The modified polypropylene material is widely used for automotive upholsteries, mainly comprises an instrument panel, a door panel, a stand column, a glove box and the like, and is usually coated by textile fabrics, so that the quality grade of the automotive upholsteries is improved. However, the process is complicated, the productivity is reduced, the cost is increased, and the woven fabric and the used binder enhance the smell of the automotive upholstery. The glossiness of the surface of the polypropylene can be improved by adding the organic toner, the flocking effect is further improved, the organic toner is good in compatibility with the polypropylene, and wrinkles are not easy to generate.
