Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The video interview method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein, the request interview terminal 102 communicates with the remote interview background 104 through the network. Remote interview back-end 104 also communicates with interviewer terminal 106 over a network. The remote interview background 104 sends a video interview invitation to the interviewer terminal 106 when determining that the user requesting the interview terminal 102 is an applicant for interview reservation based on the face recognition result; after the video interview invitation is received, starting the video interview and forwarding a video interview picture; meanwhile, the remote interview background 104 monitors the video interview pictures in the video interview process, detects the configuration of the interview requesting terminal 102 and the interviewer terminal 104 when the video interview pictures are detected to be blocked, determines the abnormal terminal and the reason of the video blocking, sends a corresponding debugging scheme to the abnormal terminal according to the reason of the video blocking, and guides the interview participants of the abnormal terminal to debug the abnormal terminal, so that the interview process can be continued. The interview requesting terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. Remote interview background 104 can be implemented with a stand-alone server or a server cluster of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a video interview method is provided, which is illustrated by way of example as the method applied to the remote interview background 104 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, when the user requesting the interview terminal is determined to be an applicant for interview reservation based on the face recognition result, sending a video interview invitation to the interviewer terminal.
The face recognition is a biometric technology, also commonly called face recognition and face recognition, and is a biometric technology for performing identity recognition based on face feature information of a person, and mainly uses a camera or a video camera to collect images or video streams containing the face, automatically detects and tracks the face in the images, and further performs face recognition on the detected face.
The terminal for requesting interview is terminal equipment used by an applicant in the interview process. The interviewer terminal is terminal equipment used by the interviewer in the interviewing process. It is understood that, in this embodiment, the request interview terminal and the interviewer terminal may be a personal computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and the invention is not limited by this.
The interview reservation is the job-seeking interview reservation established by an interviewer by submitting resumes or personal data online or offline in advance by an applicant.
Specifically, when the remote interview background determines that the user using the interview requesting terminal is an applicant for interview reservation based on the face recognition result, the remote interview background sends the video interview invitation of the interview requesting terminal to the interviewer terminal. Wherein, interviewers negotiate an interview platform and interview time with the HR, and establish job hunting interview reservation with interviewers through the HR.
And step 204, after the interviewer terminal receives the video interview invitation, starting the video interview and forwarding a video interview picture.
The video interview picture is a continuous video stream transmitted by the remote interview background after the interview channel is established between the interview request terminal and the interviewer terminal through the remote interview background, and the video stream is acquired by cameras carried by the interview request terminal and the interviewer terminal respectively.
Specifically, after the interviewer terminal receives the video interview invitation, the remote interview background starts the video interview, establishes an interview channel for the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal, and forwards video streams acquired by cameras carried by the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal to the interview opposite terminal.
And step 206, when the video interview screen is monitored to be blocked, detecting based on the configuration of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal, and when the video blocking reason is determined to be the terminal configuration reason, determining that the terminal with abnormal configuration is an abnormal terminal.
Whether the video interview picture is blocked or not is obtained by monitoring the video data stream of the video interview picture by the remote interview background.
The abnormal terminal is a terminal which causes video jamming and is determined by detecting the configuration of the interview request terminal and the interviewer terminal by the remote interview background.
In one embodiment, the terminal is configured to request configuration of parameters of a browser for remote video interviews between the interview terminal and the interviewer terminal. The corresponding debugging scheme comprises the following steps: and the abnormal terminal carries out a debugging scheme of the browser configuration parameters used by the remote video interview.
In one embodiment, the terminal is configured to request configuration of terminal system parameters of the interview terminal and the interviewer terminal. The corresponding debugging scheme comprises the following steps: and (5) debugging the configuration parameters of the terminal system of the abnormal terminal.
Specifically, when the two parties participating in the interview conduct the remote video interview, the remote interview background monitors whether the video interview picture is blocked or not by monitoring the video data stream of the video interview picture. When the video interview picture is monitored to be blocked, the remote interview background calls configuration parameters of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal to detect, and when the video blocking reason is determined to be the terminal configuration reason based on the detection result, the terminal with abnormal terminal configuration is used as an abnormal terminal.
Step 208, sending a corresponding debugging scheme to the abnormal terminal, wherein the corresponding debugging scheme comprises: and the debugging scheme guides an interview participant to debug the abnormal terminal.
The debugging scheme is a corresponding debugging scheme generated according to the video blockage reason so as to solve the blockage problem.
Specifically, the remote interview background generates a corresponding debugging scheme according to the video blockage reason, wherein the debugging scheme is a debugging scheme of configuration parameters of the abnormal terminal. And sending the debugging scheme to the abnormal terminal, wherein the debugging scheme guides an interview participant of the abnormal terminal to debug the abnormal terminal, so that interview can be continued.
According to the video interview method, when the remote video interview needs to be carried out, firstly, the face recognition is carried out on the user using the interview requesting terminal, after the user is confirmed to be a client for interview reservation, the video interview invitation is sent to the interview related terminal, the video interview is started, the video interview picture is forwarded, and the risk that the interview is replaced by another person is effectively avoided by carrying out the face recognition on the user requesting the interview terminal in advance. Secondly, the video picture is monitored in the interview process, when the video interview picture is blocked, the abnormal terminal and the video blockage reason are determined by detecting the terminal configuration of both interview parties, and the abnormal terminal is guided to be debugged according to the corresponding debugging scheme, so that the interview process is normally carried out, the interview time and place are more flexible, the problem of unsmooth video communication easily occurring in the interview process is solved, and the user has better use experience in the interview process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when it is detected that the video interview screen is jammed, the detection is performed based on the configurations of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal, and the method further includes the following steps:
and when the video blockage reason is determined to be a non-terminal configuration reason, or when the abnormal terminal executes the adjustment scheme of the configuration parameters of the abnormal terminal and the video blockage is still abnormal, acquiring the network parameters of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal.
The reason for the non-terminal configuration is that the video interview picture is blocked except the reason for the abnormal terminal configuration. Preferably, in this embodiment, the non-terminal configuration cause is a network anomaly.
Specifically, after the remote interview background detects the configuration of the interview request terminal and the interviewer terminal, it is determined that the video blocking reason is irrelevant to the terminal configuration, or after the remote interview background guides interview participants to debug the configuration parameters of the abnormal terminal according to the corresponding configuration parameter debugging scheme, when the video still has blocking abnormality, it is determined that the video blocking reason is the non-terminal configuration reason. The remote interview background acquires the network parameters of the interview request terminal and the interviewer terminal. If the video jamming abnormality does not occur in the adjustment scheme of the configuration parameters of the abnormal terminal executed at the abnormal terminal, the video jamming reason is the terminal configuration reason.
Determining a terminal with abnormal network as an abnormal terminal when determining that the video blockage reason is the abnormal network according to the network parameters of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal; the corresponding debugging scheme comprises the following steps: and (5) debugging scheme for abnormal terminal network switching.
Specifically, when the remote interview background determines that the video blockage reason is the network abnormality according to the acquired network parameters, the terminal with the network abnormality is determined as an abnormal terminal; and generating a corresponding debugging scheme according to the network parameters of the abnormal terminal, wherein the debugging scheme is a debugging scheme for switching the network of the abnormal terminal.
In one embodiment, the debugging scheme of the abnormal terminal network switching is to guide the interview participant to switch the network configuration of the abnormal terminal from the mobile network to the wireless network or to a mobile network higher than the current mobile network.
In one embodiment, the debugging scheme of the abnormal terminal network switching is to guide the interview participant to convert the network configuration of the abnormal terminal from the wireless network to the mobile network.
When video blockage is abnormal after the abnormal terminal executes a debugging scheme of abnormal terminal network switching, determining that the video blockage reason is that the network quality is poor, and determining the terminal with poor network quality as an abnormal terminal; the corresponding debugging scheme comprises the following steps: and (5) debugging the abnormal terminal interview mode.
Specifically, after the remote interview background guides interview participants to switch the network of the abnormal terminal according to the debugging scheme switched by the corresponding abnormal terminal network, when the video still has a blockage abnormality, the video blockage reason is determined to be poor in network quality, the terminal with poor network quality is the abnormal terminal, the remote interview background generates a corresponding debugging scheme according to the video blockage reason, and the corresponding debugging scheme is as follows: and (5) debugging the abnormal terminal interview mode. If the video blocking abnormity does not occur after the abnormal terminal executes the debugging scheme of the abnormal terminal network switching, the video blocking reason is the network abnormity, at the moment, the network configuration parameters are debugged to be normal, and the detection is finished.
In one embodiment, the debugging scheme of the abnormal terminal interview mode is to send a voice switching prompt to the interviewer terminal, and instruct the interviewer to switch the video interview to the voice interview through the voice switching prompt.
In one embodiment, when the video jam is still abnormal after the abnormal terminal executes the debugging scheme for network switching of the abnormal terminal, determining that the video jam reason is the poor network quality, and determining the terminal with the poor network quality as the abnormal terminal further includes: when the voice is used for carrying out remote interviewing, a camera of the interview requesting terminal is called regularly to collect a single-frame image of the interview requesting terminal user, the single-frame image contains facial information of the interview requesting terminal user, face recognition is carried out on the single-frame image, and whether the interview requesting terminal user is a candidate is determined.
Specifically, in the process that the interview participants use voice communication to conduct remote interview, the remote interview background collects a single-frame image of the user through a camera of the interview requesting terminal, conducts face recognition on the single-frame image and facial information images of the applicant pre-stored in the remote interview background, and determines whether the user of the interview requesting terminal is the applicant according to the recognition result. The method can effectively prevent the user from cheating in the voice interview process, and enables the user to replace the interview behavior.
In the above embodiment, when an abnormal video image is jammed during a remote video interview, the remote interview background determines the video jam reason by calling various parameters of the interview request terminal and the interviewer terminal, and generates a corresponding debugging scheme according to the video jam reason. By using the video interview method in the embodiment, when the video image is abnormally blocked in the remote interview process, the remote interview background can quickly find out the reason of the problem and the corresponding scheme for solving the problem, so that the speed for solving the video blockage problem in the interview process is greatly increased.
In one embodiment, a video interview method is provided, comprising the steps of:
step 1, when a user requesting an interview terminal is determined to be an applicant for interview reservation based on a face recognition result, sending a video interview invitation to an interviewer terminal.
And step 2, after the interviewer terminal receives the video interview invitation, starting the video interview and forwarding a video interview picture.
And 3, when the video interview picture is monitored to be blocked, detecting based on the configuration of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal, and determining the abnormal terminal and the video blockage reason.
And 4, when the video picture is blocked, sending a prompt of abnormal terminal state to the normal terminal with a normal detection result.
Specifically, the remote interview background detects the configuration of the interview requesting terminal and the interviewer terminal, determines the reasons of the abnormal terminal and the video card pause, and then sends a prompt of abnormal terminal state to the normal terminal with the normal detection result.
And 5, when the abnormal terminal executes the corresponding debugging scheme according to the video blockage reason, sending a prompt that the abnormal terminal is debugging to the normal terminal.
Specifically, when the remote interview background guides an interview participant to debug the abnormal terminal according to the corresponding debugging scheme, a prompt that the abnormal terminal is being debugged is sent to the normal terminal with the normal detection result.
And 6, sending a corresponding debugging scheme to the abnormal terminal, wherein the debugging scheme guides an interview participant to debug the abnormal terminal.
And 7, after the abnormal terminal executes the corresponding debugging scheme, sending a prompt of the abnormal terminal debugging completion to the normal terminal.
Specifically, after the remote interview background guides an interview participant to complete the debugging operation on the abnormal terminal according to the corresponding debugging scheme, the remote interview background sends a prompt of the completion of the debugging of the abnormal terminal to the normal terminal with a normal detection result.
In this embodiment, the remote interview background generates prompt information according to the real-time state of the abnormal terminal, and sends the prompt information to the normal terminal with the normal detection result. By using the method in the embodiment, when abnormal pause occurs in the remote interview process, the normal terminal can clearly know the state of the opposite terminal according to the prompt message sent by the remote interview background, and the state of the whole interview process can be better known and controlled.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when it is determined that the user requesting the interview terminal is an applicant for interview reservation based on the face recognition result, sending a video interview invitation to the interviewer terminal, further includes the following steps:
step 401, when an interview request triggered at an interview request terminal is received, a camera of the interview request terminal is called to collect a first applicant image.
Specifically, a user requesting an interview terminal triggers an interview request, a remote interview background calls a camera of the interview terminal requesting the interview according to the interview request, the camera collects a facial image of the user, and the facial image is used as a first candidate image.
And step 402, performing face recognition on the first applicant image and the second applicant image of the interview reservation, and determining whether the current applicant is an applicant of the interview reservation.
The second candidate image may be an image of an online or offline resume or data, which is pre-stored in the remote interview background and provided by the candidate during interview reservation.
Specifically, the remote interview background extracts first facial feature information and second facial feature information according to the first applicant image and the second applicant image. Wherein the first facial feature information is facial feature information of the first applicant image; the second facial feature information is facial feature information of the second applicant image. And performing face recognition operation according to the first face characteristic information and the second face characteristic information, and determining whether the current applicant is an applicant for interview reservation or not according to the face recognition operation result. It can be understood that the face recognition operation in this embodiment may be completed by face recognition algorithms such as Eigenfaces and Fisherfaces, which are not limited in this application.
And step 403, when the current applicant is determined to be the applicant of the interview reservation according to the face recognition result, sending a video interview invitation to the interviewer terminal.
Specifically, when the remote interview background determines that the user using the interview requesting terminal is an applicant for interview reservation based on the face recognition result, the remote interview background sends the video interview invitation of the interview requesting terminal to the interviewer terminal. The interview reservation is the job-seeking interview reservation established by an interviewer by submitting resumes or personal data online or offline in advance by an applicant.
In the embodiment, the remote interview background carries out face recognition operation by regularly acquiring the single-frame image containing the face information of the interview requesting terminal user and the pre-stored face information image of the applicant, so as to determine whether the interviewer is the applicant. By using the method in the embodiment to conduct remote video interview, the interview process can be prevented from being in an interview process
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a video interview method comprising the steps of:
