Description

Lightning arrester with isolating switch
Technical Field
The invention relates to an arrester, in particular to an arrester with an isolating switch.
Background
The arrester is also known as an overvoltage protector or an overvoltage limiter. The arrester is generally connected between the grid cable and ground, usually in parallel with the equipment to be protected. The lightning arrester can effectively protect equipment, and once abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester can act to play a role in protection. When the equipment is operated under normal operating voltage, the arrester will not function and is considered as an open circuit to the ground. Once high voltage occurs and the insulation of the protected equipment is endangered, the lightning arrester acts immediately to guide the impact current to the ground, so that the amplitude of overvoltage is limited and the equipment is protected. When the overvoltage disappears, the lightning arrester is quickly restored to the original state, so that the equipment and the line work normally.
The zinc oxide resistor disc inside the currently-used zinc oxide arrester has good nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics. When normal working voltage is applied to the lightning arrester, only small leakage current passes through the resistor disc, which is equal to open circuit. When an overvoltage occurs, a large current flows through the arrester, but the voltage is limited within a certain range and approaches a short circuit.
The zinc oxide arrester is internally formed by laminating a plurality of zinc oxide resistance sheets, terminal electrodes are respectively connected to two ends of each zinc oxide resistance sheet, an upper terminal electrode is connected to a power grid lead, and a lower terminal electrode is connected to a ground wire. The outside of the lightning arrester is an insulating sleeve which plays a role in sealing so as to prevent external water vapor from entering the lightning arrester to cause short circuit.
However, when the arrester is subjected to field test, it is necessary to disconnect the arrester, and therefore, those skilled in the art have been devoted to developing an arrester with a disconnector which does not affect the sealing of the arrester.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an arrester with a disconnector that does not affect the sealing of the arrester.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a lightning arrester with an isolating switch, which comprises a zinc oxide resistance card, an insulating sealing outer sleeve, an upper terminal electrode and a lower terminal electrode; two groups of conductive grooves and insulating grooves are arranged on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode; the conductive slots and the insulating slots of each group are adjacently arranged; an isolating switch device is arranged between the zinc oxide resistance card and the upper terminal electrode; the isolating switch device is pressed on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode through a pressing spring; the isolating switch device comprises a sliding base fixed on the compression spring and a sliding table arranged in the sliding base; two convex joints which can be matched with the conductive groove and the insulating groove are arranged on the top surface of the sliding table; both ends of the sliding table are respectively provided with a tile-shaped part extending downwards; a rotatable switch sleeve is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the insulating sealing outer sleeve and corresponds to the isolating switch device; the switch sleeve is internally provided with a tile-shaped magnet corresponding to the tile-shaped part.
Further, the cross sections of the conductive groove and the insulating groove are semicircular.
Further, the sliding base is concave.
Further, the convex joint is semicylindrical outward.
Further, the protruding joint and the sliding table are integrally formed.
Further, the insulation groove is made of rubber materials.
Further, an insulating material is embedded on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode.
Further, a handle is arranged on the switch sleeve.
Further, the tile-shaped magnet is a permanent magnet.
The invention realizes the switch isolation of the lightning arrester through the magnetic force by the rotating ring arranged outside the insulating sleeve under the condition of not influencing the sealing of the insulating sleeve.
The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features and the effects of the present invention.

Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
The lightning arrester with the disconnector according to the invention is shown in fig. 1-4 and comprises a zinc oxide resistor disc 1, an insulating sealing outer casing 2, an upper terminal electrode 3 and a lower terminal electrode 4. Two sets of semicircular conductive grooves 11 and semicircular insulating grooves 10 are formed in the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode 3. The semicircular conductive grooves 11 and the semicircular insulating grooves 10 of each group are adjacently disposed. An isolating switch device is arranged between the zinc oxide resistance chip 1 and the upper terminal electrode 3. The disconnector device is pressed against the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode 3 by a hold-down spring 5. The disconnector arrangement comprises a female seat 6 fixed on a pressure spring 5 and a slide 7 arranged in the female seat 6. Two semi-cylindrical connectors 9 which can be matched with the semi-circular conductive grooves 11 and the semi-circular insulating grooves 10 are arranged on the top surface of the sliding table 7. Both ends of the slide table 7 are respectively provided with a tile-shaped portion 8 extending downward. A rotatable switch sleeve 12 is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the insulating and sealing outer sleeve 2 and corresponds to the isolating switch device. A tile-shaped magnet 13 corresponding to the tile-shaped portion 8 is provided in the switch sleeve 12. The semicircular insulating groove 10 is made of a rubber material and is embedded on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode 3.
In the working state, the switch sleeve 12 is on the first side, and the two semi-cylindrical connectors 9 on the sliding table 7 are pressed in the semi-circular conductive grooves 11 by the compression springs 5. When the arrester needs to be switched to the isolation state, the switch sleeve 12 is rotated to the second side opposite to the first side through the handle 14, the tile-shaped magnet 13 attracts the tile-shaped part 8 of the sliding table 7, so that the sliding table 7 slides to the second side in the concave seat 6, and meanwhile, the isolating switch device integrally compresses the compression spring 5 downwards, so that the semi-cylindrical connector 9 is switched into the semi-circular insulating groove 10 from the semi-circular conductive groove 11, and the arrester is isolated at the moment. When the isolation state of the arrester needs to be released, the switch sleeve 12 can be rotated back to the first side through the handle 14, the semi-cylindrical joint 9 is switched back into the semi-circular conductive groove 11 from the semi-circular insulating groove 10, and the arrester is re-on-line at the moment and enters a working state.
The invention realizes the switch isolation of the lightning arrester through the magnetic force by the rotating ring arranged outside the insulating sleeve under the condition of not influencing the sealing of the insulating sleeve.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
