sealing member 7 sets up the front port at valve body connector 602, when squeezing quick-operation joint subassembly 6 to quick-operation joint connecting seat 2 again, play certain cushioning effect, T type support piece 701 offsets through buffer spring 10 and sealing member dashpot 606 on sealing member 7, consequently when valve body connector 602 inserts the inside of crossing water groove 101, sealing member 7 offsets with the inside of crossing water groove 101, thereby reach sealed effect, play certain cushioning effect simultaneously, the rubber seal 8 of sealing member 7 front end offsets with the inside of crossing water groove 101 in addition, further promotion is quick-operation joint subassembly 6 and the leakproofness between quick-operation joint connecting seat 2.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a driving wheel handle groove 501 is formed in the driving wheel 5, anti-slip patterns are fixedly arranged on the driving wheel 5, the driving wheel handle groove 501 is convenient to hold, friction between hands is increased, and convenience in installation is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the method for using a gate valve for a petroleum pipeline, which is convenient to install, provided by the embodiment includes the following steps:

step three: then, the clamping pin piece clamping foot 301 on the clamping pin piece 3 is inserted into the clamping foot groove 202, so that the purpose of fixing the quick connector assembly 6 can be achieved, and meanwhile, the sealing piece 7 abuts against the quick connector connecting seat 2 under the action of the rubber sealing ring 8;
step four: when the brake needs to be opened, the two driving wheels 5 are respectively and oppositely rotated to move the gate plate piece 4, so that the purpose of opening the brake is achieved, and the purpose of closing the brake can be simultaneously achieved.

Claims (10)

1. The gate valve convenient to install for the petroleum pipeline comprises a gate valve body (1) and is characterized in that a gate plate piece (4) is arranged inside the gate valve body (1) in a sliding mode, two ends of the gate valve body (1) are connected with fast joint connecting seats (2) which are symmetrically distributed, and the fast joint connecting seats (2) are connected with fast joint assemblies (6) through clamping pin pieces (3);
the quick connector assembly (6) comprises a petroleum pipe connector (601) and a valve body connector (602), wherein the petroleum pipe connector (601) is communicated with an external petroleum pipe through a clamp, and the valve body connector (602) is connected with the quick connector connecting seat (2) in a clamping mode.
2. The easy-to-install gate valve for petroleum pipelines of claim 1, wherein: a water passing groove (101) is formed in the gate valve body (1), the gate valve body (1) is communicated with the quick connector connecting seat (2), a clamping pin groove (201) is formed in the upper side surface of the quick connector connecting seat (2), and clamping pin grooves (202) which are symmetrically distributed are formed in the clamping pin groove (201);
the clamping pin piece (3) comprises two clamping pin piece clamping feet (301) which are symmetrically distributed, the clamping pin piece clamping feet (301) are connected with the clamping foot grooves (202) in a clamping mode, a valve body connector (602) is clamped inside the water passing groove (101), fast connector clamping grooves (603) which are symmetrically distributed are formed in the valve body connector (602), and the fast connector clamping grooves (603) correspond to the clamping foot grooves (202);
bayonet lock spare handle (302) joint bayonet lock groove (202) with between quick-operation joint draw-in groove (603), bayonet lock spare (3) are used for fixing quick-operation joint subassembly (6), the fixed bayonet lock spare handle (302) that is provided with of up end of bayonet lock spare (3), bayonet lock spare handle (302) are used for fixing bayonet lock spare (3).

a sealing element buffer groove (606) is formed in one end, close to the quick connector connecting seat (2), of the valve body connecting head (602), the T-shaped supporting element (701) is arranged inside the sealing element buffer groove (606), and a plurality of buffer springs (10) which are centrosymmetric are fixedly arranged between the T-shaped supporting element (701) and the inner side face of the sealing element buffer groove (606);
one end of the buffer spring (10) is fixedly connected with the T-shaped supporting piece (701), the other end of the buffer spring (10) is fixedly connected with the inner side face of the sealing piece buffer groove (606), and the buffer spring (10) is used for buffering the sealing piece (7).
