The ALTF (altfor) is one of the main skin flaps for repairing defects due to large tissue quantity and high survival rate, and one of the key steps for ensuring the high survival rate is the positioning of the penetrating branches. How to locate the ramus by improving the detection scheme or according to the anatomical structure so as to more accurately find the ramus and guide the skin flap preparation and cutting is the main direction of the current research.
Current locating of the anterior-lateral flap punch branches is often performed by angiographic CTA or color doppler ultrasound CDU. CTA can be combined with a three-dimensional reconstruction technology, so that the vascular running and the relation between the CTA and adjacent tissues are clearly defined, but the CTA can cause body surface projection errors due to development defects of a terminal branch and a fascia lata shallow layer. The CDU can not identify the whole running of the penetrating branch, and can not clearly identify the relation between the penetrating branch and the vascular pedicles, so that false positive and false negative results appear.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to overcome at least one of the above-mentioned drawbacks (shortcomings) of the prior art, and provides a piercing and supporting positioning device for solving the problem of inaccurate positioning.
