Abstract
The invention provides a fixing device for fixing a data accessor, which comprises a jig and an accommodating structure. The fixture comprises a body part and two fixing arms, wherein the two fixing arms are connected to the two corresponding sides of the body part and used for clamping and fixing the data access device. The receiving structure is used for receiving a fixture for clamping the data storage device. The fixing device of the invention can effectively assemble the jig and the clamped data accessor.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fixing device, and more particularly, to a fixing device for fixing a data storage device.
Background
Generally, in order to mount a hard disk on a hard disk holder, the hard disk and the hard disk holder must be fastened together by screws or other fastening parts.
However, the removal and installation of the screws requires additional tools and is rather time consuming. Therefore, for the hard disk fixing frame, although the screws can be used for installing hard disks with different sizes, the screws can reduce the efficiency of assembling and disassembling the hard disks. Thus, it is difficult to efficiently mount the hard disk on the hard disk fixing device.
Therefore, how to replace screws and mount hard disks quickly and firmly is a problem to be solved by research and development resources.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an objective of the present invention is to provide a fixing device that can solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the above objective, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a fixing device for fixing a data storage device, the fixing device including a fixture and a receiving structure. The fixture comprises a body part and two fixing arms, wherein the two fixing arms are connected to the two corresponding sides of the body part and used for clamping and fixing the data access device. The receiving structure is used for receiving a fixture for clamping the data storage device.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the body part is a transparent film.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the two holding arms are made of an insulating material.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the two holding arms have a plurality of raised features, wherein the plurality of raised features are located on the upper surface, the lower surface or the side surface of the two holding arms.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the two holding arms have a plurality of first convex features and a plurality of second convex features alternately arranged along the first axial direction.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, one of the first raised features is disposed between two adjacent ones of the second raised features.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, the first raised feature has a two-raised structure spaced along a second axis, wherein the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, the second raised feature has a long axis extending along a second axial direction, the first axial direction being perpendicular to the second axial direction.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the receiving structure has a first sidewall perpendicular to a second sidewall, and the second sidewalls are parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other, wherein the first sidewall is used to receive a top end of the data accessor, and the second sidewalls are used to clamp the two holding arms and the data accessor.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the receiving structure has a U-shaped receiving portion, wherein the U-shaped receiving portion is configured to simultaneously abut against a bottom end of the data access device and abut against and clamp two holding arms of the data access device.
In summary, the fixing device of the present invention includes a fixture and a receiving structure, and the fixture includes a main body and two holding arms, wherein the holding arms have special protruding structures to firmly clamp the data storage device in the receiving structure. In addition, the receiving structure has a first side wall portion, a second side wall portion and a U-shaped receiving portion which are arranged in different directions so as to rapidly guide and stably receive the jig and the clamped data access device. Therefore, the fixing device of the invention not only can efficiently assemble the jig and the clamped data accessor, but also can stably contain the clamped data accessor.

Detailed Description
The invention may be embodied in many different forms. Representative embodiments are shown in the drawings and will be described in detail herein. The present disclosure includes examples or illustrations of principles, and aspects of the disclosure are not to be limited to the embodiments shown.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a notebook computer N having an upper case N1 and a lower case N2, wherein the notebook computer N is equipped with a fixing device of a data accessor according to some embodiments of the invention. Although fig. 1 illustrates a notebook computer N, the fixing device of the data access device may be mounted in a desktop computer or a tablet computer, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, fig. 2 is a top view of the fixing device 100 for accommodating the data access device M, wherein the fixing device 100 is exposed after the notebook computer N is removed from the lower case N2, so that the fixing device 100 is disposed inside the notebook computer N. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the fixture 110 of the fixing device 100. In some embodiments of the present invention, the fixing device 100 includes a jig 110 and a receiving structure 130. The fixture 110 includes a main body 111 and two holding arms 113, the two holding arms 113 are connected to two corresponding sides of the main body 111, and the two holding arms 113 are used for clamping the data access device M. In addition, the receiving structure 130 can receive the fixture 110 for clamping the data storage device M.
Specifically, the user can clamp the data accessor M by using the two holding arms 113, and then put the jig 110 and the data accessor M into the receiving structure 130 to effectively receive the data accessor M. The data accessor M may be, for example, a hard drive (hard drive) or a solid-state disk (SSD). The main body 111 may be a flexible and insulating transparent film, such as a transparent film made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), so as to observe the condition that the data access device M is accommodated in the accommodating structure 130. The two holding arms 113 are made of an insulating material, such as Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), rubber or elastic plastic, and the two holding arms 113 can be used for fixing the data access device M and providing a buffer, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 4 is a schematic side view of the holding arm 113 in fig. 3. The retaining arm 113 has a plurality of raised features 114, wherein the raised features 114 are located on a surface of the retaining arm 113, such as an upper surface, a lower surface, or a side surface. When the jig 110 and the data accessor M are placed in the receiving structure 130, the plurality of protruding features 114 of the holding arm 113 can increase the contact area between the holding arm 113 and the receiving structure 130 and provide friction force, so that the receiving structure 130 can stably receive the jig 110 and the data accessor M. In some embodiments of the present invention, the raised feature 114 has a cup-shaped structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In addition, the holding arm 113 may further be covered with a conductive cloth 115, and the grounding circuit of the data access device M may be electrically connected to the conductive cloth 115 so as to achieve the grounding function. The holding arms 113 further have fixing posts 117, and the fixing posts 117 are used to be inserted into corresponding fixing holes on the data access device M, so that the two holding arms 113 can firmly clamp two sides of the data access device M. In some embodiments of the present invention, the two ends of the holding arm 113 further have front edge stoppers 119 to further clamp the front and rear ends of the data access device M, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the raised features 114 of the retaining arm 113 are first raised features 114a and second raised features 114b that are alternately arranged along the first axis X. Wherein a first raised feature 114a is disposed between two adjacent ones of the second raised features 114 b. The first raised features 114a are two raised structures spaced along the second axis Y, and the first axis X is perpendicular to the second axis Y. Since the arrangement direction of the two protruding structures is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the first and second protruding features 114a, 114b, the holding arm 113 can be stably received in the receiving structure 130, and the data access device M is prevented from falling out.
In some embodiments, a cross-section of the second raised feature 114b has a major axis L extending along the second axial direction Y. Since the extending direction of the long axis L of the second protruding feature 114b is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the first and second protruding features 114a, 114b, the holding arm 113 can be stably accommodated in the accommodating structure 130 to prevent the data access device M from falling out, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the invention, the receiving structure 130 has two first side walls 131 and two second side walls 133 to form a part of the accommodating space, the two first side walls 131 extend in the same plane direction, the two second side walls 133 are parallel and spaced from each other, and the extending direction of the first side walls 131 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the second side walls 133, wherein the first side walls 131 are used to abut against the top end of the data access device M, and the second side walls 133 can clamp and fix the two holding arms 113 of the data access device M.
Specifically, the user can clamp the data access device M by using the two holding arms 113, and make the top end of the data access device M abut against the first sidewall 131, and simultaneously place the jig 110 and the data access device M between the two second sidewalls 133, so as to achieve the effect of quickly and accurately accommodating the data access device M in the accommodating structure 130. That is, the first and second side walls 131 and 133 have a function of guiding alignment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first and second side wall portions 131 and 133 are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet through stamping, and the first or second side wall portions 131 or 133 may contact the conductive fabric 115 to serve as a grounding contact point. In addition, the top ends of the first sidewall 131 and the second sidewall 133 further have an inclined surface 131a and an inclined surface 133a, wherein the inclined surface 131a and the inclined surface 133a can guide the data access device M to be accommodated in the accommodating structure 130, so as to achieve the effect of fast assembly. In some embodiments, the inclined surface 131a of the first sidewall portion 131 faces the second sidewall portion 133 generally, and the inclined surfaces 133a of the two second sidewall portions 133 face each other generally, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In addition, the receiving structure 130 further has a U-shaped receiving portion 135, and the U-shaped receiving portion 135, the first sidewall 131 and the second sidewall 133 form a receiving space, wherein the U-shaped receiving portion 135 is used for simultaneously abutting against the bottom end of the data access device M and clamping the two holding arms 113 of the data access device M. Specifically, the U-shaped receiving portion 135 includes a bottom plate 135a and two side plates 135b, wherein the bottom plate 135a is parallel to the first side wall portion 131, and the side plates 135b are parallel to the second side wall portion 133. Therefore, the U-shaped receiving portion 135 also has the function of guiding the alignment and receiving the data accessor M.
In summary, the fixing device of the present invention includes a fixture and a receiving structure, and the fixture includes a main body and two holding arms, wherein the holding arms have special protruding structures to firmly clamp the data storage device in the receiving structure. In addition, the receiving structure has a first side wall portion, a second side wall portion and a U-shaped receiving portion which are arranged in different directions so as to rapidly guide and stably receive the jig and the clamped data access device. Therefore, the fixing device of the invention not only can efficiently assemble the jig and the clamped data accessor, but also can stably contain the clamped data accessor.
Claims (10)
1. A fixture for holding a data accessor, comprising:
a jig; the tool includes:
a body portion; and
two holding arms connected to two corresponding sides of the main body for clamping the data accessor;
and the containing structure is used for containing the jig for clamping and fixing the data access device.
2. A fixation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body portion is a transparent film.
3. The fixture of claim 1, wherein the two retention arms are made of an insulating material.
4. The fixture of claim 1, wherein the two retention arms have a plurality of raised features, wherein the raised features are located on an upper surface, a lower surface, or a side surface of the two retention arms.
5. The fixture of claim 1, wherein the two retention arms have a plurality of first raised features and a plurality of second raised features alternating along the first axis.
6. The fixture according to claim 5, wherein one of the plurality of first raised features is disposed between two adjacent ones of the plurality of second raised features.
7. The fastening device of claim 5, wherein the first plurality of raised features has a two-raised configuration spaced along a second axis, the first axis being perpendicular to the second axis.
8. The fixation device of claim 5, wherein the plurality of second raised features have a long axis extending along a second axial direction, and the first axial direction is perpendicular to the second axial direction.
9. The fastening device of claim 1, wherein the receiving structure has a first sidewall and a second sidewall, the second sidewall being parallel to and spaced apart from each other and the first sidewall being perpendicular to the second sidewall, wherein the first sidewall is configured to abut a top end of the data accessor and the second sidewall is configured to clamp the two retaining arms and the data accessor.
10. The securing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the receiving structure has a U-shaped receptacle for simultaneously abutting a bottom end of the data accessor and clamping the two retaining arms of the data accessor.
