Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The substation equipment state display method based on the digital twin substation can be applied to computer equipment such as terminals and servers. The terminal is not limited to various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers and portable wearable devices, and the portable wearable devices can be head-mounted devices and the like. The server may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a method for presenting a state of substation equipment based on a digital twin substation, which may include the following steps:
step S101, acquiring a monitoring image obtained by monitoring substation equipment in a transformer substation;
in the step, real-time video monitoring can be performed on substation equipment in the transformer substation to obtain a monitoring image.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, step S101 may specifically include:
step S201, acquiring an image obtained by monitoring substation equipment in a transformer substation as an original image;
step S202, carrying out graying processing on the original image to obtain a grayscale image;
and step S203, performing image enhancement and image filtering processing on the gray level image to obtain a monitoring image.
The embodiment mainly can preprocess the image obtained by monitoring to obtain the monitored image. Specifically, in step S201, a color image obtained by monitoring substation equipment in the substation can be acquired as an original image, and since the color image occupies a large amount of storage space and affects the execution speed, in step S202, the original image can be grayed and converted into a grayscale image, after grayscale conversion, the dynamic range of image pixels is increased, the contrast of the image is expanded, the image is clearer and is easy to identify, and on the basis, in step S203, the grayscale image is subjected to image enhancement and image filtering to obtain a monitored image. Specifically, for image enhancement processing, a mat2gray function is used to perform normalization processing on image pixels, namely the pixel value range is changed from [0,255] to [0,1], an image gray histogram is drawn to stretch the pixel gray of a required target, and a gray value histogram is used to perform image enhancement through piecewise linear transformation so as to improve the contrast definition and the brightness and darkness uniformity of an image; for image filtering processing, image noise has randomness and can submerge image characteristics, specifically, adaptive median filtering can be adopted to remove noise, a window filtering Y of n multiplied by n is set and placed in an image, image scanning is traversed, whether the pixel is a pixel is judged according to the size of a central pixel of the window, and after the noise attributes of all pixels in the image are judged, noise removal is carried out, so that the filtered image is obtained. According to the embodiment, the images of the monitoring video are preprocessed through image enhancement and image filtering, so that image information is completely reserved, and the image contrast is improved.
Step S102, identifying whether the substation equipment is in an abnormal working state or not according to the monitoring image;
whether the monitored substation equipment is in an abnormal working state or not is intelligently analyzed through the monitoring image.
Step S103, if the substation equipment is in an abnormal working state, determining a grid area corresponding to the substation equipment in the digital twin substation;
in this step, the digital twin substation may be divided into a plurality of grid regions in advance, each substation device in the substation may have a corresponding digital twin device in the digital twin substation, the grid region where the digital twin device is located in the digital twin substation is the grid region where the corresponding substation device is located in the digital twin substation, and each grid region corresponds to a user terminal, and is mainly used for taking corresponding processing measures when the substation device corresponding to the grid region is in an abnormal working state. Specifically, when the substation equipment is identified to be in the abnormal working state, the grid area corresponding to the substation equipment in the digital twin substation can be searched and determined according to the equipment identification number corresponding to the substation equipment, and the grid area corresponding to the substation equipment in the digital twin substation can also be determined through an image processing technology. As an example, a mean shift segmentation algorithm may be used to quickly identify a device region under a surveillance video, and effectively locate a grid region where the device is located, and the specific steps may include:
1) let Xi and Di represent the input and output of the feature space, respectively, where i ∈ [1, n]N denotes the total number of pixels of the input image I, and X is initialized by the pixel coordinates and pixels of the imagej k=0
2) The weighted average position is calculated using the iterative calculation formula:

5) Each cluster corresponds to a category label used to label the image.
6) Preliminary optimization of the regionSmall Area set as AreaTHThen the region is merged into the most similar neighborhood. And (4) finishing all the processes to obtain the segmentation result of the mean shift algorithm. And determining the grid area where the equipment is located by segmenting the equipment outline.
For the division of the mesh region, in some embodiments, before step S103, the mesh region may be divided by the following steps, specifically including:
dividing a power supply area corresponding to the digital twin transformer substation into a plurality of plots; generating a plurality of initial grid area division schemes based on a plurality of plots and according to the grid number upper limit value determined by the number of the plots; evaluating according to a preset dividing target to obtain an evaluation result corresponding to each initial grid area dividing scheme; determining a target grid area division scheme according to the evaluation result corresponding to each initial grid area division scheme; and dividing a power supply area corresponding to the digital twin substation into a plurality of grid areas by using a target grid area division scheme.
In this embodiment, the power supply area corresponding to the digital twin substation may be divided into a plurality of plots and each plot may be numbered according to a set size, basic attributes of all plots, feeders, distribution transformers, and tie lines in the power supply area may be counted, and then a plurality of initial grid area division schemes may be generated based on the plurality of plots and according to an upper limit of a grid number determined by the number of the plots, that is, an upper limit of the grid number (an upper limit of the grid number) may be set according to the total number of the divided plots, a certain number of initial grid area division schemes may be generated based on the plurality of plots and according to the upper limit of the grid number, and thus, for example, a preset division target may be further generated based on the counted plots, a preset division target may be further generated based on the number of cross-grid lines as small as possible, the present tie lines as possible in the same grid, and the line distribution transformers as possible in the same grid as the grid area, according to the preset division target, And evaluating the basic attributes of the feeder line, the distribution transformer and the tie line to obtain an evaluation result corresponding to each initial grid area division scheme, further determining a target grid area division scheme according to the quality of the evaluation result, further iteratively updating the grid area division scheme, finally finding the optimal grid area division scheme as the target grid area division scheme, and dividing a plurality of grid areas in the power supply area corresponding to the digital twin substation according to the optimal grid area division scheme after the target grid area division scheme is obtained. By the scheme of the embodiment, grid areas which are convenient for each user to manage related substation equipment and to process abnormal states in time can be reasonably divided.
And step S104, sending the information representing that the substation equipment is in the abnormal working state to a user terminal corresponding to the grid area, and presenting the state indicator lamp of the grid area corresponding to the substation equipment in the digital twin substation in a prompt effect corresponding to the abnormal working state.
The method mainly comprises the steps that when the transformer substation equipment is in an abnormal working state, on one hand, information representing that the transformer substation equipment is in the abnormal working state is sent to a user terminal corresponding to a grid area so as to inform and remind the user terminal to take corresponding processing measures in time, and on the other hand, a state indicator lamp of the grid area corresponding to the transformer substation equipment is presented in the digital twin transformer substation in a prompt effect corresponding to the abnormal working state so as to visually present the abnormal working state of the transformer substation equipment to relevant users.
In some embodiments, the abnormal operating condition may include a test condition, a service condition, or a fault condition.
Based on this, further, the presenting, in the digital twin substation in step S104, the status indicator lamp of the grid area corresponding to the substation device in the prompt effect corresponding to the abnormal operating state specifically includes:
when the abnormal working state is a test state, the state indicator lamp is presented with an orange prompt effect; when the abnormal working state is the maintenance state, the state indicator lamp is presented with a yellow prompt effect; and when the abnormal working state is a fault state, the state indicator lamp is presented with a red prompt effect. If the condition that the substation equipment is in the test condition is monitored, the condition indicator lamp of the corresponding grid area is in an orange color in the digital twin substation, and if the equipment is in the overhaul condition, the condition indicator lamp is in a yellow color; if the device is in a fault state, the status indicator light is made to appear red. Further, if the device is in a normal state, the status indicator light may be rendered green.
In some embodiments, an edge marking line is also preset on the edge of the digital twin device corresponding to the substation device in the digital twin substation, and the initial identification state of the edge marking line may be transparent; the above method may further comprise the steps of:
and if the substation equipment is in the abnormal working state, changing the edge marking line into a target identification state corresponding to the abnormal working state in the digital twin substation.
In this embodiment, the edge of the digital twin device corresponding to the substation device in the digital twin substation may be subjected to special boundary processing in advance, an edge marker line is preset at the edge, and the initial identifier state is set to be invisible and transparent, so that the presentation of other information in the digital twin substation is not affected in the initial state. When the abnormal working state of the substation equipment is detected, the edge marking line is changed into the target identification state corresponding to the abnormal working state in the digital twin substation, for example, the transparency can be changed into visible colors such as orange, yellow or red (corresponding to the target identification state), the specific colors and the corresponding relationship between the specific colors and the abnormal working state can be set according to the actual situation, the specific colors and the corresponding relationship between the specific colors and the abnormal working state can also be set in the same way by referring to the state indicator lamps in the grid area, and the edge marking line can be changed into the transparency after the substation equipment returns to the normal working state. According to the scheme of the embodiment, the abnormal working state of the substation equipment can be further visually presented in the digital twin substation by means of the edge of the corresponding digital twin equipment.
In addition, edge identification specialization processing can be carried out on the substation equipment in the monitoring image. Specifically, for boundary processing, the edge can be found by performing gray difference on pixel points in a monitored image through a Prewitt operator by using a 3 × 3 template, the gray value of the pixel mainly aims at the upper, lower, left and right adjacent points of the pixel, and then the gray difference is added, so that the noise can be smoother to a certain extent, the edge of the substation equipment is completely extracted from the monitored image, and a transparent sign line is arranged on the edge of the substation equipment in the monitored image, and the actual steps can sequentially include: inputting a monitoring image; preprocessing Gaussian filtering; adding templates in 45-degree and 135-degree directions on the basis of the Prewitt operator; OTSU Dajin obtains dynamic threshold; and extracting the edge of the image according to the acquired threshold value, and setting an invisible transparent sign line at the edge of the equipment. Therefore, the effect of performing edge identification specialization processing on the substation equipment in the monitoring image is achieved.
According to the method for displaying the state of the substation equipment based on the digital twin substation, the monitoring image obtained by monitoring the substation equipment in the substation is obtained, whether the substation equipment is in the abnormal working state or not is identified according to the monitoring image, if the substation equipment is in the abnormal working state, the grid area corresponding to the substation equipment in the digital twin substation is determined, information representing that the substation equipment is in the abnormal working state is sent to the user terminal corresponding to the grid area, and the state indicator lamp of the grid area corresponding to the substation equipment is presented in the digital twin substation according to the prompt effect corresponding to the abnormal working state. According to the scheme, digital twin and image monitoring and recognition technologies are combined, when the transformer substation equipment is monitored to be in an abnormal working state, information representing that the equipment is in the abnormal state is sent to the user terminal corresponding to the grid area of the digital twin transformer substation, so that abnormal state warning information is accurately transmitted to the corresponding user terminal in time to inform a user of taking corresponding processing measures in time, the state indicating lamp of the grid area corresponding to the equipment is presented in the digital twin transformer substation in a prompt effect corresponding to the abnormal state, and information such as the abnormal state of the equipment and the area where the equipment is located is visually transmitted to the user in the digital twin transformer substation.
