Embodiment 1 of the opening/closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the opening and closing stroke adjusting device includes a support, the support includes a bottom plate 10 and a side plate 20 disposed opposite to the bottom plate 10, and the side plate 20 and the bottom plate 10 are of an integral bending structure. The support further comprises a back plate 30, the back plate 30 is located on the rear side of the support, the back plate 30 is used for installing and fixing the opening and closing stroke adjusting device, and the back plate 30 and the bottom plate 10 are of an integrated bending structure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a closing travel switch 40 and an opening travel switch 50 for respectively closing and opening a motor (not shown) of the operating mechanism during closing and opening processes are mounted on the bracket. As shown in fig. 3, two switch fixing rod through holes 42 are formed in the closing travel switch 40 in a left-right extending manner, and a closing roller 41 is further disposed on the closing travel switch 40. The structure of the opening travel switch 50 is the same as that of the closing travel switch 40, that is, the opening travel switch 50 is also provided with two switch fixing rod through holes and an opening roller 51, and the opening travel switch 50 and the closing travel switch 40 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the opening and closing travel adjusting device.
As shown in fig. 1, the bracket is further provided with a switch-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and a switch-off in-place signal triggering mechanism. In this embodiment, the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism are a closing in-place signal switch 60 and an opening in-place signal switch 70, respectively, and both the closing in-place signal switch 60 and the opening in-place signal switch 70 have normally open contacts, and the closing of the normally open contacts is used for indicating the closing in-place state and the opening in-place state of the switches. The closing in-place signal switch 60 and the closing travel switch 40 are located on the same side of the opening and closing travel adjusting device and are arranged side by side, and the opening in-place signal switch 70 and the opening travel switch 50 are located on the same side of the opening and closing travel adjusting device and are arranged side by side. In the present embodiment, there are three closing in-place signal switches 60 and three opening in-place signal switches 70, the three closing in-place signal switches 60 are arranged side by side, the three opening in-place signal switches 70 are arranged side by side, the closing in-place signal switches 60 and the opening in-place signal switches 70 have the same structure as the closing travel switch 40 and the opening travel switch 50, that is, switch fixing rod through holes are also formed on the closing in-place signal switches 60 and the opening in-place signal switches 70. Two switch fixing rods 80 which are arranged in the front and back are further installed between the two side plates 20 of the support, the closing travel switch 40, the closing in-place signal switch 60, the opening travel switch 50 and the opening in-place signal switch 70 are installed on the support through the matching of respective switch fixing rod through holes and the switch fixing rods 80, and the closing travel switch 40, the closing in-place signal switch 60, the opening travel switch 50 and the opening in-place signal switch 70 all use the bottom plate 10 as a positioning plate, so that the installation state consistency of the closing travel switch 40, the closing in-place signal switch 60, the opening travel switch 50 and the opening in-place signal switch 70 can be guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 1, the three closing in-place signal switches 60 are provided with a closing signal roller 61, the three closing in-place signal switches 60 share one closing signal roller 61, the three opening in-place signal switches 70 are provided with an opening signal roller 71, and the three opening in-place signal switches 70 share one opening signal roller 71.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bracket is further provided with a closing cam 90 and an opening cam 100, and specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the closing cam 90 is provided with a cam fixing rod through hole 91 extending in the left-right direction, and the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100 have the same structure, that is, the opening cam 100 is also provided with a cam fixing rod through hole. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cam fixing rod 110 is further installed between the two side plates 20, the cam fixing rod 110 installs the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100 on the bracket by sequentially passing through cam fixing rod through holes on the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100, and the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the opening and closing stroke adjusting device.
The closing cam 90 is used for being matched with the closing roller 41 and the closing signal roller 61, the opening cam 100 is used for being matched with the opening roller 51 and the opening signal roller 71, the closing signal roller 61 forms a cam matching part of the closing in-place signal switch 60 matched with the closing cam 90, and the opening signal roller 71 forms a cam matching part of the opening in-place signal switch 70 matched with the opening cam 100. When the opening and closing operation is in place, the normally closed contacts of the closing travel switch 40 and the opening travel switch 50 are disconnected through the matching of the closing cam 90 and the closing roller 41 and the matching of the opening cam 100 and the opening roller 51, so that the motor of the operating mechanism is turned off, and the opening and closing operation is stopped. Meanwhile, through the matching of the closing cam 90 and the closing signal roller 61 and the matching of the opening cam 100 and the opening signal roller 71, the normally open contacts of the closing in-place signal switch 60 and the opening in-place signal switch 70 are closed, so that the opening and closing in-place signal is sent to the background. In addition, the outer diameters of the closing roller 41 and the opening roller 51 are smaller than the outer diameters of the closing signal roller 61 and the opening signal roller 71, so that when the opening and closing are in place, because the outer diameters of the closing roller 41 and the opening roller 51 are smaller than the outer diameters of the closing signal roller 61 and the opening signal roller 71, the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100 can be in contact with the closing signal roller 61 and the opening signal roller 71 respectively, and therefore it is guaranteed that the opening and closing in-place signal is sent to the background before the motor is not stopped.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, first screws 120 are disposed on both the side plates 20, a threaded hole 92 is disposed on the closing cam 90, a threaded hole is also disposed on the opening cam 100, the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100 are respectively connected with second screws 130 through respective threaded holes, the second screws 130 are in limit guide fit with the side plates 20, and a spring 140 is connected between the first screws 120 and the second screws 130, so that the closing cam 90 and the opening cam 100 can be reset through the spring 140 after being operated.
According to the invention, the switch-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and the switch-off in-place signal triggering mechanism are arranged on the bracket, and the switch-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and the switch-off in-place signal triggering mechanism are provided with the cam matching parts which are matched with the cam to indicate the switch-on in-place state and the switch-off in-place state of the switch. Therefore, when the switch is closed and opened in place, the closing travel switch and the opening travel switch can be turned off and closed of the motor through the action of the cam, and meanwhile, the closing in-place signal trigger mechanism and the opening in-place signal trigger mechanism can also indicate the closing in-place state and the opening in-place state of the switch through the matching of the cam and the cam matching part, namely, the closing of the motor and the consistency of the control of the closing in-place signal trigger mechanism and the opening in-place signal trigger mechanism can be realized through the cam, so that the closing in-place signal trigger mechanism and the opening in-place signal trigger mechanism keep homology with the closing travel switch and the opening travel switch. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention can also realize the accurate indication of the in-place state of closing and the in-place state of opening under the condition of not influencing the control of the closing travel switch and the opening travel switch on the motor, thereby facilitating the further proceeding of the sequential control.
Embodiment 2 of the opening and closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
the difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that in the embodiment 1, a closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and a switching off in-place signal triggering mechanism are installed on a bracket. In this embodiment, the closing travel switch 40 and the opening travel switch 50 both have a normally open contact and a normally closed contact, the normally closed contacts of the closing travel switch 40 and the opening travel switch 50 are used for controlling the motor of the operating mechanism, the normally open contact of the closing travel switch 40 forms a closing in-place signal triggering mechanism, and the normally closed contact of the opening travel switch 50 forms an opening in-place signal triggering mechanism.
Embodiment 3 of the opening/closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
the difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that in the embodiment 1, a closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and a switching off in-place signal triggering mechanism are installed on a bracket. In this embodiment, one of the closing travel switch 40 and the opening travel switch 50 has a normally open contact and a normally closed contact, and the normally closed contact is used to control the motor of the operating mechanism, so that the normally open contact forms a closing in-place signal triggering mechanism or an opening in-place signal triggering mechanism.
Embodiment 4 of the opening/closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, in embodiment 1, the closing in-place signal trigger mechanism and the opening in-place signal trigger mechanism are arranged side by side. In the embodiment, the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism are arranged in parallel, but are not located in the same plane.
Embodiment 5 of the opening/closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
the difference between the embodiment and embodiment 1 is that in embodiment 1, the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism have normally open contacts, and the closing in-place state and the opening in-place state of the switch are indicated by closing of the normally open contacts. In this embodiment, the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism further have normally closed contacts, and one of the normally open contact and the normally closed contact of each of the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism is inverted and matched with the other to indicate the closing in-place state and the opening in-place state of the switch.
Embodiment 6 of the opening/closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
the difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that in the embodiment 1, a closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and a switching off in-place signal triggering mechanism are installed on a bracket. In the embodiment, the bracket is provided with a switch-on in-place signal triggering mechanism or a switch-off in-place signal triggering mechanism.
Embodiment 7 of the opening/closing stroke adjusting device of the present invention:
the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that in embodiment 1, three opening in-place signal triggering mechanisms and three closing in-place signal triggering mechanisms are provided. In this embodiment, four, five or more opening in-place signal triggering mechanisms and closing in-place signal triggering mechanisms may be provided, and the specific number may be set according to actual requirements.
The embodiment of the switch operating mechanism of the invention comprises: the specific structure of the opening and closing stroke adjusting device is the same as that of the opening and closing stroke adjusting device in the embodiment of the opening and closing stroke adjusting device, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the switch in the invention is as follows: the switch comprises a switch operating mechanism, the switch operating mechanism comprises a switching-on and switching-off stroke adjusting device, and the specific structure of the switching-on and switching-off stroke adjusting device is the same as that of the switching-on and switching-off stroke adjusting device in the embodiment of the switching-on and switching-off stroke adjusting device, and the detailed description is omitted here.

Claims (10)
1. The switching-on and switching-off stroke adjusting device is characterized in that the switching-on stroke switch (40) and the switching-off stroke switch (50) are provided with a switching-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and/or a switching-off in-place signal triggering mechanism, or the support is further provided with a switching-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and/or a switching-off in-place signal triggering mechanism, and the switching-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and the switching-off in-place signal triggering mechanism are provided with cam matching parts which are matched with the cams to indicate the switching-on in-place state and the switching-off in-place state of the switches.
2. The opening and closing stroke adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism have normally open contacts, and the closing in-place state and the opening in-place state of the switch are indicated by closing of the normally open contacts.
3. The opening/closing stroke adjusting device according to claim 2, wherein the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism further have normally closed contacts, and one of the normally open contact and the normally closed contact of each of the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism is inverted and matched with the other to indicate the closing in-place state and the opening in-place state of the switch.
4. The opening/closing stroke adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein there are more than two closing in-place signal triggering mechanisms, and each closing in-place signal triggering mechanism is arranged side by side.
5. A switching-off and switching-on stroke adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein there are more than two switching-off in-place signal triggering mechanisms, and the switching-off in-place signal triggering mechanisms are arranged side by side.
6. A switching-off and switching-on stroke adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the switching-on in-place signal triggering mechanism and the switching-off in-place signal triggering mechanism are arranged side by side.
7. The opening and closing stroke adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the closing stroke switch (40) and the opening stroke switch (50) has a normally open contact and a normally closed contact, one of the normally open contact and the normally closed contact is used for controlling a motor of the operating mechanism, and the other one of the normally open contact and the normally closed contact forms the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism or the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism.
8. The opening and closing stroke adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support comprises a bottom plate (10) and a side plate (20) arranged oppositely, the cam is mounted on the side plate (20) of the support, and the bottom plate (10) is used as a positioning plate for the closing stroke switch (40), the opening stroke switch (50), the closing in-place signal triggering mechanism and the opening in-place signal triggering mechanism.
9. A switch operating mechanism comprising a switch-on/off stroke adjustment device, wherein the switch-on/off stroke adjustment device is the same as the switch-on/off stroke adjustment device of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A switch comprising a switch operating mechanism including a switch-off and switch-on stroke adjustment means, characterised in that the switch-off and switch-on stroke adjustment means is the same as the switch-off and switch-on stroke adjustment means of any one of claims 1 to 9.
