when a detection camera (13) detects that a pedestrian (23) moves into the illumination range of the street lamp, corresponding signals are transmitted to a controller, the controller controls a first lamp panel (11) and a second lamp panel (12) to work, the controller respectively adsorbs the first lamp panel (11) and the second lamp panel (12) through a first electromagnet (6) and a second electromagnet (20), the controller controls a motor (4) to work according to the walking speed of the pedestrian, the motor (4) drives the first lamp panel (11) and the second lamp panel (12) to rotate through a rotating shaft (5), so that the first lamp panel (11) and the second lamp panel (12) always provide illumination for the pedestrian (23), and after the pedestrian walks out of the street lamp range, the controller controls the motor (4), the first electromagnet (6) and the second electromagnet (20) to stop working;
when the pedestrian (23) in front does not go out of the illumination range and the detection camera (13) detects that a new pedestrian (23) enters the illumination range, transmits corresponding signals to the controller, the controller controls the first electromagnet (6) to be powered off, under the action of the first balancing weight (19), the first metal shell (7) rotates to an initial position, after the interval of T time, the controller controls the first electromagnet (6) to be electrified, thereby adsorbing the first metal shell (7), controlling the first lamp panel (11) and the second lamp panel (12) to rotate simultaneously by the controller, illuminating a new pedestrian (23) by the first lamp panel (11), illuminating a front pedestrian (23) which does not go out of the illumination range by the second lamp panel (12), when a new pedestrian leaves the street lamp range, the controller controls the motor (4), the first electromagnet (6) and the second electromagnet (20) to stop working.
