The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without inventive step, are within the scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a display device, and the display device can be a liquid crystal television. The display device that this application embodiment provided can realize two-sided demonstration, can curl moreover and accomodate to the box when need not using to save space.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an expanded state of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a structural schematic diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application in a rolled state.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a box body 10, a first reel assembly 20, a second reel assembly 30, a first display assembly 40 and a second display assembly 50.
The box body 10 is provided with an accommodating space 11, a through hole 12 is arranged on the box body 10, and the through hole 12 is communicated with the accommodating space 11; the first reel assembly 20 and the second reel assembly 30 are disposed in the accommodating space 11; the first display assembly 40 is connected with the first reel assembly 20, and the first reel assembly 20 can rotate to drive the first display assembly 40 to extend out of the case body 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state or retract into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a coiled state; the second display module 50 is connected to the second reel module 30, and the second reel module 30 can rotate to drive the second display module 50 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state or to be retracted into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state.
Illustratively, the housing 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the interior thereof is hollow to form the accommodating space 11, the housing 10 is provided with a through hole 12, the through hole 12 is communicated with the accommodating space 11, and the size of the through hole 12 is required to satisfy that the first display module 40 and the second display module 50 can extend out of the through hole 12 at the same time. The through hole 12 is formed in the bottom wall of the casing 10, the casing 10 is generally suspended, and the through hole 12 is formed in the side of the casing 10 facing the ground.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first reel assembly 20 and the second reel assembly 30 are disposed in the accommodating space 11, and the first reel assembly 20 and the second reel assembly 30 are disposed in parallel, and the first reel assembly 20 and the second reel assembly 30 can be driven by a driving member to rotate. For example, the driving member may be a direct-drive motor or a stepping motor, and two driving members may be provided, and the two driving members respectively drive the first reel assembly 20 and the second reel assembly 30 to rotate.
The first display assembly 40 includes a first display screen 41 and a first backlight module 42, and the first reel assembly 20 includes a first reel 21 and a second reel 22.
The first reel 21 is connected to the first backlight module 42, and the first reel 21 can drive the first backlight module 42 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state or to be contracted into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state; the second reel 22 is connected to the first display screen 41, and the second reel 22 can drive the first display screen 41 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state or to be retracted into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state.
The second display assembly 50 includes a second display screen 51 and a second backlight module 52, and the second reel assembly 30 includes a third reel 31 and a fourth reel 32.
The third reel 31 is connected to the second backlight module 52, and the third reel 31 can drive the second backlight module 52 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 and to be in an unfolded state or to be retracted into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 and to be in a curled state; the fourth reel 32 is connected to the second display screen 51, and the fourth reel 32 can drive the second display screen 51 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 and to be in an unfolded state or to be in a curled state by being retracted into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12.
It can be understood that the first backlight module 42 and the second backlight module 52 are disposed oppositely, the first display screen 41 is disposed on a side of the first backlight module 42 away from the second backlight module 52, and the second display screen 51 is disposed on a side of the second backlight module 52 away from the first backlight module 42.
It should be noted that the first display assembly 40 and the second display assembly 50 are each made of a rollable material. Illustratively, the first display 41 and the second display 51 are flexible OLED displays, or LCD liquid crystal displays made of thin, rollable glass;
the base material of the first backlight module 42 and the second backlight module 52 may be Polyimide (PI) or a thin and flexible glass material, and for preventing the first backlight module 42 and the second backlight module 52 from leaking light, the base material may be screened with black ink for shading.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6 in conjunction with fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device in a first state according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second state of the display device according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 5 is an external structural diagram of an expanded state of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 6 is an external structural diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure in a rolled state.
Referring to fig. 1, the first reel 21 drives the first backlight module 42 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state, the second reel 22 drives the first display screen 41 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state, and the first backlight module 42 and the first display screen 41 are matched to form a first display assembly 40; meanwhile, the third reel 31 drives the second backlight module 52 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state, the fourth reel 32 drives the second display screen 51 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state, and the second backlight module 52 and the second display screen 51 are matched to form the second display assembly 50.
The first display assembly 40 and the second display assembly 50 can display simultaneously, i.e., achieve a double-sided display.
When the first display module 40 and the second display module 50 both extend out of the housing 10, the exterior structure of the display device is schematically shown in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 2, the first reel 21 drives the first backlight module 42 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state, and the second reel 22 drives the first display 41 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state; meanwhile, the third reel 31 drives the second backlight module 52 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state, and the fourth reel 32 drives the second display screen 51 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state.
It can be understood that the first display assembly 40 and the second display assembly 50 are received in the case 10 without using a display device to save space and facilitate dust prevention.
When the first display module 40 and the second display module 50 are both received in the box 10, the exterior structure of the display device is schematically shown in fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 4, the first reel 21 drives the first backlight module 42 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state, the second reel 22 drives the first display screen 41 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 to be in an unfolded state, and the first backlight module 42 and the first display screen 41 are matched to realize a display effect; meanwhile, the third reel 31 drives the second backlight module 52 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state, and the fourth reel 32 drives the second display screen 51 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state.
It is understood that the display device can be displayed in a single side, that is, only the first display module 40 is displayed, and the second display module 50 is received in the case 10.
Referring to fig. 5, the first reel 21 drives the first backlight module 42 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state, and the second reel 22 drives the first display 41 to shrink into the accommodating space 11 through the through hole 12 to be in a curled state; meanwhile, the third reel 31 drives the second backlight module 52 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 and to be in an unfolded state, and the fourth reel 32 drives the second display screen 51 to extend out of the case 10 through the through hole 12 and to be in an unfolded state, so that the second backlight module 52 and the second display screen 51 are matched to realize a display effect.
It is understood that the display device can be displayed on a single side, that is, only the second display module 50 is displayed, and the first display module 40 is received in the case 10.
In the above embodiment, the first reel 21 and the second reel 22 are driven by the driving member to move synchronously, and the third reel 31 and the fourth reel 32 are driven to move synchronously.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the application can realize double-sided display and single-sided display or be accommodated in the box body 10 according to different places, is simple and convenient, saves space, is favorable for dust prevention, and has the characteristics of novel form and attractiveness.
Preferably, the extending direction of the first display assembly 40 in the through hole 12 is parallel to the line connecting the axes of the first roller 21 and the second roller 22.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a connection line between the axis of the first scroll 21 and the axis of the second scroll 22 is parallel to the axis of the through hole 12, so that the extending direction of the first display module 40 in the through hole 12 is parallel to the connection line between the axis of the first scroll 21 and the axis of the second scroll 22, and therefore, the first display screen 41 and the first backlight module 42 can be synchronously rolled or synchronously unfolded.
Similarly, the extending direction of the second display assembly 50 in the through hole 12 is parallel to the line connecting the axle centers of the third reel 31 and the fourth reel 32.

Preferably, a first guide 81 and a second guide 82 are disposed in the accommodating space 11, and the first guide 81 and the second guide 82 are respectively fixedly connected to the housing 10 and are respectively located at two sides of the central axis of the through hole 12. The first guide 81 contacts the first backlight module 42 to guide when the first backlight module 42 moves, and the second guide 82 contacts the second backlight module 52 to guide when the second backlight module 52 moves.
It is understood that the first guide 81 is used to assist the extension or the accommodation of the first backlight module 42, and the second guide 82 is used to assist the extension or the accommodation of the second backlight module 52.

Preferably, a third guide 83 and a fourth guide 84 are disposed in the through hole 12, the third guide 83 and the fourth guide 84 are respectively fixedly connected to the box 10, and the third guide 83 and the fourth guide 84 are respectively located at two sides of the through hole 12. The third guide 83 is in contact with the first display screen 41 to guide when the first display screen 41 moves, and the second guide 82 is in contact with the fourth display screen to guide when the second display screen 51 moves.
It is understood that the third guide 83 is used to assist the extension or the accommodation of the first display screen 41, and the fourth guide 84 is used to assist the extension or the accommodation of the second display screen 51.
Illustratively, the third guide 83 and the fourth guide 84 are fixed to the side walls of the through-hole 12 by screws.
It will be appreciated that the first guide 81 and the third guide 83 are located on the same side of the central axis of the through-hole 12 and the second guide 82 and the fourth guide 84 are located on the same side of the through-hole 12. For example, the first guide 81 and the third guide 83 are located on the left side of the central axis of the through-hole 12, and the second guide 82 and the fourth guide 84 are located on the right side of the central axis of the through-hole 12.
It should be noted that the first guide 81 and the third guide 83 are disposed to help the first display panel 41 to adhere to each other during the extending process of the first backlight module 42, so that the first display assembly 40 is in an integral shape when being unfolded. Illustratively, the first guide 81, the second guide 82, the third guide 83 and the fourth guide 84 may be made of soft silicone block or foam for preventing the first display assembly 40 and the second display assembly 50 from being damaged during the extension or contraction process.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 4, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a first display screen 41 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure at a first viewing angle; fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of the first display screen 41 at a second viewing angle according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of the first backlight module 42 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure at a first viewing angle; fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of the first backlight module 42 according to the second viewing angle in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the first display module 40 is in the unfolded state, the first display screen 41 and the first backlight module 42 are attached by the first attaching module 60; when the first display assembly 40 is curled, the first display screen 41 and the first backlight module 42 are detached from each other. Similarly, when the second display module 50 is in the unfolded state, the second display screen 51 and the second backlight module 52 are attached by the second attaching module 70; when the second display assembly 50 is curled, the second display screen 51 and the second backlight module 52 are detached from each other.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, the first attaching assembly 60 includes a first magnetic member 61 and a second magnetic member 62, the first magnetic member 61 can be attracted to the second magnetic member 62, the first magnetic member 61 is disposed around the display area 411 on the back of the first display panel 41, the second magnetic member 62 is disposed around the light emitting area 421 of the first backlight module 42, that is, the second magnetic member 62 is disposed on one side of the first backlight module 42 facing the first display panel 41, and the positions of the first magnetic member 61 and the second magnetic member 62 are matched.
When the first display module 40 is to be unfolded, the first display screen 41 and the first backlight module 42 are attracted together by the first magnetic member 61 and the second magnetic member 62 in the process of synchronously extending out of the box 10 through the through hole 12, so that the first display screen 41 and the first backlight module 42 form the first display module 40. Preferably, the second attaching assembly 70 includes a third magnetic member 71 and a fourth magnetic member 72, the third magnetic member 71 can be attracted to the fourth magnetic member 72, the third magnetic member 71 is disposed around the display area 411 on the back of the second display screen 51, the fourth magnetic member 72 is disposed around the light emitting area 421 of the second backlight module 52, that is, the fourth magnetic member 72 is disposed on the side of the second backlight module 52 facing the second display screen 51, and the positions of the third magnetic member 71 and the fourth magnetic member 72 are matched.
When the second display assembly 50 is to be unfolded, the third magnetic member 71 and the fourth magnetic member 72 are attracted together during the process that the second display screen 51 and the second backlight module 52 synchronously extend out of the box 10 through the through hole 12, so that the second display screen 51 and the second backlight module 52 form the second display assembly 50.
It should be noted that the magnetic member has a light-tight characteristic, which can prevent light from the first backlight module 42 and the second backlight module 52 from passing through. Preferably, the magnetic member is arranged in a magnetic strip shape.
An embodiment of the present application provides a display device, including: the box body is provided with an accommodating space, and a through hole is formed in the box body and is communicated with the accommodating space; the first reel assembly and the second reel assembly are arranged in the accommodating space; the first display assembly is connected with the first reel assembly, and the first reel assembly can rotate to drive the first display assembly to extend out of the box body through the through hole to be in an unfolded state or contract into the accommodating space through the through hole to be in a coiled state; the second display assembly is connected with the second reel assembly, and the second reel assembly can rotate to drive the second display assembly to extend out of the box body through the through hole and be in an unfolded state or be in a curled state by being contracted into the accommodating space through the through hole. The display device that this application embodiment provided can realize two-sided demonstration, and first display module and second display module can be accomodate to the box in addition to save space, and be favorable to dustproof, the outward appearance is novel.

Claims (10)
1. A display device, comprising:
the box body is provided with an accommodating space, and a through hole is formed in the box body and is communicated with the accommodating space;
the first reel assembly is arranged in the accommodating space;
the second reel assembly is arranged in the accommodating space;
the first display assembly is connected with the first reel assembly, and the first reel assembly can rotate to drive the first display assembly to extend out of the box body through the through hole to be in an unfolded state or to be contracted into the accommodating space through the through hole to be in a coiled state;
the second display assembly is connected with the second reel assembly, and the second reel assembly can rotate to drive the second display assembly to extend out of the box body through the through hole to be in an unfolded state or to be in a curled state after being contracted into the accommodating space through the through hole.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the first display assembly comprises a first display screen and a first backlight module, and the first display screen and the first backlight module are both connected to the first reel assembly;
the second display assembly comprises a second display screen and a second backlight module, and the second display screen and the second backlight module are connected with the second reel assembly.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the first reel assembly comprises a first reel and a second reel, the first reel is connected to the first backlight module, and the first reel can drive the first backlight module to extend out of the case through the through hole to be in an unfolded state or to be retracted into the accommodating space through the through hole to be in a rolled state;
the second scroll is connected with the first display screen, and the second scroll can drive the first display screen to extend out of the box body through the through hole to be in an unfolded state or to be contracted into the accommodating space through the through hole to be in a curled state;
the second reel assembly comprises a third reel and a fourth reel, the third reel is connected with the second backlight module, and the third reel can drive the second backlight module to extend out of the box body through the through hole to be in an unfolded state or contract into the accommodating space through the through hole to be in a curled state;
the fourth scroll is connected with the second display screen, and the fourth scroll can drive the second display screen to extend out of the box body through the through hole and be in an unfolded state or be in a curled state through the through hole contracting into the accommodating space.
4. The display device according to claim 3, wherein the extending direction of the first display component in the through hole is parallel to a connecting line of the axes of the first scroll and the second scroll;
the extending direction of the second display assembly in the through hole is parallel to the connecting line of the axle centers of the third reel and the fourth reel.
5. The display device according to claim 3, wherein when the first scroll assembly rotates to drive the first display assembly to move, the first scroll and the second scroll rotate in the same direction;
when the second scroll assembly rotates to drive the second display assembly to move, the rotating directions of the third scroll and the fourth scroll are the same.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first display component and the second display component are both flexible display components.
7. The display device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein when the first display assembly is in the unfolded state, the first display screen and the first backlight module are attached by a first attaching assembly; when the first display assembly is curled, the first display screen and the first backlight module are detached from each other;
when the second display assembly is in an unfolded state, the second display screen and the second backlight module are attached through a second attaching assembly; and when the second display assembly is curled, the second display screen and the second backlight module are not attached.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the first bonding assembly comprises a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member, the first magnetic member is disposed on the first display screen, the second magnetic member is disposed on the first backlight module, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are disposed opposite to each other so that the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member can be attracted to each other;
the second laminating assembly comprises a third magnetic part and a fourth magnetic part, the third magnetic part is arranged on the second display screen, the fourth magnetic part is arranged on the second backlight module, and the third magnetic part and the fourth magnetic part are oppositely arranged, so that the third magnetic part can be adsorbed by the fourth magnetic part.
9. The display device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein a first guide and a second guide are disposed in the accommodating space, the first guide and the second guide are respectively fixedly connected to the box, the first guide contacts with the first backlight module to guide when the first backlight module moves, and the second guide contacts with the second backlight module to guide when the second backlight module moves;
the through hole is internally provided with a third guide piece and a fourth guide piece, the third guide piece and the fourth guide piece are respectively fixedly connected with the box body, the third guide piece is in contact with the first display screen to guide when the first display screen moves, and the fourth guide piece is in contact with the second display screen to guide when the second display screen moves.
10. The display device according to claim 9, wherein the first guide, the second guide, the third guide, and the fourth guide are each made of a flexible material.
