and removing the target exemption account from the list of the annual fee to be collected and the list of the management fee of the small amount account to be collected.
For example, the target exemption account is an identified unique account, and after the execution subject identifies the unique account, the execution subject may execute to remove the identified unique account from the list of annual fees to be collected and the list of small accounts management fees to be collected so as to avoid excessive collection and avoid repeated collection.
Specifically, after the deduction processing is performed on the fee of the target deduction account, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a timestamp of a contract snapshot table of the current day of the business processing request; screening and obtaining all private deposit debit card accounts under the clients with account change on the same day and the client names according to the timestamps; removing accounts which do not accord with the unique account system from all the accounts of the private deposit debit card, and further obtaining a unique account list; and according to the unique account list, removing the corresponding unique account from the annual fee list to be collected and the small amount account management fee list to be collected, and marking an annual fee reduction identifier and a small amount fee reduction identifier for the corresponding unique account.
For example, when 27 numbers (28 charge for debit card annual fee) and the last 20 numbers (21 charge for small account management fee) in each month and the next day needs to be charged and the account is changed under the name of the client on the day, the secondary real-time recheck is carried out at the charging time, so that the situation of multiple wrong charges caused by time-dependent delay is ensured not to occur. Screening out clients with account change on the current day according to the timestamp of the contract snapshot table on the current day of the business processing request, and screening out all accounts of the private deposit debit card under the name of the clients; and according to the screening file, removing accounts which are not included in the unique account system, screening out the unique accounts under the client name, and forming a unique account list. And according to the unique account list, removing the unique account from the annual fee list to be collected and the small account management fee list to be collected. And the unique account is marked with a yearly fee deduction identification and a small fee deduction identification.
In the embodiment, by receiving a service processing request, a corresponding account is determined and a corresponding account number change identifier is acquired, so that the type of the account number change identifier is identified; calling a preset unique account exclusion model to judge whether the account conforms to a unique account system, and if not, returning an identification which does not need to be processed; if yes, determining other accounts corresponding to the account, further judging whether the account in the other accounts conforms to the unique account system, and if not, determining a target exemption account according to the category; if yes, determining the number of the exempted accounts in other accounts according with the unique account system, and determining a target exempted account according to the number and the type of the exempted accounts; and executing the business processing request to carry out the deduction processing on the cost of the target deduction account. By correspondingly executing the corresponding active charge-free strategy according to the change scene of the private account, namely the type of the change identifier of the account number (the account number is increased or decreased), whether the private account is brought into a unique account system or not and whether the exempted account exists in other accounts, the goal of determining the target exempted account according to the business scene, and the account management fee and the annual fee of the active exempted target exempted account (also the unique account) are realized, so that the extra charge of the customer fee is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic main flow diagram of a service processing method according to a second embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the service processing method includes:
step S201, receiving a service processing request, determining a corresponding account and obtaining a corresponding account number change identifier, thereby identifying a type of the account number change identifier.
Step S202, a preset unique account exclusion model is called to judge whether the account conforms to a unique account system.
And step S203, if not, returning the mark which does not need to be processed.
And step S204, if yes, other accounts corresponding to the account are determined.
Step S205, judging whether the account exists in other accounts and accords with the unique account system.
In step S206, if not, in response to determining that the category is account number increase, determining that the account is a target exempt account.
As shown in fig. 3, in the other accounts under the client name to which the execution subject determines that the currently changed account conforms to the unique account hierarchy and the currently changed account belongs, no account conforms to the unique account hierarchy exists, and when it is determined that the number of accounts increases, the currently changed account is determined to be the target exempt account, i.e., the unique account.
Or executing step S207, if otherwise, in response to determining that the category is account number decrease, determining that the target exemption account is null, and returning an identification that the processing is not required.
As shown in fig. 4, when the execution subject determines that the currently changed account conforms to the unique account system and that no account exists in the other accounts under the client name to which the currently changed account belongs, and when it is determined that the number of accounts is decreased, it is determined that no account is currently a target reduced account and the target reduced account is null (e.g., null), no processing is required for the currently changed account, and an no-processing identification (e.g., null) is returned.
And step S208, if yes, determining the number of the exempted accounts in the other accounts which accord with the unique account system.
Step S209, in response to determining that the category is account number increase and the number of the exempted accounts is 0, returning to the exempted account selection prompt information, receiving the selected exempted account information, and further determining the account corresponding to the exempted account information as the target exempted account. Or the execution of the step S210 is performed,
step S210, in response to determining that the category is account number increase and the number of the exempted accounts is greater than 0, determining that the target exempted account is null, and returning an identification that no processing is required.
As shown in fig. 3, the executing entity may first determine a private account change scenario corresponding to the service processing request. For example, a single account opening scene for a private deposit and a debit card, a batch account opening scene for a private deposit and a debit card, a normal sleep/business out-of-business turn scene, and a card refilling scene for a bank card (wherein a new card belongs to a unique account system, and an old card does not belong to the unique account system), which correspond to the category of the account number increase. After judging that the current changed account conforms to the unique account system, the executive main body can acquire other accounts under the client name and judge whether the other accounts under the client name conform to the unique account system, if not, the client information component returns a deduction mark (for example, M-deduction), and the executive main body adds the deduction mark to the current changed account based on the returned information; if yes, further judging whether other accounts under the name of the client have the exempted account, if yes (namely the number of the exempted accounts is more than 0), returning an un-processing identifier (null for example), and if not (namely the number of the exempted accounts is 0), returning prompt information by the client information component to prompt the client to select one account from the accounts which accord with the unique account system of the other accounts as a target exempted account, receiving selection information of the client for the account, and determining the target exempted account according to the selection information. The target exemption account is the only account identified.
As shown in fig. 3, after the execution principal identifies the unique account, the small charge exemption identifier and the annual charge exemption identifier are added to the unique account, and the execution principal can execute a two-charge maintenance process for the private account (i.e., for the private deposit small charge and the debit card annual charge). Specifically, when the executing agent recognizes that the customer information component returns M-exemption, the private deposit of the target exemption account (i.e. the unique account) is maintained for a small charge exemption identifier, and the debit card is maintained for an annual charge exemption identifier. When the execution subject recognizes that the client information component returns the identity which does not need to be processed, the target exemption account does not need to be processed. When the execution main body identifies that the client information component returns the prompt information, the execution prompt teller node is used for reducing the linkage cost, and the batch account opening service is not processed. When the executing agent detects that the current changed account does not conform to the unique account system, the target exemption account does not need to be processed.
The account opening business linkage exemption rule is as follows: if no other account exists under the name of the customer, the system automatically sets the newly opened account as free. (including batch account opening); and (3) if a plurality of non-free accounts exist under the name of the client, linking to a private account cost maintenance transaction display account list, and asking the client to select one of the accounts for free. (excluding batch account opening); if the customer has other free accounts under the name, the customer does not need to process the free service of the unique account. (including batch account opening).
Normal sleep and normal business (accounts refer to the only account system): when the user is not moved to normal, if no other account exists under the name of the user, the system automatically sets the account which is not transferred to normal as free; when the user is not moved to normal, if an exempted normal account exists under the name of the user, the processing of a free service of the only account is not needed; when the user is not moved to normal, if no other account is left under the name of the client, the teller is prompted to ask the client to select one account for exemption.
Step S211, executing the service processing request to perform the exemption processing on the charge of the target exemption account.
The method comprises the steps of determining a corresponding account and acquiring a corresponding account quantity change identifier by receiving a service processing request; judging whether the account is brought into the unique account system or not according to a preset unique account exclusion method, and if not, returning to the system without processing; if so, determining other accounts corresponding to the account, further judging whether the other accounts are accounts which are brought into the unique account system, if not, judging whether the account quantity change identifier corresponds to the increase of the account quantity or the decrease of the account quantity, and if the corresponding account quantity is increased, marking the account with the exemption identifier; if the number of the corresponding accounts is reduced, returning to the step without processing; if yes, judging whether accounts which are brought into the unique account system in other accounts are marked with the deduction identification, if yes, returning to the account without processing, otherwise, returning to deduction account selection prompt information when the account quantity change identification corresponds to the fact that the account quantity is increased, judging whether the accounts which are brought into the unique account system in other accounts are unique when the account quantity change identification corresponds to the fact that the account quantity is decreased, if yes, marking the deduction identification for the accounts which are brought into the unique account system in the other accounts, and otherwise, returning to the deduction account selection prompt information. The method for automatically reducing the full-scene coverage of the account fee, the method for identifying the unique account identification system, the method for protecting the maintenance of the reducing mark of the unique account, and the method for protecting the account management fee and the annual fee collection time point to carry out secondary real-time rechecking are provided, and the account management fee and the annual fee of the unique account can be actively reduced according to the service scene. According to the method and the device, the account management fee and the annual fee of the unique account can be actively exempted from being charged according to various service scenes through the unique account identification system.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of main units of a service processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the service processing apparatus includes a receiving unit 501, a first judging unit 502, a second judging unit 503, a target exempted account determining unit 504, and an executing unit 505.
A receiving unit 501, configured to receive a service processing request, determine a corresponding account and obtain a corresponding account number change identifier, thereby identifying a category of the account number change identifier;
a first determining unit 502, configured to invoke a preset unique account exclusion model to determine whether an account conforms to a unique account system, and if not, return an identity that does not need to be processed;
a second determining unit 503, configured to determine, if yes, other accounts corresponding to the account, and further determine whether the account exists in the other accounts and conforms to the unique account system, and if not, determine the target exemption account according to the category;
a target exemption account determination unit 504 configured to determine, if yes, the number of exempted accounts in other accounts that conform to the unique account hierarchy, and determine a target exemption account according to the number and category of the exempted accounts;
and an execution unit 505 configured to execute the service processing request to reduce the charge of the target reduced account.
In some embodiments, the second determining unit 503 is further configured to: in response to determining that the category is an increase in the number of accounts, determining the account as a target exempt account.
In some embodiments, the second determining unit 503 is further configured to: and in response to determining that the category is account number reduction, determining that the target exemption account is null, and returning the identity without processing.
In some embodiments, the target deductive account determination unit 504 is further configured to: in response to the fact that the determined type is that the account number is increased and the number of the exempted accounts is 0, returning to exempt account selection prompt information, receiving selected exempt account information, and determining the accounts corresponding to the exempt account information as target exempt accounts; and in response to determining that the category is account number increase and the number of the deductive accounts is greater than 0, determining that the target deductive account is null, and returning the identity of no processing.
In some embodiments, the target deductive account determination unit 504 is further configured to: in response to the fact that the determined type is that the account number is reduced and the number of the exempted accounts is 0, judging whether the accounts of the other accounts, which are brought into the unique account system, are unique, and if so, determining the accounts of the unique account system, which are brought into the unique account system, of the other accounts as target exempted accounts; if not, returning the deduction account selection prompt information, receiving the selected deduction account information, and determining the account corresponding to the deduction account information as a target deduction account; in response to determining that the category is account number decreasing and the number of exempt accounts is greater than 0, determining that the target exempt account is null, returning an identity of no need to process.
In some embodiments, the service processing apparatus further comprises an updating unit, not shown in fig. 5, configured to: and setting a deduction mark for the target deduction account and updating the deduction mark at regular time.
In some embodiments, the execution unit 505 is further configured to: and removing the target exemption account from the list of the annual fee to be collected and the list of the management fee of the small amount account to be collected.
In some embodiments, the service processing apparatus further includes a real-time review unit, not shown in fig. 5, configured to: acquiring a timestamp of a contract snapshot table of the current day of the business processing request; screening and obtaining all private deposit debit card accounts under the clients with account change on the same day and the client names according to the timestamps; removing accounts which do not accord with the unique account system from all the accounts of the private deposit debit card, and further obtaining a unique account list; and according to the unique account list, removing the corresponding unique account from the annual fee list to be collected and the small amount account management fee list to be collected, and marking an annual fee reduction identifier and a small amount fee reduction identifier for the corresponding unique account.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the service processing method and the service processing apparatus have corresponding relation in the specific implementation content, so the repeated content is not described again.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary system architecture 600 to which the service processing method or the service processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application can be applied.
As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture 600 may include terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604, and a server 605. The network 604 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. Network 604 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 to interact with the server 605 via the network 604 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as shopping applications, web browser applications, search applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be various electronic devices having a business process screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 605 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for business processing requests submitted by users using the terminal devices 601, 602, 603. The background management server can receive the service processing request, determine the corresponding account and acquire the corresponding account quantity change identifier, and further identify the type of the account quantity change identifier; calling a preset unique account exclusion model to judge whether the account conforms to a unique account system, and if not, returning an identification which does not need to be processed; if yes, determining other accounts corresponding to the account, further judging whether the account in the other accounts conforms to the unique account system, and if not, determining a target exemption account according to the category; if yes, determining the number of the exempted accounts in other accounts according with the unique account system, and determining a target exempted account according to the number and the type of the exempted accounts; and executing the business processing request to carry out the deduction processing on the cost of the target deduction account. It should be noted that the service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is generally executed by the server 605, and accordingly, the service processing apparatus is generally disposed in the server 605.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use in implementing a terminal device of an embodiment of the present application. The terminal device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer system 700 are also stored. The CPU701, the ROM702, and the RAM703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a liquid crystal credit authorization query processor (LCD), and the like, and a speaker and the like; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments disclosed herein, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments disclosed herein include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present application when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may include, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs, and when the one or more programs are executed by one device, the device receives a service processing request, determines a corresponding account and acquires a corresponding account number change identifier, so as to identify the category of the account number change identifier; calling a preset unique account exclusion model to judge whether the account conforms to a unique account system, and if not, returning an identification which does not need to be processed; if yes, determining other accounts corresponding to the account, further judging whether the account in the other accounts conforms to the unique account system, and if not, determining a target exemption account according to the category; if yes, determining the number of the exempted accounts in other accounts according with the unique account system, and determining a target exempted account according to the number and the type of the exempted accounts; and executing the business processing request to carry out the deduction processing on the cost of the target deduction account.
The computer program product of the present application includes a computer program, and the computer program realizes the service processing method in the embodiment of the present application when being executed by a processor.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the corresponding active charge-free strategy is correspondingly executed according to the change scene of the private account, namely the type of the change identifier of the account number (the account number is increased or decreased), whether the account is brought into a unique account system or not and whether the exempted account exists in other accounts or not, so that the target exempted account can be determined according to the service scene, the account management fee and the annual fee of the target exempted account (also the unique account) are actively exempted, and the extra charge of the customer fee is avoided.

Claims (16)

1. A method for processing a service, comprising:
receiving a service processing request, determining a corresponding account and acquiring a corresponding account quantity change identifier, and further identifying the type of the account quantity change identifier;
calling a preset unique account exclusion model to judge whether the account conforms to a unique account system, and if not, returning an identification which does not need to be processed;
if yes, determining other accounts corresponding to the account, further judging whether the other accounts have accounts conforming to the unique account system, and if not, determining a target exemption account according to the category;
if yes, determining the number of the exempted accounts in other accounts according with the unique account system, and determining a target exempted account according to the number of the exempted accounts and the category;
and executing the business processing request to carry out the deduction processing on the cost of the target deduction account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target exemption account from the category comprises:
in response to determining that the category is an increase in the number of accounts, determining that the account is a target exempt account.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target exemption account from the category comprises:
and in response to determining that the category is account number reduction, determining that the target exemption account is null, and returning an identification without processing.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target deductive account from the amount of deductive accounts and the category comprises:
in response to the fact that the type is determined to be account number increase and the number of the exempted accounts is 0, returning exempted account selection prompt information, receiving selected exempted account information, and determining the accounts corresponding to the exempted account information as target exempted accounts;
and in response to determining that the category is account number increase and the number of the deductive accounts is greater than 0, determining that the target deductive account is null, and returning an identity without processing.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target deductive account from the amount of deductive accounts and the category comprises:
in response to determining that the category is account number reduction and the number of the exempted accounts is 0, determining whether the account included in the unique account system in the other accounts is unique, and if so, determining the account included in the unique account system in the other accounts as a target exempted account; if not, returning the deduction account selection prompt information, receiving the selected deduction account information, and determining the account corresponding to the deduction account information as a target deduction account;
in response to determining that the category is account number decreasing and the number of exempt accounts is greater than 0, determining that the target exempt account is null, returning an identity of no need to process.
6. The method of claims 1-5, further comprising:
and setting a deduction mark for the target deduction account and updating the deduction mark at regular time.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the subjecting the cost of the target deductive account to a deduction process comprises:
and removing the target exemption account from the list of annual fees to be collected and the list of management fees of the small amount account to be collected.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after the subjecting the charge for the target deductive account to a deduction process, the method further comprises:
acquiring a timestamp of a contract snapshot table on the current day of executing the service processing request;
screening and obtaining the clients with account change on the same day and all private deposit debit card accounts under the client name according to the timestamp;
removing accounts which do not conform to the unique account system from all the accounts of the private deposit debit card, and further obtaining a unique account list;
and according to the unique account list, removing the corresponding unique account from the annual fee list to be collected and the small amount account management fee list to be collected, and marking an annual fee reduction identifier and a small amount fee reduction identifier for the corresponding unique account.
9. A traffic processing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is configured to receive a service processing request, determine a corresponding account and acquire a corresponding account quantity change identifier, and further identify the type of the account quantity change identifier;
the first judgment unit is configured to call a preset unique account exclusion model to judge whether the account conforms to a unique account system or not, and if not, returns an identification which does not need to be processed;
the second judgment unit is configured to determine other accounts corresponding to the account if the account is the same as the target exemption account, and further judge whether the account in the other accounts conforms to the unique account system or not, and if the account is not the same as the target exemption account, determine the target exemption account according to the category;
the target deduction account determining unit is configured to determine the amount of the deduction accounts in other accounts according with the unique account system if the target deduction account determining unit is configured to determine the target deduction account according to the amount of the deduction accounts and the category;
an execution unit configured to execute the business processing request to reduce the charge of the target reduced account.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the second determining unit is further configured to:
in response to determining that the category is an increase in the number of accounts, determining that the account is a target exempt account.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the second determining unit is further configured to:
and in response to determining that the category is account number reduction, determining that the target exemption account is null, and returning an identification without processing.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the target exempt account determination unit is further configured to:
in response to the fact that the type is determined to be account number increase and the number of the exempted accounts is 0, returning exempted account selection prompt information, receiving selected exempted account information, and determining the accounts corresponding to the exempted account information as target exempted accounts;
