Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic commerce, in particular to a method and a system for collecting and summarizing electronic commerce information.
Background
Electronic commerce is a business activity centered on commodity exchange by means of information network technology. "electronic commerce" is a technology, which is a means, and "commerce" is the most core purpose, and all means are generated for achieving the purpose. The e-businessmen are people who use modern information technologies such as computer technology and network technology to perform related work. After the information collection process of the electronic commerce, the information is directly input into the database, the collected information is often not sorted, a large amount of time is undoubtedly spent on subsequent inquiry, and meanwhile, after the information collection is finished, the information is not processed, so that the false information which is easily collected is undoubtedly confused, and therefore, the method for collecting and summarizing the electronic commerce information is provided for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method and a system for collecting and summarizing electronic commerce information.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a method for collecting and summarizing e-commerce information, comprising the following steps:
step S1, confirming the target needing information collection;
step S2, collecting the confirmed target information;
step S3, screening the collected information according to the basic requirement of the electronic commerce information;
step S4, sorting the screened information;
step S5, the sorted information is processed to obtain final information; and
and step S6, recording the final information into an information base.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides an e-commerce information collecting and summarizing system, including:
the collecting terminal is used for collecting the confirmed target information; and
the data server is electrically connected with the collection terminal and stores an information base;
the data server receives the collected information, screens, sorts and processes the collected information according to the basic requirements of the e-commerce information, and then records the final information into the information base
The method and the system for collecting and summarizing the electronic commerce information have the advantages that when the method and the system are used, after the definite target information is collected in a series of modes, the collected information is screened according to some basic requirements, the screened information is sorted, and the information with different characteristic types is classified, so that the follow-up query is facilitated, and the convenience is further provided for the follow-up operation; when the invention is used, the real valuable information is obtained by a processing mode of comparing the information origin and the release time, and the damage of false information and outdated information scattered by competitors to the self can be effectively avoided.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of electronic commerce information collection and aggregation of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a functional block diagram of the electronic commerce information collection and aggregation system of the present invention.
Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for collecting and summarizing e-commerce information, including the following steps:
step S1, confirming the target needing information collection;
step S2, collecting the confirmed target information, generally adopting news groups, mail lists and search engines to collect information, wherein the news groups are communication networks formed by some network users having common hobbies for exchanging information, the information is actually the mails aiming at the network users and posted by a certain subject to a news server, the mails are classified according to different subjects, and each mail is classified into a subject group, generally called a news group; the mail list is a set of e-mail addresses established on the internet or a newsgroup network system, and by using the set of e-mail addresses, a user of the mail list can conveniently send the existing related information to the mailboxes of all subscribers by using mail list software; the search engine is Google, Google adopts a new generation of search technology, the technology can objectively evaluate the importance of the web page by calculating an equation composed of more than 50000 ten thousand variables and 20 hundred million words, after the overall importance is comprehensively considered, Google can put the most relevant and reliable search result at the head, more information for confirming the target can be collected by the aid of the search engine, and the openness of the mail list is divided into the following three types: the mail system comprises an open mail list, a closed mail list and a managed mail list, wherein the open mail list is a mail list which can be freely added or subscribed by any interested user, the closed mail list is not open to the public, only members in the mail list can issue mails, and the managed mail list is only mails approved by a mail list manager.
S3, screening the collected information according to the basic requirements of the e-commerce information, wherein the basic requirements in step 3 are respectively timely, accurate and moderate, wherein the timely is the latest dynamics in all aspects of the development of the sales market rapidly and sensitively, and as the identification, recording and transmission feedback of the information all need to take a certain time, a time lag generally exists between the information flow and the logistics, and the information flow lags behind the logistics as little as possible, thereby improving the timeliness; the accurate information means that the information really reflects objective reality and has small distortion, in network marketing, the accuracy of the information is particularly important because buyers and sellers do not directly meet the information, the accurate information can lead to correct market decision, and the information distortion delays business opportunities and causes loss; moderate refers to the pertinence and the purpose of providing information, and can filter out some outdated information and can not be used as information through setting.
Step S4, sorting the screened information, wherein the sorting step is divided into clear information sources, browsing information and classification, when the clear information sources refer to downloaded information in step S4, websites are not accurately recorded due to various reasons, whether files downloaded at the same time or with close domain names exist in the files downloaded before and after the time should be checked, then the close domain names of the files are used as the information sources of the original files, and if the files without the close domain names exist, the downloaded sites should be recalled as much as possible so that the files have chances to be inquired again later; the browsing information is files from the internet, and due to time limitation, file names provided by an original website are generally used, the file names are composed of numbers or letters and are inconvenient to use, so that after the files are downloaded, the files need to be browsed once, and the file names are added; the classification is to classify various information only, to clarify the defined class characteristics, to classify the information with the same characteristics into one class, and to further sort the information for subsequent use in addition to the classification.
Step S5, the information is processed because the information obtained from the network is sometimes contradictory, and there are some false information that may be scattered by the opponent to confuse the competitor, and this kind of information needs to be processed manually: the processing mode is to compare the origin, the release time and the like of the information, if the origin and the time are basically the same, the information is compared by referring to other information, and finally the real valuable information is obtained, and the final valuable information is obtained through the setting.
And step S6, recording the final information into an information base, specifically, recording the information subjected to a series of screening and processing into the information base in batches so as to be convenient for subsequent inquiry and use.
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment further provides an electronic commerce information collecting and summarizing system, including: at least one collecting terminal for collecting the confirmed target information; the data server is electrically connected with the collection terminal and stores the information base; the data server receives the collected information, screens, sorts and processes the collected information according to the basic requirements of the e-commerce information, and then records the final information into the information base
The collection terminal performs the method of step S2; and the data server performs the methods of steps S3 through S6.
Fig. 2 is a block schematic diagram of a data server. The data server may include a memory, a processor, and a communication module. The memory, the processor and the communication module are electrically connected with each other directly or indirectly to realize the data transmission or interaction. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines.
