The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, presented in the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed application, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. Every other embodiment that can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present application falls within the protection scope of the present application.
In recent years, with the development of society, the dietary structure and the external environment change continuously, the probability of car accidents and diseases is greatly increased, so that the situation of limb movement dysfunction of a patient is greatly increased, and a reasonable rehabilitation training method can help the patient to rebuild limb movement function to a certain extent.
Rehabilitation training refers to a process of comprehensively and coordinately applying various measures to eliminate or relieve physical and mental and social dysfunction of a patient, enhance self-supporting ability of the patient, change the living state of the patient, finally return the patient to the society and improve the quality of life. Orthopedic training is an important branch of rehabilitation, and is also an indispensable link in conservative treatment of various orthopedic diseases and wounds and preoperative and postoperative treatment.
Rehabilitation management of department patients of orthopedics, sports medicine and the like after surgical treatment and discharge is an important link for health recovery, and when the department carries out rehabilitation training management on the patients after surgical discharge, the department carries out rehabilitation guidance in the modes of paper rehabilitation manuals, discharge instruction manuals and the like, and the guidance content comprises life guidance, function training schemes, regular re-diagnosis and the like. Because the postoperative patient needs the rehabilitation process of longer time, the paper material is fragile easily to be lost, and because the commonality of paper material preparation, can't carry out the rehabilitation training management of pertinence to patient's disease, can't distinguish different patient's rehabilitation training scheme promptly. Meanwhile, the training data monitoring and follow-up visit management in the rehabilitation process still need to adopt off-line treatment and other modes, the workload of doctors is heavy, doctors cannot know the rehabilitation condition of patients who cannot come to see the patients, and meanwhile, the training method for the same disease also needs to perform differential rehabilitation training management for different patients.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a method and a system for rehabilitation training management, which are mainly applied to but not limited to a sports medicine postoperative rehabilitation training scene and a fracture postoperative rehabilitation training scene, can make specific rehabilitation training schemes for different patients through rehabilitation training models, and can timely adjust the rehabilitation training schemes according to actual training items of the patients, so as to achieve fine management of the different patients, and improve the rehabilitation training effect of the patients.

s130, determining updated physiological characteristic information of the target user under at least one training monitoring item in a preamble training period;
and S140, inputting the attribute information and the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user into the rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at the target user in a subsequent training period.
The target user in the embodiment of the present application refers to a user who needs rehabilitation training. Users who need to take certain rehabilitation measures to prevent the disease before the disease occurs can be considered; the system can be used for timely finding the root cause of the disease and carrying out rehabilitation training to relieve the symptoms of the user when the disease condition occurs; also, patients who undergo functional remodeling by rehabilitation training after surgery are treated in order to prevent further worsening of their own problems and complications.
The attribute information is used for representing the identity of the target user, and is basic information capable of accurately determining the identity of the target user, such as the name, the identity card number, the mobile phone number, the medical insurance card number and the like of the target user.
The initial physiological characteristic information refers to physiological characteristic information detected by the detection device aiming at the physical condition of the target user before rehabilitation training of the target user, and the physiological characteristic information can comprise physiological parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate, perspiration amount and the like, and can also comprise characteristic information obtained by shooting a fractured joint or an adjacent joint through X-ray examination or CT examination, or characteristic information obtained by detecting certain parameter indexes in blood of the target user. Here, the initial physiological characteristic information may be diagnosis information that is comprehensively obtained by a doctor after analyzing various parameter indexes of the target user. The updated physiological characteristic information refers to the physiological characteristic information detected by the detection device according to the physical condition of the target user after the target user is subjected to rehabilitation training, and compared with the initial physiological characteristic information, the updated physiological characteristic information is changed to a certain extent.
The rehabilitation training scheme is various, each type of disease corresponds to one rehabilitation training scheme, and the plurality of rehabilitation training schemes are stored in a rehabilitation training scheme database of the server. For example, a rehabilitation training regimen for bone fractures includes: a first stage of exercising contraction and relaxation of muscles; and a second stage: performing flexion and extension movements of the non-fixed joints to gradually move the upper joint and the lower joint of the fracture part; and a third stage: the range and the times of the movement of the injured limb are enlarged; a fourth stage: the walking under the ground is exercised.
The rehabilitation training scheme comprises a plurality of training monitoring items, and the target user can perform rehabilitation training according to the training monitoring items in the rehabilitation training scheme. The actual training item refers to training items determined after a target user actually trains according to training monitoring items in a rehabilitation training scheme, for example, the rehabilitation training scheme specifies a load of 10KG, walks for 30 minutes and the like, wherein the specified load of 10KG, and the walking for 30 minutes is the training monitoring item, but the target user only loads 6KG and walks for 25 minutes in the actual training process, and the loaded load of 6KG and the walking for 25 minutes are the actual training items.
The training period refers to a period of time of the target user for carrying out rehabilitation training, the time from the beginning of the rehabilitation training to the complete recovery process of the target user is divided into a plurality of periods, each period of time can be regarded as a training period, and after the rehabilitation training in any training period is completed, the target user can go to a hospital to detect the result of the rehabilitation training. For example, the training period of the femoral shaft fracture surgery is 3 to 30 days after surgery, 30 to 60 days after surgery, 60 to 90 days after surgery, etc., and the rehabilitation training schemes corresponding to the training periods are different, for example, the rehabilitation training scheme includes: walking and loading, wherein the load is not required for 3-30 days, partial load is required for 30-60 days, and complete load is required for 60-90 days.
The preamble training period refers to a front part time in a training period, and the following training period refers to a rear part time in a training period, wherein the preamble training period is to occur before the following training period. Here, the front portion of the time includes, but is not limited to, the first half of the training period, the first third of the training period, or the first quarter of the training period, and the same applies to the rear portion of the training period.
The above exemplary steps provided by the embodiments of the present application are described below by taking the application of the above method to a server as an example.
In step S110, the server determines attribute information and initial physiological characteristic information of the target user. Specifically, a server receives a data acquisition request of a target user, wherein the data acquisition request carries attribute information of the target user, and the data acquisition request is generated after a terminal device responds to the attribute information filling operation of the target user; and searching initial physiological characteristic information corresponding to the attribute information based on the data acquisition request carrying the attribute information of the target user.
The target user fills in attribute information on the terminal device, then the terminal device responds to the attribute information filling operation of the target user, generates a data acquisition request carrying the attribute information, the terminal device sends the data acquisition request to the server, and the server searches the initial physiological characteristic information of the target user corresponding to the attribute information in a database according to the received data acquisition request. The server can send the searched initial physiological characteristic information to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can display the received initial physiological characteristic information so that the target user can check the initial physiological characteristic information of the target user through the terminal equipment.
The terminal device mainly refers to an intelligent device for providing a graphical user interface, and the terminal device may include, but is not limited to, any one of the following devices: smart phones, tablet computers, laptop computers, desktop computers, digital televisions, and the like.
In step S120, the server inputs the attribute information and the initial physiological characteristic information into a pre-trained rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme for the target user in a training period, where the rehabilitation training scheme includes at least one training monitoring item, the training period includes a preceding training period and a subsequent training period, and the preceding training period is before the subsequent training period.
In the embodiment of the application, the rehabilitation training scheme for the target user can be obtained through the rehabilitation training model, and different target users have different rehabilitation training schemes through the rehabilitation training model due to differences in physical conditions, injury conditions, recovery capacity and the like.
Firstly, a rehabilitation training model is trained to obtain a well-trained rehabilitation training model which can be directly applied. Specifically, a rehabilitation training model is trained by the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of rehabilitation training samples of a user sample in a training period, wherein the rehabilitation training sample corresponding to each user comprises an attribute information sample, a physiological characteristic information sample and a training monitoring item sample of the user;
training the constructed neural network through the attribute information sample, the physiological characteristic information sample and the training monitoring item sample which are included in the rehabilitation training sample corresponding to each user until a preset training condition is reached, determining that the constructed neural network is trained completely, and obtaining a trained rehabilitation training model.
Here, the preset training condition may be a certain number of training times, or may be a condition that a loss function corresponding to the rehabilitation training model tends to be balanced.
Specifically, the attribute information samples and the physiological characteristic information samples included in the rehabilitation training samples corresponding to each user are input into the well-constructed neural network for learning, the training items corresponding to the user are output, the training items are compared with the training monitoring items, comparison errors are obtained, when the comparison errors approach 0, the training items output by the neural network can be considered to be close to the training monitoring items, at this time, the neural network training can be considered to be completed, and therefore the well-trained rehabilitation training model is obtained.
In step S130, the server determines updated physiological characteristic information of the target user under at least one training monitoring item in a preceding training period. Specifically, in the preceding training period, the physiological characteristic information of the target user automatically uploaded by the monitoring device is received, and/or the actual training item information obtained in response to the information filling operation of the target user and sent by the terminal device is received.
In this application embodiment, monitoring facilities can be domestic portable check out test set, like motion bracelet, sphygmomanometer etc. also can be the regular check out test set of hospital, can carry out the shooting, do the equipment of CT or blood assay. The actual training item refers to a training item determined after the target user performs actual training according to a training monitoring item in the rehabilitation training scheme, wherein the actual training item information is recorded on the terminal device by the target user or a person capable of monitoring the training condition of the target user.
In step S140, the attribute information and the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user are input into the rehabilitation training model, so as to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme for the target user in a subsequent training period.
Here, the rehabilitation training scheme for the target user in the subsequent training period is adjusted compared with the rehabilitation training scheme for the target user in the preceding training period, and the adjustment is based on the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user in the preceding training period under at least one training monitoring item.
Therefore, after a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at the target user in the training period is determined according to the attribute information and the initial physiological characteristic information of the target user, in the actual training process of the target user, a task cannot be completed according to a training monitoring item in the rehabilitation training scheme possibly due to external factors; or physical factors such as physical strength and the like cannot complete tasks according to the training monitoring items in the rehabilitation training scheme, and at the moment, the rehabilitation training scheme aiming at the target user in the subsequent training period can be adjusted by determining the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user under at least one training monitoring item in the previous training period.
The rehabilitation training management method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps: determining attribute information and initial physiological characteristic information of a target user; inputting the attribute information and the initial physiological characteristic information into a pre-trained rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at a target user in a training period, wherein the rehabilitation training scheme comprises at least one training monitoring item, the training period comprises a pre-training period and a post-training period, and the pre-training period is positioned before the post-training period; determining updated physiological characteristic information of a target user under at least one training monitoring item in a preceding training period; and inputting the attribute information and the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user into a rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at the target user in a subsequent training period. The targeted rehabilitation training scheme is formulated for different patients through the rehabilitation training model, and can be adjusted in time according to the actual training items of the patients, so that the refined management of different patients is achieved, and the rehabilitation training effect of the patients is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another rehabilitation training management method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, a method for rehabilitation training management provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
s210, determining attribute information and initial physiological characteristic information of a target user;
and S220, inputting the attribute information and the initial physiological characteristic information into a pre-trained rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at a target user in a training period, wherein the rehabilitation training scheme comprises at least one training monitoring item, the training period comprises a pre-training period and a post-training period, and the pre-training period is positioned before the post-training period.
S230, obtaining verification index parameters of the target user, wherein the verification index parameters comprise age index parameters and gender index parameters.
S240, whether any one of the verification index parameters belongs to a scheme excluding set corresponding to the sub-scheme in the rehabilitation training scheme is detected.
And S250, if the user belongs to the target user, deleting the sub-scheme corresponding to the verification index parameter of the target user from the rehabilitation training scheme.
And S260, determining the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user in at least one training monitoring item in the preamble training period.
And S270, inputting the attribute information and the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user into a rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at the target user in a subsequent training period.
The descriptions of S210, S220, S260, and S270 may refer to the descriptions of S110 to S140, and the same technical effect can be achieved, which is not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the application, the verification index parameter is used for verifying whether each sub-scheme in the rehabilitation training scheme is applicable to the target user, wherein the verification index parameter includes an age index parameter and a gender index parameter. In particular, there are some differences in the rehabilitation regimen for users of different age stages, such as for elderly people around 80 years of age, where the rehabilitation regimen needs to be relaxed, and for younger people around 20 years of age, where the rehabilitation regimen may be relatively complex. Meanwhile, due to the different body structures of men and women, there is also a gap for some rehabilitation training schemes.
The solution exclusion set refers to a rule set of exclusion conditions formulated for sub-solutions in the rehabilitation training solution, and the solution exclusion set for each target user may be different. And if any one of the verification index parameters is detected to belong to the scheme excluding set corresponding to the sub-scheme in the rehabilitation training scheme, deleting the sub-scheme corresponding to the verification index parameter of the target user from the rehabilitation training scheme.
In addition, after S270, the method for rehabilitation training management further includes:
step 280, receiving user feedback information aiming at the rehabilitation training scheme in the training period, wherein the user feedback information is generated by the terminal device in response to the questionnaire filling operation of the target user.
And 290, updating the pre-stored rehabilitation training scheme database according to the user feedback information.
In the embodiment of the application, the user feedback information refers to experience feedback information of a user after training according to a rehabilitation training scheme, and if the effect is good or the effect is not good, the server can update the rehabilitation training scheme database in time, and therefore user experience of the user during rehabilitation training is improved.
Preferably, if user feedback information for a rehabilitation training scheme in a training period is not acquired in a first time period after the training period, first reminding information is sent to a target user; and if the user feedback information aiming at the rehabilitation training scheme in the training period is not acquired in a second time period after the first time period, sending second reminding information to the target user.
Here, if the target user does not receive the feedback information of the target user after completing the rehabilitation training, the server may remind the target user. The reminding mode can be voice reminding, short message reminding or reminding through a WeChat public number.
For example, the server generates an assessment questionnaire for the end of each training period in conjunction with the training period. And evaluating the validity period of the questionnaire filling time to be within 7 days after the period ending time, and sequentially generating reminding tasks within the 7-day filling time range, wherein the task reminding time stage is the period ending date, 3 days after the period ending date and 7 days after the period ending. The server reminds according to the filling completion state of the patient evaluation questionnaire, sends a filling evaluation notification on the day when the period is finished, reminds for the first time if the patient still does not complete filling 3 days after the period is finished, and reminds for the second time if the patient still does not complete filling 7 days after the period is finished.
According to the method for managing the rehabilitation training, the targeted rehabilitation training scheme is formulated for different patients through the rehabilitation training model, and the rehabilitation training scheme can be adjusted in time according to the actual training items of the patients, so that the fine management of the different patients is achieved, and the effect of the rehabilitation training of the patients is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, a rehabilitation training management system corresponding to the rehabilitation training management method is also provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as the principle of solving the problem of the system in the embodiment of the present application is similar to the method for rehabilitation training management described above in the embodiment of the present application, the implementation of the system can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a rehabilitation training management system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the system 300 for rehabilitation training management includes a server 310 and a terminal device 320;
a server 310 for determining attribute information and initial physiological characteristic information of a target user; inputting the attribute information and the initial physiological characteristic information into a pre-trained rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at a target user in a training period, wherein the rehabilitation training scheme comprises at least one training monitoring item, the training period comprises a pre-training period and a post-training period, and the pre-training period is positioned before the post-training period; determining updated physiological characteristic information of a target user under at least one training monitoring item in a preceding training period; inputting the attribute information and the updated physiological characteristic information of the target user into a rehabilitation training model to obtain a rehabilitation training scheme aiming at the target user in a subsequent training period;
