the fireproof ribbon 3 is attached to and wrapped on the outer side of the anti-falling plate 2, and a flame-retardant water-blocking wrapping tape 4 is wrapped on the outer side of the fireproof ribbon 3 in a wrapping mode so as to achieve the effects of fire prevention, flame retardance and water prevention of the cable body; the fireproof ribbon 3 and the flame-retardant water-blocking tape 4 both adopt a single-layer overlapping wrapping mode, the wrapping and covering rate of each layer is more than or equal to 20%, and the fireproof ribbon 3 is composed of glass ribbons with fireproof performance and functions of preventing rats and ants from biting; so that the fireproof, waterproof, rat and ant prevention performance of the cable can be effectively improved;
the polyethylene inner sheath layer 5 wraps the outer side of the flame-retardant water-blocking wrapping tape 4, and the galvanized steel tape armor 6 wraps the outer side of the polyethylene inner sheath layer 5, so that the polyethylene has good water resistance and extremely low water permeability, and the radial waterproof function can be realized; the galvanized steel strip armor 6 adopts a double-layer gap lapping and wrapping mode, and the wrapping gap rate of each layer is less than or equal to 50 percent; the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 is arranged on the outer side of the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape 7, and the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape 7 is wrapped on the outer side of the galvanized steel strip armor 6; the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape 7 is made of a ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape with excellent flame-retardant and fireproof performances, and the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape 7 is wrapped in a single-layer wrapping mode; the sheath protection reinforcing layer 9 is wrapped on the outer side of the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 so as to improve the overall performance; the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 is produced by adopting a low-smoke halogen-free extrusion line, the extrusion mode adopts a semi-extrusion pipe type or extrusion type, the temperature of an extruder is controlled according to the plasticization degree of materials, generally not higher than 160 ℃, the average extrusion thickness is not less than a nominal value, the thinnest point is not less than the nominal value by 90-0.1 mm, wherein the extrusion die of the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 adopts an extrusion pipe type, the average extrusion thickness of the outer sheath is not less than the nominal value, the sheath strengthens a protective layer 9, before extrusion, the materials are placed in an oven with the temperature of 80-110 ℃ for drying for 5-6 h and then used, a separation type screw rod is adopted, the length-diameter ratio of the screw rod is 25:1, the extrusion temperature is between 200-240 ℃, a ceramic silicon rubber wrapping belt 7 can also form a ceramic-shaped hard shell in case of fire, thereby playing a very good role of fire insulation, heat insulation and fire blocking, in conclusion, the waterproof, fireproof and rat and ant prevention performance of the cable body is enhanced, so that the cable is suitable for places such as subway tunnels and the like which are airtight, humid and have severe environment, the overall structural design of the cable is made of non-toxic and harmless environment-friendly materials, the cable is safe, environment-friendly and excellent in flame retardant performance, harmful gas cannot be released to cause secondary damage to human bodies under the condition of fire, and rescue is facilitated.
The working principle is as follows: when the waterproof, fireproof and rat-proof composite cable is used, as shown in a combined figure 1-7, a tinned copper conductor 102 is adopted as a conductor used in a core body 1 of the cable, a halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin insulation layer 103 is extruded outside the tinned copper conductor 102, a fireproof wire band 3 made of glass wire band, a flame-retardant water-blocking band 4, a polyethylene inner sheath layer 5, a galvanized steel strip armor 6, a ceramic silicon rubber band 7, a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath 8 are extruded and wrapped in a cabling way, and a novel nylon sheath protection reinforcing layer 9 is extruded outside the cable, so that the finished cable has the characteristics of environmental protection, water resistance, fire resistance and rat and ant resistance, can be widely applied to a circuit system in special environments such as moist and airtight environments, and the whole structure of the cable is designed and selected from non-toxic and harmless environment-friendly materials, and has excellent safety, environmental protection and flame retardant performances, no harmful gas is released to cause secondary harm to human body, and the rescue is facilitated.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. A waterproof fireproof rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable comprises a core body (1) positioned in the center of the cable, wherein an anti-drop plate (2) is attached to the outer side of the core body (1);
it is characterized by also comprising:
the fireproof ribbon (3) is attached to and wrapped on the outer side of the anti-falling plate (2), and a flame-retardant water-blocking tape (4) is wrapped on the outer side of the fireproof ribbon (3) in a wrapping mode so as to achieve the effects of fire prevention, flame retardance and water prevention of the cable body;
the polyethylene inner sheath layer (5) wraps the outer side of the flame-retardant water-blocking tape (4), the outer side of the polyethylene inner sheath layer (5) wraps the galvanized steel tape armor (6), and the polyethylene has good water resistance and extremely low water permeability, so that a radial waterproof function can be realized;
the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath (8) is arranged on the outer side of the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape (7), and the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape (7) is wrapped on the outer side of the galvanized steel tape armor (6);
and the sheath protection reinforcing layer (9) is wrapped on the outer side of the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath (8) to improve the overall performance.

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: the core (1) comprises spacing post (101), tin-plated copper conductor (102), insulating layer (103) and control core (104), and spacing post (101) are in the middle part position of core (1) to tin-plated copper conductor (102) and insulating layer (103) laminate respectively and set up in the outside of spacing post (101), control core (104) are filled between the power core, and the intussuseption of core (1) is filled with and to be kept cable round halogen-free flame retardant packing rope (105), and halogen-free flame retardant packing rope (105) stranding pitch ratio is 25 ~ 30.

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 2, wherein: the anti-impact limiting structure is characterized in that a reinforcing rib (1011) capable of improving the impact resistance is installed inside the limiting column (101), the outer side of the limiting column (101) is provided with a first concave surface (1012) and a second concave surface (1014) which are arc-shaped in a staggered mode, and anti-skidding blocks (1013) are uniformly arranged on the surface of the first concave surface (1012).

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: the tin-plated copper conductor (102) and the insulating layer (103) arranged inside the core body (1) are respectively made of a high-quality oxygen-free tin-plated copper conductor and a novel low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin material, and the tin-plated copper conductor (102) is formed by stranding the high-quality oxygen-free tin-plated copper conductor.

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: first recess (201) and second recess (202) have been seted up respectively to the lateral part of anticreep board (2), and first recess (201) and second recess (202) all are the arcuation setting to the equal angular distribution in center about core (1) of anticreep board (2).

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: the fireproof ribbon (3) and the flame-retardant water-blocking tape (4) are both wrapped in a single-layer overlapping mode, the wrapping and covering rate of each layer of wrapping is more than or equal to 20%, and the fireproof ribbon (3) is composed of glass ribbons with fireproof performance and functions of preventing rats and ants from biting.
7. The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: the galvanized steel strip armor (6) adopts a double-layer gap lapping and wrapping mode, and the wrapping gap rate of each layer is less than or equal to 50%.

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape (7) is made of a ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape with excellent flame-retardant and fireproof performances, and the ceramic silicon rubber wrapping tape (7) is wrapped in a single-layer wrapping mode.

The waterproof, fireproof, rat-proof and termite-proof composite cable according to claim 1, wherein: the sheath protection reinforcing layer (9) is made of a novel nylon material, and the sheath protection reinforcing layer (9) and the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath (8) both adopt an extrusion coating process.
