5. A method of manufacturing a side-emitting neon light as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) wrapping the transparent adhesive outside the flexible lamp strip by using an extruding machine part and integrally extruding to form a light-emitting component;
(2) and mixing the diffusion glue and the light blocking glue to form a light distribution assembly, and then integrally extruding and forming the light distribution assembly and the light emitting assembly.
6. The method for manufacturing a side-emitting neon lamp as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that, it comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing silica gel, namely adding vulcanizing agents A and B (1: 1) into the silica gel, and refining the silica gel by using a rubber refining machine, wherein the ratio of the silica gel to the vulcanizing agents is 10000: 4-10000: 16;
(2) cleaning the flexible lamp strip, and cleaning the surface and the components of the flexible lamp strip by using a treating agent;
(3) baking the flexible lamp strip and the components to volatilize the treating agent, placing the flexible lamp strip in an oven to be baked, wherein the baking process passes through 4 temperature zones, each temperature zone is set with a reference temperature range of 140-150 ℃, and each temperature baking time range is 30-50S;
(4) wrapping the baked flexible lamp strip with silica gel on an extruder, extruding and molding the flexible lamp strip by the silica gel extruder, setting the glue outlet speed, pressure and traction tension of the extruder, and completely bonding the surfaces of the flexible lamp strip, the lamp beads and the components with the silica gel to form a transparent silica gel strip light-emitting component wrapping the flexible lamp strip;
(5) the transparent adhesive tape light-emitting component that will extrude thoroughly is arranged in the oven and is toasted the design, toasts the oven of design in-process through 10 temperature sections, and 10 warm areas set for the reference range and do: 80 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃, 140 ℃, 150 ℃, 160 ℃, 150 ℃, and 30-50S of baking time range of each temperature;
(6) inspecting the baked and shaped extruded transparent adhesive tape light-emitting component, measuring the dimensional conformance of the component, and lighting up the component to inspect the chromatic aberration of the component;
(7) placing the transparent adhesive tape light-emitting assembly subjected to baking, shaping and inspection into an extruder for secondary silica gel encapsulation extrusion, wrapping the light-blocking adhesive and the diffusion adhesive, and setting the extrusion speed, the pressure and the traction speed of an extrusion equipment machine before the extrusion encapsulation;
(8) further baking and shaping the extruded final neon lamp of the composite silica gel, wherein 10 temperature sections are passed in the baking and shaping process, and the temperature setting reference range is as follows: 80 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃, 140 ℃, 150 ℃, 160 ℃, 150 ℃, and 30-50S of baking time range of each temperature;
(9) inspecting the baked and shaped finished neon lamp, measuring the size conformance of the neon lamp, and lighting up the neon lamp to inspect the color difference of the neon lamp;
(10) finally, silica gel is wrapped by the flexible lamp strip twice, and the side-emitting neon lamp with the waterproof grade IP68 is realized.
