing plate (26), the water pump fixing plate (26) is used for packaging the power water pump (21) and the suction water pump (22) in two assembly cavities of the water tank shell (20) along the bottom opening of the water tank shell (20), and a left water tank cover (27) and a right water tank cover (28) are respectively assembled at the bottoms of the two assembly cavities.

A telescoping pulse rotation water flow dental washer as in claim 3, wherein: the control circuits of the power water pump (21) and the suction water pump (22) extend into the water-stop block along the water-stop block and are in control connection with a controller arranged in the water-stop block, and a control switch at the top of the controller is in control butt joint with a water supply button (24) and a water absorption button (25) at the top of the water-stop block.
5. The telescoping pulse rotation water flow dental washer of claim 4, wherein: and 3 groups of compression springs (2) are arranged between the occluding plate (3) and the dental mouthpiece main body (1).
