During the process of inserting the latching structure 26 into the insertion slot 141, the two protrusions 2613 are compressed by the wall surfaces on both sides of the slot 162, so that the two elastic arms 2612 move towards the receding space B temporarily, after the two protrusions 2613 pass through the slot 162, the retaining head 261 returns to its original state, so that the head 2611 is embedded into the top side of the slot 16, the two protrusions 2613 are embedded into the two recesses 163, respectively, and are fixed, at this time, the handle 10 is coupled to the top end of the control rod 241 of the sanitary structure 20, so that the handle 10 can operate the control rod 241 of the control element 24.
Further, referring to fig. 14 to 17, in order to achieve better balance when the handle 10 is combined with the top end of the bathroom structure 20, the number of the slots 16 is two, and the two slots 16 are respectively located on the front and rear sidewalls of the fastener seat 14. The detailed structure of the slot 16 will be described below. Lower chamfers 1621 are disposed at lower ends of wall surfaces of the left and right sides of the notch 162, and upper chamfers 1622 are disposed at bottom sides of the two recesses 163. The top sides of the two protrusions 2613 are both provided with an upper inclined surface 2615 for matching with the lower chamfer part 1621; the bottom sides of the two protrusions 2613 are each provided with a lower chamfer 2616 for mating with the two upper chamfers 1622. The wall surface of the top side of the slot 16 is a circular arc surface so that the outer edge of the top side portion of the head 2611 abuts against the top side wall surface of the slot 16, and the portions on the left and right sides of the slot 16 can be easily opened or restored by providing a reaming groove 165 in the middle of the top side wall surface of the slot 16.
In a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 18 to 23, the sanitary handle fixing device 100 includes a handle 10 and a sanitary structure 20 for combining with the handle 10, the sanitary structure 20 can be a faucet, a detachable handle or other sanitary structures 20 controlled by the handle 10, in the preferred embodiment, the sanitary structure 20 is a faucet.
The handle 10 includes a cover 12, the top of the cover 12 has a top wall 121, the bottom center of the top wall 121 has a fastener seat 14, in the preferred embodiment, the fastener seat 14 is a square tube and is located inside the top end of the cover 12, the fastener seat 14 has a slot 141 with an open bottom, the side wall of the fastener seat 14 has at least one slot hole 16 communicating with the slot 141 and having an open bottom, the top side in the slot hole 16 has a fastener slot 182, two sides of the bottom end of the fastener slot 182 have opposite necks 183, and the width between the two necks 183 is smaller than the width of the fastener 261. The bottom end of the slot 16 is provided with a notch 162, the fastener seat 14 is provided with closed holes 142 at both sides of the slot 16, the closed holes 142 are spaced from the slot 16, and an elastic rib 143 is provided between the closed holes 142 and the slot 16.
The sanitary ware structure 20 includes a body 22, the body 22 is a faucet shell, a control element 24 is fixed on the inner side of the top of the body 22, the control element 24 is a valve core, and the control element 24 extends upwards to form a control rod 241, the body 22 includes an annular semicircular cover 221 and an adjusting ring 222, the adjusting ring 222 is connected below the semicircular cover 221, the control element 24 is fixed in the adjusting ring 222, so as to fix the control element 24 in the body 22, the top end of the control rod 241 extends to protrude out of the center of the semicircular cover 221, a buckling structure 26 is arranged on the top of the control rod 241, and the buckling structure 26 has at least one buckling head 261 uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the top of the control rod 241. The width of the button head 261 is greater than the width between the two necks 183.
When the handle 10 is combined with the top of the sanitary ware structure 20, the top of the control rod 241 and the fastening structure 26 are inserted into the insertion slot 141, and in the process of inserting the fastening structure 26 into the insertion slot 141, the button head 261 enters the notch 162 and pushes away the parts of the two elastic ribs 143 located at the neck 183, so that the width of the neck 183 is enlarged, and after the two elastic ribs 143 move into the two closed holes 142 respectively, the button head 261 can pass through the neck 183, and when the button head 261 is inserted into the button head groove 182 for fixation, the neck 183 returns to the original width, so that the parts of the two elastic ribs 143 located at the two sides of the neck 183 clasp the button head 261, so that the button head 261 is fixed in the button head groove 182, and at this time, the handle 10 is combined with the top of the control rod 241 of the sanitary ware structure 20, so that the control rod 241 of the control element 24 can be operated.
Further, referring to fig. 19 to 23, in order to achieve better balance when the handle 10 is combined with the top end of the bathroom structure 20, the number of the slots 16 is two, and the two slots 16 are respectively located on the front and rear sidewalls of the fastener seat 14. In order to correspond to the number and position of the two slots 16, the number of the two fasteners 261 is also two, and the two fasteners 261 correspond to the two slots 16 one by one and are embedded in the slots 16. Because the two fastening heads 261 are embedded into the two slots 16 to form the fastening structures 26 which are symmetrical front and back, the handle 10 and the bathroom structure 20 are stressed uniformly during fixing, and the handle 10 is not easy to generate an eccentric phenomenon after fixing
The detailed structure of the lever 241 and the snap structure 26 will be described below. In the fourth preferred embodiment described above,
the top of the control rod 241 is provided with a pin hole 243, the pin hole 243 penetrates through the control rod 241 along the front-back direction, one end of the pin hole 243 is provided with an annular positioning groove 244, the annular positioning groove 244 is coaxially arranged with the pin hole 243, the buckling structure 26 comprises a pin 264, the pin 264 is inserted into the pin hole 243, the outer surface of the pin 264 is provided with a positioning flange 265, the positioning flange 265 and the pin 264 are coaxially arranged, the positioning flange 265 is adapted to the annular positioning groove 244, the end part of the pin 264, which is exposed out of the outer side surface of the control rod 241, corresponds to the buckling heads 261, when the number of the buckling heads 261 is one, the buckling heads 261 are formed at one end of the front end and the back end of the pin 264, and when the number of the buckling heads 261 is two, the two buckling heads 261 respectively correspond to the front end and the back end of the pin 264. An annular groove 266 is formed in the inner surface of the button 261, and a catch flange 187 is provided on the inner wall surface of the button groove 182, so that when the button 261 is fitted into the button groove 182, the catch flange 187 is fitted into the annular groove 266.
The detailed structure of the slot 16 will be described below. The button groove 182 is a circular groove, the distance between the parts of the two elastic ribs 143 below the neck 183 is gradually increased from top to bottom, so that the button 261 of the guiding cylinder smoothly enters the neck 183 from bottom to top between the two elastic ribs 143, and is buckled into the button groove 182 through the neck 183, and the bottom ends of the inner side surfaces of the two elastic ribs 143 are respectively provided with a guiding surface 1431 which is obliquely arranged, so that the button 261 can smoothly enter between the two elastic ribs 143 from bottom to top.

Claims (18)

1. A bathroom handle fixing device characterized by comprising:
the handle is provided with a cover body, a fastener seat is arranged on the top side in the cover body, the fastener seat is provided with a slot, at least one slot hole communicated with the slot is formed in the circumferential direction of the fastener seat, and a notch is formed in the bottom end of the slot hole;
the bathroom structure comprises a body, a control element is arranged at the top of the body, a control rod extends upwards from the control element, a buckle structure is arranged at the top of the control rod and comprises at least one buckle head, the buckle head is arranged at the circumferential uniform interval of the buckle structure, the top of the control rod is inserted into the slot, and the buckle structure is embedded into the buckle head slot and is connected with the handle.
2. The sanitary handle attachment of claim 1 wherein said slot has two opposing slot walls;
the fastener seat is embedded and buckled with a fastener, the fastener is provided with at least one elastic buckle of an inverted U-shaped elastic body, the elastic buckle is embedded into the slotted hole and used for fixing the elastic buckle, and partial outer edge of the elastic buckle is attached to the inner wall surface of the slotted hole;
a buckle groove is formed in the top side of the interior of the elastic buckle, necks which are arranged oppositely are arranged on two sides of the buckle groove and connected to the elastic buckle, a side bar is arranged at the lower end of each neck, and a retraction space is formed between the outer side wall of each neck and the inner side wall of the corresponding groove wall; and
the width of the buckle head is larger than the width between the two necks, and in the process that the top of the control rod is inserted into the slot, the buckle head pushes away the necks elastically and then is embedded into the buckle groove to fix the buckle head in the buckle groove.

The sanitary handle fixture according to claim 2 wherein both of said channel walls are formed with a recess, and wherein a portion of said channel wall at a bottom side of said recess is formed with an inverted hook; the lateral surface of side strip is equipped with protruding knot, protruding knot stretch into in the concave part and detain with barb portion lock, along vertical direction, the position on concave part top is higher than the position of neck, the space of contracting back is located in the concave part, just the position in the space of contracting back is higher than protruding knot.

The sanitary ware handle fixing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the number of the slots is two, two slots are respectively located at the front and rear sides of the fastener seat, two snap fasteners are provided at the front and rear sides of the fastener, and the two snap fasteners are in one-to-one correspondence with the two slots and are embedded into the slots; the fastener comprises a suspension bracket for connecting the two elastic fasteners, and the suspension bracket extends upwards to the top end in the slot; the number of the buckle heads is two, the buckle heads are located on the front side and the rear side of the top of the control rod, and the buckle heads correspond to the two buckle head grooves one to one and are embedded into the buckle head grooves.
5. The sanitary handle fastening device according to claim 4, wherein the fastening groove is a circular groove, the fastening head is a cylinder fitting the fastening groove, and the distance between the two side strips gradually increases from top to bottom.
6. The sanitary handle attachment apparatus of claim 5 wherein the top wall of the slot is a circular arc, the top of the snap is a C-shaped rib, and the top of the snap partially abuts the top wall of the slot.

The sanitary handle fixture according to claim 2 or 3 wherein said snap formation further comprises a cap, said cap being connected to said top end of said lever and being insertable into said slot with said top end of said lever, said snap heads being evenly spaced circumferentially of said cap.
8. The sanitary handle fastening device according to claim 7, wherein a flange portion is provided along a circumferential direction of the cap, the flange portion is located at a bottom of an outer side surface of the cap, and the flange portion abuts against a bottom edge of the fastener seat.
9. The sanitary handle fixture according to claim 1 wherein said two opposing sidewalls of said slot correspond to two slot walls, each of said slot walls having a recess;
the buckle head comprises a head part and elastic arms connected with the lower end of the head part, the elastic arms are positioned on the left side and the right side of the head part, yielding spaces are formed on the inner sides of the two elastic arms, and convex parts are arranged on the outer side surfaces of the elastic arms; the buckle structure is inserted into the slot, in the process that the buckle structure is inserted into the slot, the convex part is compressed by two side wall surfaces of the slot opening, so that the elastic arm temporarily moves towards the yielding space, and when the convex part passes through the slot opening, the buckle head is released to restore to the original state, so that the head is embedded into the top side of the slot opening, and the convex part is embedded into the concave part.
10. The sanitary handle fastening device according to claim 9, wherein the number of the slots is two, and the two slots are respectively located at the front and rear sides of the fastener seat; the number of the buckling heads is also two, and the two buckling heads correspond to the two slotted holes one to one and are embedded into the slotted holes.
11. The sanitary handle attachment of claim 10 wherein said snap-fit formation further comprises a cap, said cap being attached to the top end of said lever and being insertable into said slot with the top end of said lever, said button head comprising a riser, said riser being attached to the outer side of said cap, said head being an inverted C-shaped rib, and the top end of said riser being attached to the middle of said head.

The sanitary handle attachment according to any one of claims 9 to 11 wherein the wall surfaces on the left and right sides of the slot are each provided with a first chamfered portion and the bottom side of the recess is provided with a second chamfered portion; the top side of the protrusion has an upper slope and the bottom side of the protrusion has a lower slope.
13. The sanitary handle attachment apparatus of claim 12 wherein said top wall of said slot is a circular arc, said head is a C-shaped rib, and said top side of said head abuts said top wall of said slot.
14. The sanitary handle attachment according to claim 1 wherein said top side of said slot has a button slot, said bottom side of said button slot has two opposed and spaced apart necks, said button seat has closed holes on both sides of said slot, said closed holes are spaced from said slot, and said closed holes and said slot have resilient ribs therebetween; and
the width of the buckle head is larger than the width between the two necks, and in the process that the top of the control rod is inserted into the slot, the buckle head pushes away the two elastic ribs and the two necks in sequence and then is embedded into the buckle groove, so that the buckle head is fixed in the buckle groove.
15. The sanitary handle fastening device according to claim 14, wherein the number of the slots is two, and the two slots are respectively located at the front and rear sides of the fastener seat; the number of the buckling heads is also two, and the two buckling heads correspond to the two slotted holes one to one and are embedded into the slotted holes.
16. The sanitary handle fastening device according to claim 15, wherein the fastening groove is a circular groove, the fastening head is a cylinder fitting the fastening groove, the distance between the two elastic ribs increases gradually from top to bottom, and the bottom of the inner side of the elastic rib is provided with an inclined guiding surface.

The sanitary handle fixing device according to claim 3 or 14, wherein a bolt hole is formed at the top of the control rod, the bolt hole penetrates through the control rod along the front-back direction, the fastening structure comprises a bolt, the bolt is inserted into the bolt hole, and the end of the bolt extending to the outer side of the control rod corresponds to the fastening head.
