When the battery box is used, the second clamping block 55 is clamped into the clamping groove 37, the third clamping block 57 is clamped into the second clamping groove 56, the base 12 and the U-shaped clamp 54 can be fixed quickly, and the battery box can be hung at a nearby and convenient position through the U-shaped clamp 54. Then, the special plug of the water pump is plugged into the power output socket 19, so that the power can be supplied to the water pump. After the electric quantity of the lithium battery 16 is completely consumed, the position of the clamping connection between the flip cover 13 and the base 12 is unlocked, the flip cover 13 is opened, the lithium battery 16 slides out of the sliding groove 14, and a new lithium battery 16 is replaced.
