Abstract
The invention relates to an elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of an air-cooled generator phase modulator, belonging to the technical field of phase modulators and generators. The inner stator is arranged in a hollow outer stator central cavity in a penetrating mode, an elastic vibration isolation device is arranged between the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator and the inner wall of the outer stator cavity, and the elastic vibration isolation device comprises a spring plate support, a spring plate and a cushion block; a spring plate support is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator, a spring plate is arranged in the spring plate support along the axial direction of the stator, and a cushion block is arranged between the spring plate and the spring plate support; the spring plate is connected with the inner wall of the outer stator cavity. The stator structure reduces the effective volume of the whole stator product, has simple and compact structure, is convenient to manufacture and assemble, and effectively reduces the product cost; the whole-length penetrating type spring plate is adopted, so that the vibration isolation effect is better; the integrally welded outer stator has better vibration performance and better noise reduction performance; the product integration degree is higher, is convenient for transportation and on-the-spot installation debugging.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of an air-cooled generator phase modulator, belonging to the technical field of phase modulators and generators.
Background
At present, the requirement on the integration degree of a small and medium-sized air-cooled generator/phase modifier in the market is higher, and the stator and the rotor need to be manufactured and assembled in a factory and then transported integrally, so that great convenience can be improved for equipment installation and transportation in remote areas, the work of field installation and debugging is greatly reduced, the installation quality is improved, the installation period is greatly shortened, and the investment cost is reduced. In order to improve the production efficiency and the product quality, the small and medium-sized air-cooled generator/phase modifier mostly adopts an external press mounting mode, namely, the inner stator and the outer stator adopt independent parallel production, and the assembly is carried out after the inner stator and the outer stator are finished. The existing air-cooled generator/phase modifier basically adopts a pedestal bearing, an outer stator adopts a mode of assembling an upper base and a lower base, and a large underframe structure is required to be assembled in the whole machine transportation process. In consideration of the degree of integration, the novel air-cooled generator/phase modulator integrates the technologies of the existing air-cooled and hydrogen-cooled motors, an external press-fitting mode is adopted, an end cover type bearing is adopted, an outer stator is integrally welded, and a stator and a rotor are integrally shipped. How to effectively reduce the vibration that the inner stator transmitted to the outer stator in assembly and transportation to guarantee that the vibration satisfies the standard requirement becomes the problem that needs to be solved in this technical field.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the connection of the inner stator and the outer stator can be realized, the elastic vibration isolation effect can be realized, the vibration transmitted from the inner stator to the outer stator can be effectively reduced, and the vibration can meet the standard requirement.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide an elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of an air-cooled generator phase modifier, wherein the inner stator is arranged in a hollow central cavity of the outer stator in a penetrating manner, the elastic vibration isolation device is arranged between the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator and the inner wall of the cavity of the outer stator, and comprises a spring plate bracket, a spring plate and a cushion block; a spring plate support is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator, a spring plate is arranged in the spring plate support along the axial direction of the stator, and a cushion block is arranged between the spring plate and the spring plate support; the spring plate is connected with the inner wall of the outer stator cavity.
Preferably, the spring plate support is provided with a U-shaped groove, an opening of the U-shaped groove faces the inner wall of the outer stator cavity, and the bottom of the U-shaped groove is provided with a spring plate.
Preferably, a cushion block is arranged between the spring plate and the side wall on two sides of the U-shaped groove.
Preferably, one side of the cushion block is welded and fixed with the spring plate, and the other side of the cushion block is welded and fixed with the spring plate bracket.
Preferably, the spring plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer stator cavity through welding.
Preferably, at least one elastic vibration isolation device is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator.
Preferably, the number of the elastic vibration isolation devices is 2, and the elastic vibration isolation devices are respectively arranged on two lines of a horizontal plane where the central axis of the stator is located and the intersection of the circumferential outer wall surface of the inner stator.
Preferably, the elastic vibration isolating device is provided in plurality and is uniformly arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the elastic vibration isolation device for the inner stator and the outer stator of the air-cooled generator/phase modulator has the advantages that the effective volume of the whole product is small, the structure is simple and compact, the manufacturing and the assembly are convenient, and the product cost is effectively reduced; the whole-length penetrating type spring plate is adopted, so that the vibration isolation effect is better; the integrally welded outer stator has better vibration performance and better noise reduction performance; the product integration degree is higher, is convenient for transportation and on-the-spot installation debugging.

Detailed Description

as shown in fig. 1-3, the invention provides an elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of a phase modifier of an air-cooled generator, wherein an inner stator 1 is arranged in a central cavity of a hollow outer stator 5 in a penetrating manner, an elastic vibration isolation device is arranged between the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator 1 and the inner wall of the cavity of the outer stator, and the elastic vibration isolation device comprises a spring plate bracket 2, a spring plate 4 and a cushion block 6; a spring plate support 2 is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator 1, a spring plate 4 is arranged in the spring plate support 2 along the axial direction of the stator, and a cushion block 6 is arranged between the spring plate 4 and the spring plate support 2; the spring plate 4 is connected to the inner wall of the outer stator cavity. The spring plate support 2 is provided with a U-shaped groove, the opening of the U-shaped groove faces the inner wall of the outer stator cavity, and the bottom of the U-shaped groove is provided with a spring plate 4. And a cushion block 6 is arranged between the spring plate 4 and the side walls at the two sides of the U-shaped groove. One side of the cushion block 6 is welded and fixed with the spring plate 4, and the other side of the cushion block 6 is welded and fixed with the spring plate bracket 2. The spring plate 4 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer stator cavity through welding. The outer wall of the circumference of the inner stator 1 is provided with at least one elastic vibration isolation device; or 2 elastic vibration isolation devices are arranged on two lines which are respectively intersected with the horizontal plane of the central shaft of the stator and the circumferential outer wall surface of the inner stator; or a plurality of elastic vibration isolation devices are uniformly arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator.
Examples
The elastic vibration isolation connection realizes the structural connection of the inner stator and the outer stator on the one hand and plays a role in elastic vibration isolation on the other hand, so that the vibration transmitted from the inner stator to the outer stator can be effectively reduced, and the vibration can be ensured to meet the standard requirement. The invention provides an elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of an integrally welded outer stator suitable for an air-cooled generator/phase modifier, wherein spring plate brackets 2 are fixed on two sides of an inner stator 1 through bolts 3, an entire-length penetrating type spring plate 4 is fixed on two sides inside an outer stator 5 in a welding mode, the centers of the inner stator and the outer stator are aligned through a processed cushion block 6, finally, the spring plate 4 is welded with the cushion block 6, and the cushion block 6 is welded with the spring plate brackets 2, so that the connection of the inner stator and the outer stator is finally realized.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention provides a novel elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of an air-cooled generator/phase modulator. The spring plate holder 2 is fixed to both sides of the inner stator 1 by means of the hexagon bolts 3. The full-length through type spring plate 4 is fixed with the outer stator 5 by welding. The center lines of the inner stator 1 and the outer stator 5 are adjusted by matching with the machining spacer 6. After the adjustment is completed, the cushion block 6 is welded with the spring plate 4, the spring plate support 2 is welded with the cushion block 6, and finally the connection of the inner stator 1 and the outer stator 5 is completed.

Claims (8)
1. An elastic vibration isolation device for an inner stator and an outer stator of an air-cooled generator phase modifier is characterized in that the elastic vibration isolation device comprises a spring plate bracket, a spring plate and a cushion block; a spring plate support is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator, a spring plate is arranged in the spring plate support along the axial direction of the stator, and a cushion block is arranged between the spring plate and the spring plate support; the spring plate is connected with the inner wall of the outer stator cavity.
2. The elastic vibration isolator for inner and outer stators of air-cooled generator phase adjusters according to claim 1, wherein said spring plate holders are provided with U-shaped grooves which open toward the inner wall of the outer stator cavity, and the bottom of the U-shaped grooves is provided with spring plates.
3. The elastic vibration isolator for the inner and outer stators of the air-cooled generator phase modifier according to claim 2, wherein a spacer is provided between the spring plate and the side wall on both sides of the U-shaped groove.
4. The elastic vibration isolator for the inner and outer stators of the air-cooled generator phase modifier according to claim 3, wherein one side of the cushion block is welded and fixed to the spring plate, and the other side of the cushion block is welded and fixed to the spring plate bracket.
5. The air-cooled generator phase modifier inner and outer stator elastic vibration isolation device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the spring plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer stator cavity by welding.
6. The elastic vibration isolator for inner and outer stators of air-cooled generator phase modulators of claim 1, wherein at least one elastic vibration isolator is provided on a circumferential outer wall of said inner stator.

The elastic vibration isolator for inner and outer stators of an air-cooled generator phase modifier according to claim 1, wherein the number of the elastic vibration isolators is set to 2, and the two elastic vibration isolators are respectively disposed on two lines where a horizontal plane on which a central axis of the stator is located intersects with a circumferential outer wall surface of the inner stator.
8. The elastic vibration isolator for the inner and outer stators of the air-cooled generator phase modifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic vibration isolator is provided in plurality and is uniformly provided on the circumferential outer wall of the inner stator.
