The invention provides a light guide structure mounting adapter and a vehicle lamp thereof, belonging to the technical field of vehicle lamps, wherein the adapter comprises a positioning assembly and a fixed seat, and the fixed seat is fixedly arranged with a mounting hole of a radiator; the positioning assembly comprises an inlet, a clamping part and a boss, the boss is arranged on the fixed seat, the buckling part is fixedly arranged on the boss, the inlet is arranged on the clamping part, the boss is provided with a step surface, and the step surface is convexly arranged in the clamping part; the card is characterized by further comprising a light guide part, wherein a light guide protrusion is arranged on the light guide part, the light guide part is arranged in the card part in a sliding mode through the inlet, and the light guide protrusion is arranged in contact with the step surface. The light guide member of the present invention is fixed accurately and reliably, and the problem of burning of the end of the light guide member does not occur.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle lamps, in particular to a light guide structure mounting adapter and a vehicle lamp thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the requirements for the car lamp are higher and higher, from the popularization of the traditional halogen lamp to the birth and application of the LED, to the maturity of the laser car lamp and the OLED technology, wherein the car lamp adopts more and more light guides and has more and more complex structures.
Currently, the light guide is mounted to the adapter, the adapter is mounted to the subassembly of the heat sink and the PCB board, and the subassembly of the heat sink and the PCB board is mounted to the vehicle lamp housing. The fixation of the fixation structure is stable in the circumferential direction, but the light guide easily comes off the adapter or slides from the initial position in the axial direction over a long period of use. There is a 3-level tolerance chain between the light guide and the housing, based on the vehicle lamp housing. And the adapter is fastened on the car lamp shell or the radiator in a screw mode, so that the car lamp also needs to reserve a rated space for fixing the adapter, and the utilization rate of the whole space is reduced.
However, the above-mentioned techniques have the following disadvantages: as the use time increases, the reliability of the distance between the light input end of the light guide and the LED decreases, and looseness occurs. And when the existing structure is installed, the installation of the light guide and the bottom LED do not have corresponding limit, so that the light guide is too close to the LED, and the light guide is easy to be burnt.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a light guide structure mounting adapter and a vehicle lamp thereof.
According to the light guide structure mounting adapter provided by the invention, the adapter comprises a positioning component and a fixed seat, wherein the fixed seat is fixedly arranged with a mounting hole of a radiator;
the positioning assembly comprises an inlet, a clamping part and a boss, the boss is arranged on the fixed seat, the buckling part is fixedly arranged on the boss, the inlet is arranged on the clamping part, the boss is provided with a step surface, and the step surface is convexly arranged in the clamping part;
the card is characterized by further comprising a light guide part, wherein a light guide protrusion is arranged on the light guide part, the light guide part is arranged in the card part in a sliding mode through the inlet, and the light guide protrusion is arranged in contact with the step surface.
In some embodiments, the card and the portion have one or more sliding grooves formed thereon, and the sliding grooves are in communication with the inlet.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the light guide piece is fixed accurately and reliably by arranging the positioning assembly and the fixing seat, is not easy to deform, adopts a three-way positioning and full-wrapping structure, and does not have the problem of burning the tail end of the light guide piece;
2. the fixing seat is arranged, the positioning assembly is fixedly arranged on the fixing seat, and the fixing seat is fixed on the car lamp shell or the radiator, so that the number of screws is saved, the installation space is reduced, and the production cost of the car lamp is reduced.

The positioning assembly 1 comprises an inlet 10, a clamping part 11 and a boss 13, the boss 13 is arranged on the fixed seat 2, the buckling part is fixedly arranged on the boss 13, the inlet 10 is arranged on the clamping part 11, a step surface 130 is arranged on the boss 13, and the step surface 130 is convexly arranged in the clamping part 11. The engaging portion 11 is provided with one or more sliding grooves 101, the number and position of the sliding grooves 101 can be adjusted adaptively according to the cross-sectional shape and the convex shape of the light guide 4, and the sliding grooves 101 are communicated with the inlet 10.
The clamping portion 11 is provided with three lugs 111, the three lugs 111 are circumferentially arranged on the clamping portion 11, and the lugs 111 are clamped with the lamp shell. The three-way positioning and full-wrapping structure are adopted, so that the light guide member 4 is fixed accurately and reliably, and the problem of burning of the tail end of the light guide member 4 is solved. Be equipped with second stopper 110 in card and portion 11, second stopper 110 protrusion is in the setting of card and portion 11 inner wall, and second stopper 110 is equipped with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of second stopper 110 circumference sets up. The size of the light guide projection 40 is smaller than that of the slide groove 101.
As shown in fig. 8, which is a schematic diagram of the operation of the light guide structure mounting adapter, the fixing base 2 is inserted through a mounting hole of the lamp housing or the heat sink, the fixing base 2 is rotated to rotate around the through axis and is clamped with the lamp housing or the heat sink by the clamping portion 11, and then the light guide 4 is moved in the axial direction of the positioning assembly 1 through the inlet 10. As the dimension a of the light guide projection 40 marked in fig. 2, the dimension b of the slide groove 101 marked in fig. 3, because the dimension a of the light guide projection 40 at both ends of the light guide member 4 is smaller than the dimension b of the slide groove 101, the light guide projection 40 of the light guide member 4 can be conveniently slid in the slide groove 101 until the light guide projection 40 of the light guide member 4 abuts on the step surface 130. Thereby, the relative positions of the light guide 4 and the housing, and the light guide 4 and the light source 5 are fixed.

the light guide is characterized by further comprising a light guide part (4), a light guide protrusion (40) is arranged on the light guide part (4), the light guide part (4) is arranged in the clamping part (11) in a sliding mode through the inlet (10), and the light guide protrusion (40) is arranged in contact with the step surface (130).
