The bottom of the fixed shell 1 is provided with a power supply 21, an electric heating plate 18 electrically connected with the power supply 21 is arranged in the movable plate 16, a pressure sensor 17 is arranged on the top surface of the movable plate 16, a control patch 11 is arranged on the first connecting rope 6, a control circuit for controlling the electric heating plate 18 is arranged in the control patch 11, the pressure sensor 17 is electrically connected with the control circuit, and a switch is arranged on the control circuit; the switch includes an on-off switch 12 and a high gear switch 13. It should be noted that the power source 21 has a certain thickness, and since the telescopic rod 19 also has the shortest length, the thickness of the power source 21 is smaller than the shortest length of the telescopic rod 19, so that the interference phenomenon between the moving plate 16 and the power source 21 does not occur. The movable plate 16 is also provided with a liquid spraying rod 22, liquid spraying holes 221 are uniformly distributed on the liquid spraying rod 22, hemostatic cotton 2 is distributed around the liquid spraying rod 22, the second connecting rope 5 is provided with a liquid injection paste, the liquid injection paste is provided with a liquid injection port, the liquid injection port is provided with a rubber plug, the liquid spraying rod 22 is communicated with the liquid injection port through a liquid injection pipe 24, and the part of the liquid injection pipe 24 outside the fixed shell 1 is penetrated in the second connecting rope 5. The liquid spraying rod 22 is fixedly connected with the moving plate 16 through two supporting rods 23, the supporting rods 23 are hollow, each supporting rod 23 is internally provided with a liquid spraying branch pipe 25, and the two liquid spraying branch pipes 25 are respectively communicated with the liquid spraying pipe 24.
