and step S400, determining the residual service life of the filter screen according to the preset discharge state.
According to the method for determining the service life of the filter screen, the battery is arranged in the filter screen, the discharging circuit of the battery is matched with the running state of the fresh air equipment, the discharging circuit of the battery is determined according to the running state information of the fresh air equipment, the remaining dischargeable duration of the battery is determined according to the discharging state of the battery, the remaining use duration of the filter screen is further determined, the remaining service life of the filter screen can be accurately calculated, the filter screen can be replaced in time, and the running effect of the fresh air equipment is guaranteed.
Fig. 2 is a schematic internal diagram of a fresh air device 500 according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 2, the fresh air device 500 to which the filter screen life determining method of the present disclosure is applied includes: a filter screen 510, an inner unit structure 520, a plurality of discharge circuits 530, and a microcontroller 540. The filter screen 510 is provided with a battery 511 therein, and when the filter screen 510 is installed, the filter screen is connected to the internal unit structure 520, the battery 511 is connected to the discharge circuit 530, and the microcontroller 540 is configured to control at least one of the discharge circuits 530 to be turned on when the fresh air device 500 is in operation.
The discharge resistances of the discharge circuits 530 are not completely the same, and the discharge resistance of each discharge circuit 530 is adapted to an operating state of the fresh air device.
The built-in battery 511 can not only discharge through the discharge circuit 530 to accurately calculate the remaining usage time of the filter screen 510, but also can be used as an anti-counterfeit.
In the operation process of the fresh air equipment 500, the corresponding discharge circuit 530 is determined and communicated through the operation state information of the fresh air equipment 500, so that the battery 511 discharges according to the preset discharge state, the dischargeable time of the battery 511 in the preset discharge state is calculated, the residual service life of the filter screen 510 is determined accordingly, the residual service life of the filter screen 510 can be accurately calculated, the filter screen 510 can be replaced timely, the operation effect of the fresh air equipment 500 is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
In step S100, the operation state information of the fresh air device is obtained, including obtaining wind speed gear information of the fresh air device, that is, obtaining gear information of the fresh air device currently operating, for example, low gear, medium gear, high gear, ultra high gear, and the like, and determining the wind speed information of the fresh air device operating under the current gear information according to the gear information. If the fresh air equipment comprises the purification functions of dust removal and the like, for example, PM2.5 particles in the air can be treated, at the moment, the running state information of the fresh air equipment is obtained, and the purification gear information can also be included, for example, weak gear, medium gear, strong gear, super-strong gear and the like.
In some embodiments, the running state information of the fresh air equipment can be acquired again at preset time intervals, so that the running state change of the fresh air equipment can be found in time, the battery discharge circuit is re-determined according to the changed running state information, the remaining use time of the filter screen is re-determined, the accurate calculation of the service life of the filter screen is guaranteed, the filter screen is replaced in time, and the user experience is improved.
In step S200, a discharge circuit of the battery provided in the filter screen is determined based on the operation state information.
The principle of the disclosure is that a battery is arranged in a filter screen, and different discharge circuits are arranged according to different operation states, so that the discharge time of the battery in each operation state is adapted to the service life of the filter screen, and the remaining service time of the filter screen can be determined according to the remaining discharge time of the battery in the current operation state.
Illustratively, corresponding discharge circuits are arranged for different wind speed gear information of the fresh air equipment. For example, corresponding to a low-gear wind speed gear, a first sub-discharge circuit is arranged; setting a second sub-discharge circuit corresponding to a middle-gear wind speed gear; setting a third sub-discharge circuit corresponding to a high-grade wind speed gear; and a fourth sub-discharge circuit is arranged corresponding to the gear with the ultrahigh wind speed. And the discharge resistance value of each discharge circuit is related to the wind speed corresponding to the corresponding wind speed gear information.
And a discharge circuit corresponding to the information of each purification gear is also arranged on the fresh air equipment with the purification functions of dust removal and the like. For example, a fifth sub-discharge circuit is provided corresponding to a weak gear purification gear; a sixth sub-discharge circuit is arranged corresponding to the middle-gear purification gear; and a seventh sub-discharge circuit is arranged corresponding to the strong gear purification gear, and an eighth sub-discharge circuit is arranged corresponding to the super strong gear purification gear. The discharge resistance value of each discharge circuit is related to the purification intensity corresponding to the corresponding purification gear information.
In the present disclosure, the discharge resistances of the discharge circuits corresponding to different operation state information are the same or different. For example, the discharge resistance of the first sub-discharge circuit is the same as or different from the resistance value of the first sub-purification circuit. The discharge resistance value of each discharge circuit is related to the consumption or usage degree of the filter screen in the corresponding operation state.
Therefore, the discharge circuit of the battery can be determined according to the running state information of the fresh air equipment.
In step S300, the discharging circuit determined in step S200 is connected to discharge the battery according to a preset discharging state, so that the preset discharging state matches with the operation state of the fresh air device.
For example, if the operation state information of the fresh air device is the high-range wind speed range, the battery discharge circuit may be determined as the third sub-discharge circuit in step S200, and the third sub-discharge circuit may be connected in step S300.
If the fresh air equipment comprises a purification function and the purification function is started in the current operation state, the operation state information of the fresh air equipment comprises wind speed gear information and purification gear information. For example, if the operation state information of the fresh air device includes a high-range wind speed gear and a medium-range purification gear, the discharge circuit of the battery is determined to be the third sub-discharge circuit and the sixth sub-discharge circuit in step S200, and then the third sub-discharge circuit and the sixth sub-discharge circuit need to be simultaneously connected in step S300.
In step S400, the remaining usage time of the filter screen is determined according to the discharge state of the discharge circuit connected in step S300.
In the present disclosure, the discharge circuit connected in step S300 is a discharge circuit of the battery in the operation process of the fresh air device, so that the remaining discharge time of the battery in the discharge state can be determined according to the discharge state of the discharge circuit, and further the remaining usage time of the filter screen is determined.
According to the method for determining the service life of the filter screen, the battery discharge circuit of the filter screen can be determined based on the running state of the fresh air equipment, the residual discharge time of the battery is determined according to the battery discharge state, the residual use time of the filter screen is further determined, the running life of the filter screen is monitored in real time, and the filter screen can be replaced in time. For example, an alarm module can be arranged on fresh air equipment such as an air conditioner, and when the residual service life of the filter screen is less than a preset value, an early warning is given out to prompt a user to prepare for replacing the filter screen. For another example, a display module can be arranged on the fresh air device or a mobile phone or other intelligent terminals connected with the fresh air device, so that the remaining service time of the filter screen can be displayed in real time, and the user can check the filter screen conveniently. Illustratively, the running state information, the remaining service life and other information of the filter screen can be checked on the related APP of the mobile phone.
In some embodiments, the discharge duration of the discharge circuit is positively correlated to the usage duration of the filter screen. That is, along with the operation of the fresh air equipment, the filter screen is continuously in use, and the battery of the filter screen discharges in real time according to the discharge circuit corresponding to the operation state information, so that the use duration of the filter screen is positively correlated with the discharge duration of the connected discharge circuit. That is, the remaining dischargeable period of time of the battery in the discharge state of the connected discharge circuit is positively correlated with the remaining use period of time of the filter screen.
For example, the remaining usage time of the filter screen and the remaining discharge time of the battery may be equal to each other or may be set in a multiple relationship.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of an implementation of step S400, and referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, determining the remaining usage time of the filter screen according to the preset discharge state includes:
step S410, acquiring the residual voltage of the battery;
step S420, determining the remaining service life of the filter screen according to the remaining voltage of the battery and the discharge parameter of the discharge circuit.
In this disclosure, along with the operation of new trend equipment, the battery of filter screen passes through the continuation of discharge circuit, discharges steadily, and battery voltage reduces gradually, and the surplus length of use of filter screen reduces gradually. The service life of the filter screen is adapted to the discharge life of the battery, so that the residual service life of the filter screen can be determined according to the residual discharge time of the battery in the current discharge state.
The residual voltage of the battery is obtained, and the residual discharge time of the battery under the current discharge circuit can be determined according to the residual voltage of the battery and the discharge parameters of the discharge circuit, so that the residual use time of the filter screen is determined. The discharge parameters of the discharge circuit comprise a discharge resistance of the discharge circuit.
In some embodiments, the fresh air device does not include a purification function such as dust removal or the like, or when the purification function is not turned on, the operation state information thereof includes only wind speed gear information.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an implementation of step S200 in an exemplary embodiment, in this embodiment, determining a discharge circuit of a battery disposed in a filter screen according to the operation state information includes:
step S210, determining a first discharging circuit according to a preset wind speed gear of the wind speed gear information.
The first discharging circuit comprises a first discharging resistor, and the first discharging resistor is positively correlated with the wind speed corresponding to the preset wind speed gear.
In this embodiment, the fresh air device operates at a preset wind speed gear, that is, the wind speed passing through the filter screen is the wind speed at the preset wind speed gear; at the same time, the battery is discharged through the first discharge circuit. The higher the wind speed at the preset wind speed gear is, the higher the efficiency of air passing through the filter screen is, the larger the consumption of the filter screen is, and the higher the discharge efficiency of the first discharge circuit is, so that the larger the resistance of the first discharge resistor is, and the positive correlation between the discharge time of the battery and the use time of the filter screen is ensured.
In some embodiments, the fresh air device starts a purification function such as dust removal, and at this time, the operation state information of the fresh air device further includes purification gear information. That is to say, new trend equipment is in operation, has opened the wind speed gear simultaneously and has purified the gear. At this time, the battery is discharged according to the wind speed gear information and the purification gear information at the same time.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating the implementation of step S200 when the purge function is turned on according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the determining a discharge circuit of a battery disposed in a filter screen according to the operation state information includes:
step S210, determining a first discharging circuit according to a preset wind speed gear of the wind speed gear information;
and step S220, determining a second discharging circuit according to the preset purification gear of the purification gear information.
As described above, the first discharge circuit includes the first discharge resistor, and the first discharge resistor is positively correlated with the wind speed corresponding to the preset wind speed gear; suitably, the second discharge circuit includes a second discharge resistor, and the second discharge resistor is positively correlated with the purge index of the preset purge step.
In the present disclosure, the first discharge circuit and the second discharge circuit do not interfere with each other, and their determination standards are different, but discharge may be performed simultaneously. For example, the first sub-discharge circuit may be determined as the first discharge circuit when the low-gear wind speed gear is turned on; and simultaneously, starting the super-strong purification gear, and determining the eighth sub-discharge circuit as the second discharge circuit. For another example, the ultrahigh wind speed gear may be turned on, the fourth sub-discharge circuit may be determined as the first discharge circuit, and the middle gear purge gear may be turned on, and the sixth sub-discharge circuit may be determined as the second discharge circuit.
The fresh air equipment is started, when the fresh air equipment runs under a preset wind speed gear, if the purification function is started, the air is purified at a preset purification gear, for example, strong gear purification is started, and at the moment, the second discharge circuit is a seventh sub-discharge circuit. The purification index of the preset purification gear is higher, the purification effect of the fresh air equipment is better, the consumption of the filter screen is higher, the discharge demand of the battery is higher, and therefore the second discharge resistance in the second discharge circuit is positively correlated with the purification index of the preset purification gear.
And the selection of the purification gear during the operation of the fresh air equipment can be determined according to the air index of the environment where the fresh air equipment is located. For example, the worse the air quality, the higher the purge index corresponding to the preset purge gear that needs to be turned on. For example, taking PM2.5 as an example, if the higher the air index of the mark PM2.5, the worse the air quality is, the higher the air purification requirement is, and at this time, it is necessary to start a strong gear purification gear, even a strong gear purification gear. Correspondingly, the higher the discharge resistance value of the second discharge circuit is required.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an implementation of step S220 in an embodiment, and referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, determining the second discharging circuit according to the preset purge step of the purge step information includes:
step S221, obtaining an ambient air index;
step S222, determining a preset purification gear of purification gear information according to the ambient air index;
and step S223, determining a second discharge circuit according to the preset purification gear.
In an exemplary embodiment, the ambient air index may also include ambient air humidity and the purging function includes dehumidification. The higher the ambient air humidity is, the greater the demand for the dehumidification degree is, and the higher the predetermined purification gear is determined at this time, and the higher the second discharge resistance corresponding to the second discharge circuit is determined.
In some embodiments, when the fresh air device starts the purification function, determining the remaining service life of the filter screen according to the remaining voltage of the battery and the discharge parameter of the discharge circuit, includes:
and determining the residual service life of the filter screen according to the residual voltage of the battery, the discharge parameters of the first discharge circuit and the discharge parameters of the second discharge circuit.
Illustratively, the remaining discharge time of the battery in the current operation state is determined according to the remaining voltage of the battery, the first discharge resistor and the second discharge resistor, and then the remaining use time of the filter screen is determined.
According to the method for determining the service life of the filter screen, the corresponding discharge circuits are respectively determined according to the wind speed gear information and the purification gear information of the fresh air equipment, so that the batteries in the filter screen are controlled to be correspondingly discharged; according to the discharge state of battery, confirm that the surplus of battery is long when discharging, and then confirm that the surplus of filter screen is long when available, the user of being convenient for in time changes the filter screen, guarantees the performance of new trend equipment, promotes user experience.
The embodiment of the disclosure further provides a device for determining the service life of the filter screen, which is applied to the fresh air equipment, so that a user can replace the filter screen of the fresh air equipment in time. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the filter screen life determining apparatus 600, and referring to fig. 7, the filter screen life determining apparatus 600 includes: an acquisition module 610, a first determination module 620, a discharge module 630, and a second determination module 640. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,

According to the device for determining the service life of the filter screen, the first determining module 620 determines the discharging circuit of the battery of the filter screen according to the running state information of the fresh air equipment acquired by the acquiring module 610, and the discharging module 630 is used for communicating the corresponding discharging circuit according to the determination result of the first determining module 620, so that the battery is discharged according to the preset discharging state; the second determining module 640 determines the remaining discharging time of the battery according to the discharging state of the battery, and further determines the remaining service life of the filter screen.
Through set up the battery in the filter screen to with the discharge circuit of battery and the consumption condition of filter screen under different running state be correlated with, thereby utilize the battery available length of time to confirm that the surplus of filter screen is used for long, can effectively accurately monitor the life of filter screen, so that the user in time changes the filter screen, improves user experience.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the discharge duration of the discharge circuit is positively correlated to the usage duration of the filter screen. Along with the operation of new trend equipment, the filter screen lasts in the use, and the battery of filter screen discharges according to the discharge circuit who corresponds with running state information in real time, therefore, the length of time of use of filter screen and the length of time positive correlation of discharging of the discharge circuit who communicates.
