The containing unit 31 has a containing seat 311 capable of containing the liquid flowing out from the water injection hole 140 and having a water outlet 310 formed at the bottom thereof, a filtering member 312 disposed in the containing seat 311, a stopper 313 located in the containing seat 311 and detachably mounted on the water outlet 310, a leakage-proof ring 314 disposed at the bottom of the containing seat 311 and connected to the inner periphery of the water outlet 310, and a waterproof ring 315 disposed between the containing seat 311 and the body seat 11.
The containing base 311 has a large diameter portion 316, a medium diameter portion 317, and a small diameter portion 318, which have gradually decreasing diameters from top to bottom, and together define a containing space 330 for containing the liquid. The water outlet 310 is located at the bottom end of the small-diameter portion 318 and is used for the liquid to flow out of the containing seat 311, and the small-diameter portion 318 is connected above the body seat 11.
The filtering member 312 is disposed on the middle hole portion 317 and attached to an inner wall surface of the middle hole portion 317, the filtering member 312 defines a soaking space 340 in which the infusible material (not shown) can be selectively placed, and the bottom of the filtering member 312 has a plurality of filtering holes 319 penetrating therethrough. The filter holes 319 allow the liquid to pass but not the infusible substance (not shown) to pass, allowing the infusible substance (not shown) to be output without the flow of the liquid. It should be noted that the size of the filtering holes 319 is not limited, and can be adjusted according to the actual brewed object (not shown).
In the first embodiment, the stop 313 is located at the small aperture portion 318 and is a sphere with a diameter larger than the aperture of the water outlet 310, so that when the stop 313 is located at the water outlet 310, the liquid can be stopped from flowing through the water outlet 310. The stopper 313 abuts against and stops the top of the leakage preventing ring 314, and the liquid can be prevented from leaking out from the gap between the stopper 313 and the small diameter portion 318. However, the stopper 313 is not limited to a sphere, and may be an ellipsoid or an inverted cone, which can be adjusted according to the actual use situation.
The waterproof ring 315 is disposed between the small-diameter portion 318 and the body seat 11, and prevents the liquid from flowing backward into a gap between the small-diameter portion 318 and the body seat 11 after flowing out of the water outlet hole 310. In addition, the waterproof ring 315 can also increase the friction force when the small-diameter portion 318 is connected to the body seat portion 11, so that the overall structure is more stable.
The outlet channel 111 of the body seat 11 is located below the outlet hole 310, and is capable of receiving the liquid flowing out from the outlet hole 310 and allowing the liquid to flow out of the housing 1 through the outlet 110.
The water outlet gate unit 32 has a fixing frame 327 located in the body seat 11, a driving member 321 penetrating through the fixing frame 327 and the water outlet channel 111, a protruding ring 320 surrounding the outer periphery of the driving member 321, an anti-seepage member 326 disposed between the driving member 321 and the water outlet channel 111, an elastic member 322 having two ends abutting against the fixing frame 327 and the protruding ring 320, a rotating member 323 connected to the bottom end of the driving member 321, a pivot motor 325 pivotally connected to the rotating member 323 and electrically connected to the control unit 24, and a start switch 328 for controlling the pivot motor 325. In the first embodiment, the driving member 321 is a push rod, and the start switch 328 is a micro switch, but not limited to a micro switch, and can be changed according to actual use conditions.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, in the first embodiment, the rotating member 323 is cylindrical and abuts against the pushing rod upward. The outer periphery of the rotating member 323 forms a protrusion 324, and is driven by the pivot motor 325 to pivot in the rotation direction R, and the protrusion 324 pushes the pushing rod upwards to push the stopper 313, so that the stopper 313 moves from the water stopping position blocking the water outlet 310 to the water outlet position separated from the water outlet 310.
To be more specific, when the start switch 328 is controlled by the control unit 24 to be turned on, the pivot motor 325 is adjusted to be in an energized state, and the rotating member 323 is caused to pivot in the rotating direction R, and the push rod is gradually moved toward the stopper 313, and the elastic member 322 is compressed by the collar 320 and the fixing frame 327 to generate an elastic restoring force. When the rotating member 323 pushes the push rod to rise to the high point by the protrusion 324, the protrusion 324 triggers the start switch 328, and the start switch 328 transmits an electrical signal to the pivot motor 325, so that the pivot motor 325 is switched to the power-off state, and the rotating member 323 stops rotating, and therefore, the stop member 313 stays at the position where the liquid can flow out of the water outlet hole 310.
In addition, the start switch 328 can be controlled by the control unit 24 to be turned on again, and the pivot motor 325 is adjusted to be in the power-on state, and the rotating member 323 can be continuously pivoted along the rotating direction R, or pivoted along the direction opposite to the rotating direction R, so that the convex portion 324 is away from the pushing rod, the pushing rod is moved downward by the elastic restoring force for positioning, and the stopping member 313 is moved downward from the water outlet position to the water stopping position.
The anti-seepage element 326 can prevent the liquid from flowing into the body seat 11 from the gap between the pushing rod and the water outlet channel 111. It should be noted that, since there are many ways to push the pushing rod, the shape of the rotating member 323 is not limited, and can be adjusted according to the actual assembly situation.
In the present invention, a sufficient amount of the liquid is added into the water storage unit 21, and the infusible substance (not shown) to be used is placed in the soaking space 340. The control unit 24 is then operated to cause the water delivery unit 22 to deliver the liquid from the water storage unit 21 to the upper lid portion 14, and to be heated by the heating unit 23 during delivery to raise the temperature of the liquid.
The liquid in the upper lid portion 14 flows through the water injection hole 140 into the containing space 330 and gradually flows into the soaking space 340, so that the infusible substance (not shown) can be soaked by the high temperature liquid for a period of time. After a suitable time, the control unit 24 can be operated to move the stopper 313 from the water stopping position to the water outlet position, so that the liquid can flow out of the containing space 330 from the water outlet hole 310, and flow out of the housing 1 along the water outlet channel 111 through the water outlet 110, thereby completing the output of the liquid.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, a second embodiment of the automatic water feeder of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that: the structure of the outlet gate unit 32 will be described below only with respect to the differences. The outlet gate unit 32 has a driving member 321a, a rotating member 323a, the pivot motor 325, the anti-seepage member 326, the fixing frame 327, and an optical sensing component 34.
The driving member 321a is cylindrical, and a through groove 301 is formed at a lower end thereof. The rotor 323a has a disk shape, and includes a rotor 331 and a driver 332 axially protruding from the rotor 331. The driving portion 332 is hooked and clamped in the through groove 301, and the rotating disc portion 331 has an arc-shaped groove 302 axially passing through the rotating disc portion 331.
The optical sensor assembly 34 is used for generating a light beam and is provided with a sensing area 341 having a groove shape and sensing the light beam, and the optical sensor assembly 34 transmits an electric signal to the pivot motor 325 by sensing the light beam by the sensing area 341 so as to control whether the pivot motor 325 is operated.
The outer edge of the turntable portion 331 of the rotating member 323a extends into the sensing region 341 and is driven by the pivot motor 325 to rotate between a minimum rotation position and a maximum rotation position. When the rotating member 323a is located at the minimum rotation position, the driving member 321a does not touch the stopper 313, and the stopper 313 is located at the water stopping position. When the rotating member 323a is located at the maximum rotation position, the driving member 321a pushes the stopping member 313 upward, and the stopping member 313 is separated from the water outlet hole 310 and located at the water outlet position.
When the rotating member 323a is rotated between the minimum rotation position and the maximum rotation position, the light beam is blocked by the outer edge of the rotating portion 331 without being sensed by the sensing region 341, and the pivot motor 325 continuously drives the rotating member 323 a. When the rotating member 323a is located at the minimum rotating position or the maximum rotating position, the light beam passes through the arc-shaped groove 302 and is sensed by the sensing area 341, and at this time, the pivot motor 325 stops pivoting, and the stopper 313 stays at the water stopping position or the water discharging position.
Therefore, by the arrangement of the optical sensing assembly 34, the operation of the pivot motor 325 can be precisely controlled by an optical sensing manner, so that the stopping member 313 can be accurately stopped at the water discharging position or the water stopping position, and compared with the mechanical start switch 328 in the first embodiment, the water discharging device 3 is more sensitive in operation, and can also avoid the occurrence of liquid leakage.
In the second embodiment, the groove 302 is arc-shaped, but the invention is not limited thereto in other embodiments, as long as the groove 302 is configured to allow the rotating element 323a to rotate to the minimum rotating position or the maximum rotating position, and the light beam can pass through the groove 302, for example, a circular groove or another shape of groove can be respectively configured in the region corresponding to the minimum rotating position or the maximum rotating position.
In the second embodiment, when the rotating element 323a rotates to the minimum rotating position or the maximum rotating position, the light beam can pass through the groove 302 and be sensed by the sensing area 341, and when the rotating element 323a rotates between the minimum rotating position and the maximum rotating position, the light beam can be shielded and cannot be sensed by the sensing area 341, but this is not limited in other embodiments of the present invention as long as the sensing area 341 can accurately detect the rotating position of the rotating element 323a and transmit a corresponding electrical signal to the pivot motor 325, and the water gate unit 32 can also be designed to: when the rotating element 323a rotates to the minimum rotating position or the maximum rotating position, the light beam is shielded and cannot be sensed by the sensing area 341, and when the rotating element 323a rotates and changes between the minimum rotating position and the maximum rotating position, the light beam can pass through the groove 302 and be sensed by the sensing area 341.
Referring to fig. 9 to 10, a third embodiment of the automatic water feeder of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that: the structure of the outlet gate unit 32 will be described below only with respect to the differences. The floodgate unit 32 has a driving member 321b, a rotating member 323b, the pivot motor 325, and the start switch 328.
In the third embodiment, the driving element 321b is made of a magnetic material and is disposed at an end of the rotating element 323b, so as to be rotated by the rotating element 323 b. The stopping member 313 is made of a magnetic material, such as a steel ball or an iron ball, and is disposed adjacent to the driving member 321b and can be moved by the magnetic force of the driving member 321 b.
The rotating member 323b can be driven by the pivot motor 325 to rotate between a first position and a second position, when the rotating member 323b is located at the first position, the driving member 321b is away from the stopping member 313, the stopping member 313 naturally blocks the water outlet 310 downward under the action of gravity to be located at the water stopping position, and under the action of the magnetic force, the stopping member 313 seals the water outlet 310 more tightly, so that the phenomenon of liquid leakage caused by the shaking of the stopping member 313 in the moving or carrying process can be avoided.
When the rotating member 323b is located at the second position, the driving member 321b is driven upward to be relatively close to the stopping member 313, and the stopping member 313 is driven by the magnetic attraction force to move toward the driving member 321b and separate from the water outlet hole 310, so as to be changed to the water outlet position.
The function of the start switch 328 of the third embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. By designing the driving member 321b as a magnetic material, the stopping member 313 made of a magnetic material can be controlled to change between the water stopping position and the water discharging position by a non-contact method, so that not only can the abrasion caused by continuous collision between parts be reduced, but also the problem of liquid leakage can be further improved.
In the third embodiment, the driving member 321b is made of a magnetic material, such as a rubidium-iron-boron magnet, however, the driving member 321b may be designed as an electromagnet in other embodiments of the present invention.
In summary, the water outlet device 3 and the automatic water supply machine having the water outlet device 3 of the present invention can be used to soak infusible substances (not shown) through the containing unit 31 of the water outlet device 3, and after the soaking is completed, the liquid can flow out from the containing unit 31 by using the water outlet gate unit 32, so that the automatic water supply machine can have both water supply and infusion functions, and thus the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
