Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based bill risk transmission quantitative evaluation system is characterized by comprising:
the bill identification module (1), the electrical output end of the bill identification module (1) is connected with a block chain database module (2), and the electrical output end of the block chain database module (2) is respectively connected with a risky bill extraction module (3) and a standard bill extraction module (5);
the risk bill comparison module (4) is connected to the electrical output end of the risk bill extraction module (3);
meticulous comparison module (6), its connection is in the electric output of standard bill extraction module (5), the meticulous electric output who compares module (6) is connected with result judgment module (7), the electric output of result judgment module (7) is connected with conduction risk authentication module (8), the electric output of conduction risk authentication module (8) is connected with risky bill mark module (9).
2. The block chain-based bill risk conduction quantitative evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the bill identification module (1), the block chain database module (2), the risk bill extraction module (3) and the risk bill comparison module (4) are connected in series.

The block chain-based bill risk conduction quantitative evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the bill identification module (1), the block chain database module (2) and the standard bill extraction module (5) are connected in series, and the risk bill extraction module (3) and the standard bill extraction module (5) are connected in parallel.
4. The block chain-based bill risk conduction quantitative evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the fine comparison module (6) is further provided with:
the system comprises an appearance comparison module (11), a recorded matter comparison module (12) and a special seal comparison module (13), which are arranged in the fine comparison module (6).

The block chain-based bill risk conduction quantitative evaluation system according to claim 4, wherein the fine comparison module (6) comprises an appearance comparison module (11), a recorded matter comparison module (12) and a special chapter comparison module (13), and the appearance comparison module (11), the recorded matter comparison module (12) and the special chapter comparison module (13) are connected in parallel.
6. The block chain-based bill risk conduction quantitative evaluation system according to claim 4, wherein the appearance comparison module (11) is further provided with:
purple light lamp module (14), its connection is in the electric input end of module (11) is compared to the outward appearance, purple light lamp module (14), outward appearance are compared module (11) and block chain database module (2) series connection.

9. The block chain-based bill risk conduction quantitative evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the block chain database module (2) is further provided with:

10. The block chain-based bill risk transmission quantitative evaluation method according to claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
s1, storing the data through the block chain database module (2), placing the bill to be evaluated at a designated position, identifying the bill to be evaluated through the bill identification module 1, extracting the risk bill model in the block chain database module (2) in cooperation with the risk bill extraction module (3), comparing the bill to be evaluated with the risk bill model through the risk bill comparison module (4), and directly judging the bill to be a risk bill if the comparison result is consistent;
s2, if the comparison results are inconsistent, extracting a standard bill model from the block chain database module (2) through the standard bill extraction module (5), and comparing the appearance, the recorded matters and the special seal through the fine comparison module (6);
s3, the watermark pattern and the fibers of various colors in the bill can be conveniently reflected through the ultraviolet lamp module (14), and the payment lines of the bill are completely filled through the recorded matter comparison module (12);
s4, the special seal comparison module (13) compares the special seals of the draft of the special bank on the bill;
s5, judging the bill through a result judging module (7) according to the comparison result, when the bill is consistent with the extracted model, indicating that the bill is a qualified bill, and judging the bill which is inconsistent with the extracted model through a conduction risk authentication module (8) to judge the bill as a risk bill;
s6, the risk analysis module (15) analyzes the risk level of the bill according to the comparison judgment made by the fine comparison module (6) and the result judgment module (7);
s7, the risk bill is marked through the conduction risk authentication module (8), the bill information marked as the risk bill is input into the block chain database module (2), the input risk bill is generated into a risk bill model through the risk bill generation module (10), and when the next evaluation meets the bill again, the risk bill can be judged to be the risk bill directly through the generated bill model.
