Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of EMS interference suppression, in particular to a circuit and a method for suppressing ground interference of electronic equipment.
Background
The more current vehicle-mounted electronic devices are, the more power is, and the more the vehicle-mounted electronic devices are concentrated in the area of an automobile console, so that EMS interference among the electronic devices is more and more serious, and particularly, interference current of a ground wire among the electronic devices is particularly serious. The conventional solutions mainly include: differential transmission technology such as CAN bus, 485 bus, LVDS bus and the like is adopted; the anti-interference capability, RS232, can be provided by adopting digital signal transmission; differential and digital signal combination is adopted; and the ground design is modified in the whole factory. For products with analog signal (such as analog video signals of CVBS, AHD and the like) transmission among equipment, digital signal transmission cannot be adopted, so the ground design can only be modified by a whole car factory, but the scheme has the defects that the whole car line harness and the equipment are too many, and the modification is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an interference suppression circuit and method for an electronic device.
The specific scheme is as follows:
the utility model provides an interference suppression circuit of electronic equipment ground for insert the power input end of electronic equipment, including direct current suppression module and the alternating current suppression module of establishing ties in proper order, direct current suppression module carries out direct current interference current's wall through the diode, and alternating current suppression module realizes the filtration to alternating current interference current through differential mode inductance unit, common mode inductance unit or magnetic bead unit, or the arbitrary combination in three.
Further, the selection method of each unit in the alternating current suppression module is as follows: the frequency spectrum of the current which is connected to the power supply input end of the electronic equipment is analyzed, the frequency of the interference current is extracted, and the needed units in the alternating current suppression module are selected according to the frequency of the interference current.
Further, when the frequency of the interference current comprises a low frequency, a differential mode inductance unit is selected from the alternating current suppression module; when the frequency of the interference current comprises the intermediate frequency, selecting a common mode inductance unit in the alternating current suppression module; when the frequency of the interference current comprises a high frequency, the magnetic bead unit is selected in the alternating current suppression module.
The invention provides a method for suppressing ground interference of electronic equipment, which suppresses the ground interference of the electronic equipment through a ground interference suppression circuit of the electronic equipment.
The invention adopts the technical scheme, effectively solves the problem of ground current interference between equipment, has low cost and does not influence the original signal.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a circuit diagram of an interference suppression circuit of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
To further illustrate the various embodiments, the invention provides the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this disclosure, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate still other possible embodiments and advantages of the present invention with reference to these figures.
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the embodiment of the invention provides a circuit and a method for suppressing ground interference of electronic equipment.
Since the interference current in the ground wire is divided into a direct current and an alternating current, the interference suppression circuit of the electronic device comprises a direct current suppression module and an alternating current suppression module which are connected in series in sequence and are respectively used for suppressing the direct interference current and the alternating interference current.
The dc current suppressing module performs dc interference current isolation through a diode, as shown in fig. 1, implemented through a diode D2, specifically: the reverse direct current interference current is cut off by reverse cut-off of the diode D2; because a forward voltage drop exists in the diode D2, the current of the ground bus will flow to a loop with low impedance, and if the impedance of the device is not low enough, the current of the ground bus will still flow to the inside of the device, so that one or more diodes can be connected in series to increase the ground impedance of the device and let the current of the ground bus flow to the loop with low impedance when the function of the device is not affected, and therefore, the forward direct current interference current will not flow to the inside of the electronic device.
The alternating current suppression module filters alternating current interference current through a differential mode inductance unit, a common mode inductance unit or a magnetic bead unit or any combination of the differential mode inductance unit, the common mode inductance unit and the magnetic bead unit.
The differential mode inductor unit, the common mode inductor unit, or the magnetic bead unit are shown as L2 and L3, L1, L4, and L5 in fig. 1, respectively.
The selection method of each unit in the alternating current suppression module comprises the following steps: the frequency spectrum of the current which is connected to the power supply input end of the electronic equipment is analyzed, the frequency of the interference current is extracted, and the needed units in the alternating current suppression module are selected according to the frequency of the interference current.
The analysis of the current spectrum can be performed by an oscilloscope. When the frequency of the interference current comprises a low frequency, selecting differential mode inductance units L2 and L3 from the alternating current suppression module; when the frequency of the interference current comprises the intermediate frequency, selecting a common-mode inductance unit L1 in the alternating current suppression module; when the frequency of the interference current includes a high frequency, the bead units L4 and L5 are selected in the ac current suppression module.
The value of L, C of each unit in the alternating current suppression module is generally taken as a resonance point according to the frequency of the interference current
It should be noted that fig. 1 is a schematic circuit diagram in only one case, and in other embodiments, the filtering list may be added or deleted according to the filtering effect, the frequency points of interference and the number of problem frequency points, so as to finally obtain clean power sources VIN _ POW and PGND to supply power to the subsequent stage electronic device. And other electronic devices can access the ground by using the point-to-point access point PGND after ground interference suppression.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
