The invention discloses an anti-pollution method of humidity-containing control environment test equipment, wherein a pipeline stop valve and an exhaust switch are additionally arranged on an anti-pollution water feeding pipeline; the uncovered water tank is changed into a totally-enclosed water tank, and a special air inlet and outlet pipeline is added; controlling the inlet of humidifying water through a valve, and simultaneously detecting the water quality until the water quality meets the requirement; and (5) opening a bottom valve after the test is finished, and completely draining the water in the humidification system. The method can effectively prevent the pollution problem when the humidification system does not work in the life cycle, thereby reducing the faults of the humidification system of the test box and prolonging the actual service life.

In the second type of equipment, the system design is too simple, firstly, the design mode of adding the tank cover to the water tank is usually adopted, the water tank cover is taken off when water is added, and the water tank cover is installed after the water is added, so that the requirements of the humidifying system and the water quality are met, and meanwhile, no medium discharge detection port is designed in the equipment. To sum up, above-mentioned two kinds of humidification systems firstly anti-pollution design is not in place, and either one can not accomplish completely: the humidifying system is ensured not to cause the pollution of humidifying water, so that the humidifying water exceeds the standard, the water quality of test water finally cannot meet the requirements of relevant test standards, and the correctness of a test conclusion is influenced; secondly, after the tests of the two humidification systems are finished, the humidification water in the systems cannot be completely drained, so that when the damp-heat test is not carried out on the equipment, the humidification systems are seriously polluted along with the natural evaporation of the humidification water in the systems, the faults and the service life of the humidification systems are shortened due to corrosion of components, the systems cannot be cleaned, and the humidity control function of the equipment cannot be used.

and 4, step 4: opening the first valve, continuously adding water until the water tank is full, starting the humidification system to perform pre-test operation, stopping the test after the humidity changes, opening the bottom valve to sample humidification water, using an instrument to detect water quality, completely opening the bottom valve to drain water if the water quality is unqualified, and closing the bottom valve again; repeating the step 4 until the water quality is detected to be qualified, and closing the bottom valve and the first valve;
and 5: starting a formal test of the humidification system, if humidification water needs to be supplemented in the test period, returning to execute the step 3 and the step 4 until the water quality is detected to be qualified, then opening a first valve to supplement water, and closing the first valve after the water supplement is finished;
step 6: after the test is finished, opening a bottom valve to completely drain the water in the humidification system;
and 7: the anti-pollution humidification system is used for an environmental test device without a water tank and containing humidity control, and a water quality detection discharge port is arranged at the lowest position;
and 8: before the test, the third valve, the fourth valve and the fifth valve are all in closed positions;
and step 9: opening the third valve and the fourth valve, discharging humidifying water, and using an instrument to detect the water quality, if the humidifying water is not qualified, replacing all stored water in the water supply pipeline system until the water quality is qualified;
step 10: closing the fourth valve, starting the humidification system to perform pre-test operation, stopping the test after the humidity changes, opening the fifth valve to discharge humidification water, detecting the water quality by using an instrument, closing the third valve if the water quality is unqualified, opening the fifth valve, opening the third valve after the water stored in the humidification system is emptied, closing the fifth valve, and repeating the pre-test operation until the test water quality is qualified;
step 11: opening the third valve, closing the fourth valve and the fifth valve, and starting the humidifying system to carry out formal test;
step 12: and (5) after the test is finished, closing the third valve, opening the fifth valve, and completely draining the water in the humidification system.
