The utility model provides a supplementary unloading system of laser cutting which characterized in that: the pipe material collecting device comprises a plurality of independent flat plate supporting units and a plurality of material collecting units, wherein the flat plate supporting units are sequentially arranged on a base, different numbers of flat plate supporting units are sequentially used according to the length of a pipe, and the material collecting units are arranged on one side of the base; the flat plate supporting unit comprises a flat plate for placing a pipe and a floating supporting assembly for adjusting the height of the flat plate according to the diameter of the pipe; the collecting unit comprises a soft belt supporting frame, the soft belt supporting frame supports pipes through soft belts in the soft belt supporting frame, an adjusting mechanism is further arranged between the flat plate supporting unit and the collecting unit, and the adjusting mechanism can adjust the tightness degree of the soft belts according to the floating condition of the floating supporting assembly; the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting hydraulic tank and an output end connected with the input end of the flat plate and the flexible belt frame, the adjusting hydraulic tank is arranged on the base, and the input end and the output end are connected to the adjusting hydraulic tank together; when the flat board receives gravity to support on the flat board, the input follows the height of flat board descends to make the output carry out corresponding motion through adjusting hydraulic tank, and then adjust the elasticity of soft area.

The laser cutting auxiliary blanking system of claim 1, wherein: the floating support assembly comprises a fixed support and an adjusting support, the fixed support is arranged on the base, one end of the adjusting support is connected to the fixed support in a sliding mode, one end of the floating support assembly further comprises an air cylinder and a floating limiting block, the air cylinder is connected to the adjusting support, and the other end of the floating support assembly comprises a lead screw, a guide rail and a pressing wheel which are connected to the fixed support; the flat plate is connected to the other end of the adjusting bracket.

The laser cutting auxiliary blanking system of claim 2, wherein: the flat plate supporting units are three in number, the first flat plate supporting unit is used for directly blanking pipes with the length being less than 1400mm, the second flat plate supporting unit is used for directly blanking pipes with the length being 1400mm-2200mm, the third flat plate supporting unit is used for supporting the pipes with the length being greater than 2200mm, and the collecting unit is used for assisting the third flat plate supporting unit in blanking.

The laser cutting auxiliary blanking system of claim, wherein: the first flat plate supporting unit further comprises a small turning plate for facilitating slag material uplift and a downward turning component for assisting material receiving, the small turning plate is arranged on the most lateral side of the flat plate supporting device, namely one side of the flat plate in the first flat plate supporting unit, one end of the downward turning component is connected with the flat plate, and the other end of the downward turning component is connected with the adjusting support.

The laser cutting auxiliary blanking system of claim 4, wherein: the second flat plate supporting unit further comprises a downward turning component, one end of the downward turning component is connected with the flat plate, and the other end of the downward turning component is connected with the adjusting bracket.
6. The laser cutting auxiliary blanking system of claim 5, wherein: the third flat plate supporting unit also comprises flanges for preventing the round pipes from rolling, and the flanges are arranged on two sides of the flat plate of the third flat plate supporting unit.
7. The laser-cutting assisted blanking system of claim 6, wherein: the flat plate supporting unit further comprises a supporting roller for reducing friction, and the withdrawing roller is arranged on the flat plate.

The laser-cutting assisted blanking system of claim 7, wherein: the collecting unit comprises a conveying chain for transferring the pipes and a bearing flexible belt frame; one end of the conveying chain is close to the third flat plate supporting unit, and the other end of the conveying chain is connected with the soft belt frame.
9. The laser-cutting assisted blanking system of claim 8, wherein: the conveying chain is fixed on the ground through a long support, the soft belt frame is fixed on the ground through a short support, and the long support is fixedly connected with the base.
