本发明公开了一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,包括单纤双向壳体、滤波组件、激光发射器、接收探测器和光接口组件,所述的单纤双向壳体为矩形壳体,单纤双向壳体两侧分别设有激光发射器和光接口组件,单纤双向壳体底部设有凹陷开口,所述的接收探测器设在凹陷开口内,所述的滤波组件设在单纤双向壳体内部,滤波组件包括滤波管和滤波片,所述的滤波管为圆柱型管件,滤波管外侧设有透光口,所述的滤波片倾斜的设在滤波管内部,滤波片与透光口对齐,本发明通过在滤波片、激光发射组件和光接口组件之间增加滤波管,从而避免光收发一体单纤双向器件内部在发射光纤时,单纤双向壳体内壁会折射激光而减小激光的串扰。

技术领域
本发明属于光收发一体单纤双向器件技术领域,具体涉及一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件。
背景技术
目前,单纤双向通信技术在光通信领域已取得非常广泛的应用,作为单纤双向光通信的核心部件---光收发一体单纤双向器件也有着多种多样的设计方案,这类器件存在串扰大的缺点,发射端的杂散光、发射端光经过光纤端面陶瓷端面发射会进入探测器,形成串扰干扰探测器正常工作;市面上的产品通过光纤端面镀增透膜可解决光纤端面发射问题,通过陶瓷插芯倒角降低部分发射;但无法有效解决发射端杂散光进入探测器的问题、也无法有效解决陶瓷端面发射光进入探测器的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,包括单纤双向壳体、滤波组件、激光发射器、接收探测器和光接口组件,所述的单纤双向壳体为矩形壳体,单纤双向壳体两侧分别设有激光发射器和光接口组件,单纤双向壳体底部设有凹陷开口,所述的接收探测器设在凹陷开口内,所述的滤波组件设在单纤双向壳体内部,滤波组件包括滤波管和滤波片,所述的滤波管为圆柱型管件,滤波管外侧设有透光口,所述的滤波片倾斜的设在滤波管内部,滤波片与透光口对齐。
更进一步的,滤波组件与激光发射器和光接口组件同圆心,滤波组件通过滤波管与激光发射器和光接口组件相连。
更进一步的,透光口大小与滤波片大小相等。
更进一步的,滤波管内壁设有吸光涂料。
有益效果:
通过在滤波片、激光发射组件和光接口组件之间增加滤波管,从而避免光收发一体单纤双向器件内部在发射光纤时,单纤双向壳体内壁会折射激光而减小激光的串扰。

实施示例:
一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,包括单纤双向壳体、滤波组件、激光发射器、接收探测器和光接口组件,所述的单纤双向壳体为矩形壳体,单纤双向壳体两侧分别设有激光发射器和光接口组件,单纤双向壳体底部设有凹陷开口,所述的接收探测器设在凹陷开口内,所述的滤波组件设在单纤双向壳体内部,滤波组件包括滤波管和滤波片,所述的滤波管为圆柱型管件,滤波管外侧设有透光口,所述的滤波片倾斜的设在滤波管内部,滤波片与透光口对齐。
如图1所示;
将光纤5插入光接口组件4,将接收探测器2插入单纤双向壳体1底部的凹陷开口,启动单纤双向器件,激光发射器6启动,光纤5通过滤波片7折射至接收探测器2,同时通过滤波管3内的吸光涂料减少光在通过滤波片7时在单纤双向壳体1内的折射,从而增加单纤双向器材的串扰。

1.一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,其特征在于,包括单纤双向壳体、滤波组件、激光发射器、接收探测器和光接口组件,所述的单纤双向壳体为矩形壳体,单纤双向壳体两侧分别设有激光发射器和光接口组件,单纤双向壳体底部设有凹陷开口,所述的接收探测器设在凹陷开口内,所述的滤波组件设在单纤双向壳体内部,滤波组件包括滤波管和滤波片,所述的滤波管为圆柱型管件,滤波管外侧设有透光口,所述的滤波片倾斜的设在滤波管内部,滤波片与透光口对齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,其特征在于,所述的滤波组件与激光发射器和光接口组件同圆心,滤波组件通过滤波管与激光发射器和光接口组件相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,其特征在于,所述的透光口大小与滤波片大小相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效降低内部串扰的光收发一体单纤双向器件,其特征在于,所述的滤波管内壁设有吸光涂料。
