Abstract
The invention discloses a polypropylene material with a flocking imitating effect and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 2-5 parts of glass fiber, 10-15 parts of plant fiber slurry, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of toner, 1-3 parts of compatilizer and 1-3 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: and (3) placing the plant fiber, water and the silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring to obtain the plant fiber slurry. The polypropylene material of the invention takes polypropylene as a main raw material, plant fiber is added to generate a flocking-imitating effect, meanwhile, the plant fiber is mixed with the polypropylene and other raw materials in a slurry form, the compatibility is good, and the overall performance of the polypropylene is enhanced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a polypropylene material with a flocking imitating effect and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of plastics.
Background
Polypropylene is one of the most important general-purpose plastics because of its light weight, low cost, easy processing and good combination properties, and is also the plastic raw material whose usage has increased the fastest in the automotive field in the last decade. The modified polypropylene material is widely used for automotive upholsteries, mainly comprises an instrument panel, a door panel, a stand column, a glove box and the like, and is usually coated by textile fabrics, so that the quality grade of the automotive upholsteries is improved. However, the process is complicated, the productivity is reduced, the cost is increased, and the woven fabric and the used binder enhance the smell of the automotive upholstery. Therefore, in order to further improve the quality of the experience and use of consumers, it is necessary to develop a polypropylene material with a flocking-like effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a polypropylene material with a flocking imitating effect and a preparation method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a polypropylene material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 2-5 parts of glass fiber, 10-15 parts of plant fiber slurry, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of toner, 1-3 parts of compatilizer and 1-3 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: and (3) placing the plant fiber, water and the silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring to obtain the plant fiber slurry.
The flocking imitating polypropylene material has the weight ratio of the plant fiber, the water and the silane coupling agent of 1:3-4: 0.3-0.4.
The polypropylene material with the flocking imitating effect is characterized in that the plant fiber is bamboo fiber, flax fiber or cotton fiber.
The stirring speed of the stirrer is 300-500 rpm.
The polypropylene material with the flocking simulating effect is characterized in that the defoaming agent is polysiloxane, polyether or silicone oil.
The polypropylene material with the flocking imitating effect is characterized in that the toner is organic toner, and the particle size of the toner is 0.7-1.5 mu m.
The polypropylene material with the flocking imitating effect is characterized in that the compatilizer is maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer.
The preparation method of the polypropylene material with the imitated flocking effect comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, plant fiber slurry, a defoaming agent, a toner, a compatilizer and an antioxidant to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melting, extrusion, grain cutting and drying to obtain the polypropylene material.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
the polypropylene material of the invention takes polypropylene as a main raw material, plant fiber is added to generate a flocking-imitating effect, meanwhile, the plant fiber is mixed with the polypropylene and other raw materials in a slurry form, the compatibility is good, and the overall performance of the polypropylene is enhanced.
The plant fiber slurry is obtained by stirring and mixing the plant fiber, the water and the silane coupling agent, and has good compatibility and simple preparation.
The glossiness of the surface of the polypropylene can be improved by adding the organic toner, the flocking effect is further improved, the organic toner is good in compatibility with the polypropylene, and wrinkles are not easy to generate.

The invention is further described below. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Example 1
A polypropylene material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 2 parts of glass fiber, 15 parts of plant fiber slurry, 3 parts of polysiloxane, 2 parts of organic toner, 1 part of maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer and 1 part of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: and (3) placing the bamboo fiber, the water and the silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring at the stirring speed of 300 revolutions per minute to obtain the plant fiber slurry.
The weight ratio of the plant fiber to the water to the silane coupling agent is 1:3: 0.3. The particle size of the organic toner is 0.7-1.5 μm.
A preparation method of a polypropylene material with a flocking imitating effect comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, plant fiber slurry, a defoaming agent, a toner, a compatilizer and an antioxidant to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melting, extrusion, grain cutting and drying to obtain the polypropylene material.
Example 2
A polypropylene material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 parts of polypropylene, 5 parts of glass fiber, 10 parts of plant fiber slurry, 1 part of polyether, 3 parts of organic toner, 1-3 parts of maleic anhydride graft compatilizer and 1-3 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: placing flax fibers, water and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring at the stirring speed of 500 revolutions per minute to obtain the plant fiber slurry.
The weight ratio of the plant fiber to the water to the silane coupling agent is 1: 4: 0.4. The particle size of the organic toner is 0.7-1.5 μm.
A preparation method of a polypropylene material with a flocking imitating effect comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, plant fiber slurry, a defoaming agent, a toner, a compatilizer and an antioxidant to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melting, extrusion, grain cutting and drying to obtain the polypropylene material.
Example 3
A polypropylene material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 3 parts of glass fiber, 12 parts of plant fiber slurry, 2 parts of silicone oil, 2 parts of toner, 2 parts of maleic anhydride graft compatilizer and 2 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: placing cotton fibers, water and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring at the stirring speed of 400 revolutions per minute to obtain the plant fiber slurry.
The weight ratio of the plant fiber to the water to the silane coupling agent is 1:3: 0.4. The particle size of the organic toner is 0.7-1.5 μm.
A preparation method of a polypropylene material with a flocking imitating effect comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, plant fiber slurry, a defoaming agent, a toner, a compatilizer and an antioxidant to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melting, extrusion, grain cutting and drying to obtain the polypropylene material.
Comparative example 1
A polypropylene material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 12 parts of plant fiber slurry, 2 parts of silicone oil, 2 parts of toner, 2 parts of maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer and 2 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: placing cotton fibers, water and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring at the stirring speed of 400 revolutions per minute to obtain the plant fiber slurry. The rest is the same as in example 3.
Comparative example 2
A polypropylene material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polypropylene, 3 parts of glass fiber, 2 parts of plant fiber, 2 parts of silicone oil, 2 parts of toner, 2 parts of maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer and 2 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: placing cotton fibers, water and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring at the stirring speed of 400 revolutions per minute to obtain the plant fiber slurry. The rest is the same as in example 3.
The plastic particles in the examples and comparative examples were subjected to performance tests, and the specific results are shown in table 1.

From table 1, examples 1, 2 and 3, to which glass fiber was added, gave plastic particles having good strength, as compared with comparative example 1; compared with the comparative example 2, the plant fiber pulp adopted in the examples 1, 2 and 3 improves the compatibility with the polypropylene material, enhances the overall strength and improves the flocking-imitating effect of the plastic particles compared with the direct use of the plant fiber pulp.

The polypropylene material with the flocking simulating effect is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 2-5 parts of glass fiber, 10-15 parts of plant fiber slurry, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of toner, 1-3 parts of compatilizer and 1-3 parts of antioxidant; the plant fiber slurry is obtained by the following steps: and (3) placing the plant fiber, water and the silane coupling agent into a stirrer, and stirring to obtain the plant fiber slurry.
2. The flocking imitating polypropylene material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the plant fiber, water and silane coupling agent is 1:3-4: 0.3-0.4.
3. The flocking imitating polypropylene material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant fiber is bamboo fiber, flax fiber or cotton fiber.
4. The flocking imitating polypropylene material as recited in claim 1, wherein the stirring speed of the stirrer is 300-500 rpm.
5. The flocking imitating polypropylene material as recited in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is polysiloxane, polyether or silicone oil.
6. The flocking imitating polypropylene material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the toner is organic toner with a particle size of 0.7-1.5 μm.
7. The flocking imitating polypropylene material as recited in claim 1, wherein the compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted compatibilizer.
8. The method for preparing the flocking imitating polypropylene material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, plant fiber slurry, a defoaming agent, a toner, a compatilizer and an antioxidant to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melting, extrusion, grain cutting and drying to obtain the polypropylene material.
