For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements explicitly listed, but may include other steps or elements not explicitly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with specific examples. Several of the following embodiments may be combined with each other and some details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
In the background art, historical document data is stored in a warehousing management system, and the following methods are mainly used for directly providing the historical document data by the warehousing management system according to needs:
1) historical document data within preset time, such as within 3 months, is stored in the warehousing management system, and when a request of the historical document data is received, the historical document data is directly provided;
2) storing historical document data which exceeds the preset time of the warehousing management system but does not exceed the preset time (such as 3-6 months) of the report library in a set report library, and when the historical document data are provided, querying the historical document data from the report library by adopting a Structured Query Language (SQL) instruction, inserting the query data into the production library system, and providing the historical document data after the historical document data are called from the production library system by the warehousing management system, wherein the providing difficulty is increased and the time is long;
3) historical document data in the report library within the preset time is stored in a large database of an enterprise manufacturer side, is inquired from the large database by adopting an SQL instruction and is inserted into a production library system, and is provided after being called from the production library system by a storage management system, so that the providing difficulty is higher, and the time consumption is longer.
It can be seen that when providing historical document data involved in the transaction process of the article, the data need to be implemented by the warehousing management system and have the limitation of time period, and when the time period is exceeded, the data need to be implemented by complex processes.
Specifically, when providing the historical document data related to the item transaction process, the warehousing management system needs to implement the historical document data and has a time period limitation, and when the time period is exceeded, a complex flow is needed to implement the historical document data, so that the historical document data cannot be provided in time, and the reason why the flow for providing the historical document data is complex is that: the warehousing management system only stores the historical document data within the preset time, the historical document data exceeding the preset time but not exceeding the preset time of the report library are stored in the report library, all the historical document data are stored in the large database, the report library is accessed, and particularly when the large database is used, due to the fact that the storage data size is large, a large amount of time and resources are consumed when the historical document data in the process of being inquired and called, and the method is achieved through an SQL inquiry mode. That is, the warehousing management system stores only part of the historical document data, and more historical document data is stored in the SQL-based database, so there is a problem of providing difficulty in querying the historical document data. Furthermore, the warehousing management system does not support batch supply and only can supply single documents when providing historical document data. When the warehousing management system provides the historical document data, various historical document data requirements are not uniform, the operation difficulty is high for operators operating the warehousing system, and the historical document data may be missed in a large database, so that the historical document data is difficult to provide.
According to analysis, when historical document data related to the article transaction process is provided, due to the storage capacity problem of the warehousing management system, normal provision of the historical document data exceeding the preset time cannot be guaranteed, and the efficiency of the article transaction process is reduced. In order to overcome the above problems, the storage capacity of the warehouse management system may be generally expanded to prolong the preset time, but the resource waste and cost of the warehouse management system may be increased, so that the pressure for normally operating the warehouse management system is increased. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention receives the providing request of the historical receipt data, and determines the unique identifier of the requested historical receipt data according to the item transaction process information to which the requested historical receipt data belongs; and acquiring a stored corresponding picture from a picture system based on the unique identifier of the requested historical receipt data, wherein the pictures in the picture system are respectively generated according to the historical receipt data related to each article transaction process and are respectively stored corresponding to the unique identifier determined by the article transaction process information.
Therefore, the historical document data related to the article transaction process is stored in the third-party system in a picture mode, namely the set picture system, the limitation of the storage system for storing the historical document data in a preset time period can be avoided, the storage system does not need to participate in the providing process, or the storage system participates in the report bank or the big database after interacting, so that the historical document data related to the article transaction process can be provided in time, and the providing process is simplified. Therefore, the method and the device for providing the historical document data simplify the process of providing the historical document data.
Specifically, the embodiment of the invention provides a picture system, which comprises a picture management subsystem and a picture storage subsystem, wherein the picture management subsystem is used for establishing a corresponding relation between a unique identifier of a picture and a storage address of the picture, sending the picture of an uploaded historical data document to the picture storage subsystem for storage based on the set corresponding relation, and extracting a requested picture from the picture storage subsystem according to the corresponding relation; and the picture storage subsystem is used for storing the pictures in the corresponding storage addresses.
Here, the picture system is implemented based on a byte-level log file system (JFS, j ournal FILE SYSTEM) and a content delivery system (CDN), which is a system including picture storage, online processing of pictures, and cache delivery, and which undertakes picture storage and access requirements. The picture system is provided with an interface for communicating with an external system, such as an Application Programming Interface (API), and supports a providing request or a printing request of an external third-party system such as a warehousing system for pictures corresponding to historical document data involved in the article transaction process.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can acquire the picture of the historical document data related to the article transaction process by accessing the picture system without extracting the picture from the warehousing system, thereby timely providing the historical document data related to the article transaction process and simplifying the providing process.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for providing history document data according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following specific steps:
step 101, receiving a request for providing historical receipt data, and determining a unique identifier of the requested historical receipt data according to item transaction process information to which the requested historical receipt data belongs;
and 102, acquiring a stored corresponding picture from a picture system based on the unique identifier of the requested historical receipt data, wherein the pictures in the picture system are respectively generated according to the historical receipt data related to each article transaction process and are respectively stored corresponding to the unique identifier determined by each article transaction process information.
In the method, the storing the pictures in the picture system respectively corresponding to the unique identifiers determined by the item transaction process information comprises the following steps:
and calculating based on the article transaction process information respectively by adopting a preset unique identification algorithm, and storing the unique identification determined by the article transaction process information respectively after the unique identification is obtained.
In the method, the determining the unique identifier of the requested historical receipt data according to the item transaction process information to which the requested historical receipt data belongs includes:
and calculating based on the article transaction process information to which the requested historical document data belongs by adopting a preset unique identification algorithm, and determining the unique identification of the requested historical document data. The unique identification algorithm can be any fixed algorithm, namely, the identification uniqueness of each piece of historical document data is ensured. Therefore, the uniqueness of the unique identification of the picture can be ensured through the preset algorithm.
In the method, the pictures in the picture system are respectively generated according to historical receipt data related to each article transaction process, and the unique identification determined by each article transaction process information is stored as follows:
setting a picture system comprising a picture management subsystem and a picture storage subsystem;
the picture management subsystem establishes and stores the corresponding relation between the unique identifier of the picture and the storage address of the picture;
and the picture management subsystem sends the picture corresponding to the storage address to the picture storage subsystem for storage of the corresponding storage address.
In the method, the obtaining the stored picture corresponding to the calculated unique identifier includes:
the picture management subsystem determines the storage address of the picture according to the corresponding relation between the unique identifier of the picture and the storage address of the picture;
and the picture management subsystem acquires the picture from the picture storage subsystem according to the storage address of the picture.
In the method, the time range of the historical document data is not limited, the historical document data can be processed in the above mode as long as the historical document data belongs to the same article transaction process, so that the pictures of the historical document data can be provided quickly and timely, or the pictures of the historical document data can be directly printed, and the historical document data can be obtained.
In the method, before determining the unique identifier of the history document data according to the item transaction process information to which the requested history document data belongs, the method further includes:
and carrying out validity verification on the providing request of the historical receipt data, and if the verification is passed, executing the step of determining the unique identifier of the requested historical receipt data according to the item transaction process information to which the requested historical receipt data belongs. Here, the set validity verification rule may be used for validity verification, where the validity verification rule includes: setting legal requester identifications, such as identifications of various participating entities in the item transaction process related to the historical document data, and verifying whether the requester identification initiating the request is in the set range; or setting an encryption algorithm and a verification value, when receiving a request, carrying out encryption calculation on the request according to the set encryption algorithm, and verifying whether the calculated key value is the same as the verification value. Therefore, the condition that an illegal requester cannot acquire the picture of the historical document data is ensured, and the safety is ensured.
In the method, the providing request may also be a providing print request for printing the picture. The print format is based on the requester requirement format setting that initiates the request.
In the method, a plurality of the providing requests for receiving the historical document data can be received at the same time and processed in batch.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to a specific example.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a specific example of a method for providing historical document data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the systems related to the method are a warehousing system, a picture system, a sorting system, and a terminal-side system, and an application scenario is reprinting of historical document data, and the method specifically includes:
the method comprises the steps that when document data are printed by a warehousing system, a unique identifier of the document data is obtained through a set algorithm based on article transaction process information to which the document data belong, and the unique identifier is sent to a picture system, so that the uniqueness of a picture of the document data is guaranteed.
And secondly, the warehousing system can upload the picture of the document data to a picture system, and after the uploading is successful, the storage address of the picture can be obtained.
In this step, an external system such as a warehousing system may upload the picture, and after the upload is successful, the picture system, for example, JFS, returns a unique identifier corresponding to the picture stored in the picture storage subsystem, that is, a key, for example, the key is JFS/t2362/199/2707005502/100242/616257ce/56e66b21n7b8c2be 8.jpg;
step three, the picture system can manage the pictures of the document data;
in this step, the picture system is implemented based on JFS and CDN, and includes a system for storing pictures, online managing pictures, and caching and distributing, and can bear all the storage and access requirements of pictures;
in this step, the picture system may provide a communication interface, such as an API, for the external system to access, support the external system to access and call the historical document data, and support the access of the historical document data, such as query and print of the historical document data within 5 years.
In this step, after the picture system performs real-time online processing, buffering, distributing and storing on the picture, the picture system returns a storage address of the picture stored in the picture system, where the address is a Uniform Resource Locator (URL), so that the picture can be obtained through the storage address and provided to an external system.
And step four, the warehousing system successfully uploads the picture of the document data to the picture system, and the picture system stores the picture according to the process of the step three.
The picture system can generate a picture encryption printing address for printing the receipt data, support a third-party system to remotely call to access the picture system, and print the picture of the receipt data based on the encryption printing address.
And fifthly, after the picture system successfully stores the picture of the document data, performing an online access process of the picture of the document data.
In this step, when the picture system accesses the picture of the document data on line, the picture system does not allow the relevant content of the picture to be modified, and the picture system only manages and stores the uploaded picture of the document data.
And step six, if the picture system can not store the picture of the document data, the picture system sends storage failure reason information to the warehousing system, and the set exception handling process is started to intervene in the document data synchronous processing process of the warehousing system.
In this step, if the picture system cannot store the picture of the document data, the failure of the whole process may be caused.
And step seven, when finding that the historical document data needs to be subsidized, initiating a request for subsidizing the historical document data to the picture system, and acquiring the picture of the historical document data stored in the picture system.
Step eight, when the step seven is carried out, the picture system supports simultaneous acquisition of pictures of the multiple history documents in the multi-batch and multi-article transaction process, and the picture system supports additional printing of the pictures of the history document data at any time.
In the step, the method can accelerate the reprinting efficiency of the reprinting historical document data.
And step nine, the third-party system initiating the request for making up the historical receipt data sends a printing format request to the picture system, and the picture system provides pictures of the historical receipt data according to the printing format required by the third-party system for the third-party system to print and display.
Step ten, the picture system negotiates with a third-party system about the provision processing specification of the historical document data through the set call request amount.
Here, the specification on the history document data includes: the picture system can obtain the problems of the stored historical document data through the set calling request amount, and after negotiation with a third-party system, various set specifications are improved.
And step eleven, the picture system verifies the request for accessing the pictures of the historical document data, and printing can be performed after verification.
In this step, the picture system may perform validity verification by using the set validity verification rule, where the validity verification rule includes: setting legal requester identifications, such as each participating entity identification of the item transaction process to which the historical document data belongs, and verifying whether the requester identification initiating the request is in the set range; or setting an encryption algorithm and a verification value, when receiving a request, carrying out encryption calculation on the request according to the set encryption algorithm, and verifying whether the calculated key value is the same as the verification value. Therefore, the condition that an illegal requester cannot acquire the picture of the historical document data is ensured, and the safety is ensured.
In the above process, the third-party system may be a sorting system or a terminal-side system, and of course, may also be another participating system in the transaction process of the article to which the history document data belongs.
